    @Devi@nt19 yes kami e lodge muna bago medicals, pero madami dito who completed their medicals before lodging - no issues on both. just make sure na you list your HAP ID dun sa field sa immiaccount upon lodging. Makikita mo iyon doon as you progress sa iyong pag fill out ng immiaccount details. this ensures na naka link ang hap id mo sa visa application ninyo. Goodluck :)

    hi @ms_ane automatic ba ma-gegenerate yung HAP ID ng dependents upon submission ng "My Health Declarations" sa immiaccount? since kasama yung details ni dependent sa form na sinagutan, sa case ko, automatic na 2 HAP ID ang lalabas para sa amin ni wifey? Thank you!

    @donyx yes :) may portion dyan na sasagutan (yes/no) question about medical history ( hypertension, diabetes, surgery, long term hospitalization) after mo masagutan yun sa iyo, pag submit mo may hap id ka makuha. then sunod yung sa wife mo, then pag submit, may hap id ulit :)

    Reminder pala for those who are planning to have their medical exams in St Luke’s Bgc ito yung mga kailangan:
    1. Go to Medical Arts Bldg 10th floor nasa right side yung room sya paglabas nyo ng elevator
    2. Bring the following:
    - Referral Letter
    - Application form
    - Deposit Slip (Fee: 7750 must be paid at least a day before the medical exam. Over the counter payment in Chinabank or Security Bank)
    - Original Passport
    - 3 photocopies of the Passport (if wala may photocopy machine doon)
    - 2 Passport size photo with white background
    - MMR vaccine certificate
    2. Tests:
    Measurement of Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, Heartbeat
    Xray
    Blood extraction
    Urinalysis
    Physical Exam
    After finishing all the procedure, you will have to wait for 2hrs to make sure that there are no issues with the Xray.
    3. If everything is okay, they will send the results to the embassy within 3-5 days and no additional tests will be required

    @johnnydapper mas ok pag May ITA na po. Isa ksi yan sa basis ng initial entry, medical at PCC,. Mabilis lng po magpa medical as long as wlang known issues. Iready nyo na lng po mga lodging documents nyo. Btw, ilang points po kayo? At anung visa 189 or 190?

    @johnnydapper tama si sis @lecia - mas ok pag na invite na, atsaka kailangan din ng clinic yung referral letter / HAP ID to book your appointment, and pag wala pang ITA dipa makaka generate ng HAP ID (afaik) :)
