    @RamDas108 Hi Sir, initial medical exam po kasi namin may significant finding. Then, upon CO contact, I was requested to sign the Form 815 Health Undertaking by the Case Officer. I believe sa mga may issue lang naman po yan Sir sa medical (then mga naclear after repeat xrays/lab test), if okay naman health exams nio, hindi kayo hihingan ng form 815.
