Greetings! Meron po ba kayong complete list of supporting documents na kailangan for 189 visa application? Talaga po bang kailangan ng mga payslips or pwede na po ang Salary Certificate? Thanks in advance

@pprmint08 proof of paid employment po yan mam anoh? Salary certificate, SSS contribution, contract, bank statements, ITR/tax assessment, promotion letter, pag may kulang po jan mam stat dec ka na lang at reasons why you cant provide it.

Thank you Ma’am Lecia sa walang sawang pagsagot sa mga tanong ko. 😊 Ang galing niyo po maam, alam niyo talaga lahat. Sobrang dami pala talagang kailangan na documents. Yung sa dati ko kasing company, di na daw sila makakapagprovide ng payslips kundi Declaration of Income lang. Sa spouse po ba kailangan din yang mga yan?

@pprmint08 wala din akong payslips na naprovide aa company sa Pinas, pero lahat ng nemention ko jan meron ako. Mag stat dec ka pag kulang ka ng kahit ano. Pag dependent naman, skills assessment at language lang. Pero basa basa ka din dito sa thread ng claiming points sa partner, may iba ata ni ask ng CO. Case to case basis din.

Hi all! Sino po nakatry na magenroll sa Medicare after lodging SC 189/190? Lodged it offshore but currently on-shore because of my previous visa appeal (bridging visa kaya andito kami onshore. Any ideas po? Thanks in advance!

Hi Guys. Need your help and enlightenment please. I understand na need ng statutory declaration if generic COE binigay. How about if may COE with detailed JD pero manager ko lang magsign at hindi HR? Need parin ba ng statutory document? Thanks po sa sasagot.

@yohji ok naman na manager ang nag sign sayo. As long as in a company letterhead, with complete and address, phone number or email add incase there’s a need to verify. That would be good enough. Goodluck!

@vincenthernandez , hello! I suggest if you’re applying in a 190/489 visa, be specific in a state you wanted to sponsor you, so if you wanted NSW, choose only NSW. Kung gusto mo ibang state choose only that state. Mas madali ma invite pag gnun. Damihan mo EOI mo sa ibat ibang state, sabi nga “ the more entries, the more chances of winning!!! 🤗 ginawang raffle draw! Hehehe. Once nainvite ka sa isang state, withdraw the rest of your EOI to give chance to others who are waiting to be invited. Goodluck too!

Kami ng family ko nagenroll ng medicare after lodgement ng 189 visa onshore. They will only give you the interim medicare parang 1 year validity lang then apply for renewal hanggat di naapprove visa.

Hi @agentKams , kahit naka 485 pa kami, pwede na kami mag apply for Medicare? Advisable ba i-cancel na yung BUPA private insurance as per condition ng 485 na maintain adequate health insurance? Thanks sis!

@vincenthernandez Uu parang ganun na nga. Meron 65 pointer naiinvite nh state kasama na SS points jan. Basta pag alam nilang kelangan Yung occupation mo sa state nila, naiinvite din sila. Pero mas advantage syempre ang mataas ang points. Uu ako noon lahat ng state May EOI ako, NSW lang nag invite, hehehe. Pero 189 ang nilodge kong visa. God bless sa application mo!

@vincenthernandez For state sponsored visas 190 and 489 kailangan mo rin check kung aling states ang nagssponsor ng occupation mo and kung ano ang application process nila. Kung wala yung occupation mo sa list ng isang state, hindi ka nila iinvite. Meron ding states na aside from the EOI ay kailangan mo rin magsubmit ng application sa state.

Hello po. Magtatanong lang po. Kung OFW po ako sa Japan from 2005 to August 30, 2009 at umuwi ako sa pinas ng September 1, 2009, ibig po ba sabihin hindi ko na kailangan magkuha ng police clearance sa Japan kasi lalabas 2 months lang ako tumira dun in the last 10 years? Bale I lived in Japan (in the last 10 years or from July to present) from July 2009 to August 30, 2009 or 2 months only. Or need ko pa rin po bang kumuha nung police clearance?

Hello po question. Sa new changes this November sa points system, san po ako mabibilang as per new changes sa points system if I’m married with an Australian citizen pero ayaw ko po mag apply ng partner visa. I’m still waiting to get invited for 189/190 with 75/80 points. Salamat po sa sasagot!

Hello po. Ask ko lang po, plan ko po sana mag-loan ng pera from a bank. Currently waiting for ITA (180/190 - whichever comes first). may effect po ba sa application ko or sa mismong pag-alis ko sa bansa yung loan ko if di pa siya tapos bayaran by the time na mag-BM na ako?

Also, meron po ba dito na DOST scholars dati na nakapag-BM na without clearance from DOST?

May mga kakilala akong nakapag 457 na hindi pa nakaka serve sa country, mga DOST scholars. Babayaran ata nila ng full pag na PR sila yung utang nila sa DOST.

Salamat sa insights! Just enrolled today and may Medicare number na kami ni partner. Nalink na rin agad sa myGov so expecting rebates na from now on sa mga health insurance namin (hospital and extras)

Good morning po..
My husband and I are planning to migrate sana in Australia.. Nagpaassess kami sa Respall and they have rejected us due to my health condition. I have been diagnosed with hepa B last 2010. I took medicines for 5 years and stopped the medication when i got pregnant. According to my doctor, inactive na yung mga mga virus sa body ko.. and based from my regular tests, good naman na lahat ng liver function tests ko.. And also, my field is not related to any medical/health or food industries. Meron ba dito sa forum na ito na same ang case as mine?
Do we still have a chance to live and work in Australia?
What kind of blood tests (yung specific po sana) ba ang usually conducted for the medical to grant the visa? Im still not losing hope.. Sana me makapansin ng post ko.. Thank you in advance!
