sa timeline namin naging 13 to 19mos processing time compared before na 15mos to 21 mos yata. sa inyo din ba nag change ang timeline? thank you

@basia - kung may immi account ka may nakalagay sa baba na estimated processing time. dati 15mos to 21mos yata yun then naging 13mos to 19mos ngayon. still received status pa din

wala ata daw pagkakaiba sa unang pinasa kase nga nalilito ako gawa ng unang application ko sa vfs tapos nagyon pr sa immi na kaya diko ren alam gngwa ko. HAHAHAH

@yael - off shore din ba application nyo? I'm planning to bring hubby here as well for tourist visa. We applied May 2018 - mag 13 months na this month. Automated email lang na received ko na in processing na. Please help naman po.

@Jars230118 offshore application din kami, same case tayo. We lodged Tourist Visa - Sponsored ko and he was granted 3 months tourist visa. Lord willing before matapos tourist visa niya makatanggap kami ng email na me decision result na. If ganun mangyari, then he will need to exit Australia, kasi kailangan daw na wala siya sa Australia when they release the decision kasi offshore application ng PV niya.

Tumawag muna kami sa Manila - Aus Immig to inform them of our plans, okay naman daw kaya nag lodge kami tourist visa online and TV was approved. Bridging visa is not applicable kasi offshore application tayo.

Hi new here also, mas ok ba na magapply nalang kami ng defacto kesa habulin ko ang 190. alam niyo na para di na magexam. ung isa sa amin is nasa Aus na under 189. And tama ba na ang iaapply ko na visa is Partner (Provisional) visa 309. sa mga nag apply na magkano ang unang bayad nito at kaya bang gawin to ng walang agent. maraming salamat mate

Hello! May case na po ba dito na ganito: mag partner visa kahit hindi live in (kasi strict po family ko, ayaw ng live in hanggat hindi kasal) pero plan namin magpapa register po kami ng relationship namin sa government ng Victoria?

@abbygailmbn Oo pwede kahit nde live in..basta naka explain sa declaration nyo bakit wlang pagssama ng same house. However for the purposes of filing a registration of relationship, fill up form lng signed by both of you and your partner, pero dapat one of you are living in the state where it should be registered. Bbayad ka ng fee around $215 tapos popost lng ang certificate sayo after 28 days cooling off period plus another 3 weeks yata yun na..

Stat decs would have to be signed by a witness pero the BIRTH,Death, and Marriages Centres would have their own JP inside so your form is good to go at the same place. Your partner assuming is in the Philippines must have his form signed, witnessed ( by notary public ) and sent here in AUS, including his form of identification. You could have the passport itself sent thru FEDEX along with the signed form. It’s not cheap but it’s the fastest and safest way to transmit these documents.

@roliboy the 189 visa holder could be the sponsor of the Partner Visa 309 applicant. If you haven’t applied for the 190 you could include your partner as a dependent. But it seems like it’s too late since you said one already is onshore. Then 309 would cost you more around $8k as of last year.

question, medyo naguguluhan pa din ako, i know na pag partner visa ang iaaply mo, its either asawa mo siya or ka relasyon. pero marami kasi ako nababasa na marami pa din nag aaply as de facto or karelasyon lang at yung isa sa knila is kasal pa sa pinas. may chance ba na maapprove to. salamat
