@cres_rod sir question lang po prang nabasa ko lng po dati na ngclaim po kau partner skilled points? Tama po ba? Iask ko lng po kun sinama nio yun employment records ng partner nio, like contracts, payslips, COE, etc? Mejo aligaga lng po kc ndi po sinama ni agent no need dw po ang need lng approved skilled assessment and ielts results.

Hndi naman required yung 79. Sa ngayon lang, ang trend ay superior english(79 each test sa PTE or equivalent sa ibang english exams) ang target to achieve higher points, mejo competitive kasi specially sa Visa 189.

Actually po sa https://online.immi.gov.au/ . Once login makikita nyo po lahat ng list ng visa then I tried going to process skilled visa but apparently naka greyed out most ng options

Kung nasa list, naka-indicate din kung sino ang assessing body. You check the assessment requirements and process in their website. Kailangan lang show money for state-sponsored visas. Iba-iba per state kaya kailangan mo check sa website mismo ng bawat state.

Saan ka based ngayon? Pinas ba?

Ang requirement ng ACS ay dapat "Certified True Copy" at sighted & signed by for example, lawyer kung baga ipapa-notaryo mo ito. Ang notary usually ang singilan ay per page. Noong nasa Pinas pa ko, since lawyer si Mayor namin, libre pero pila lang matagal.

Kung nasa Australia ka based, pwede ang Justice of Peace, pharmacist, sa Police Station, etc. (Free ito dapat, usually hihingan lang ng gold coin donation)

Kung nasa ibang lupalop ka ng daigdig, pwede ka mag basa further kung sino ang eligible to certify the documents legally.

So ang gagawin mo ngayon,

Print/Scan mo clearly ang documents mo. Organise mo silang maayos. Usually sa notary, required 2 copies dahil kukunin nila ung isa for their reference. Maganda kung colored ang print out para bongga!
Dalin mo ang printed photocopies sa notary public kasama ang mga original documents because they need to "sight it" and certify na TRUE and not peyk ang documents mo.
I-re scan mo ulit ang mga documents na may tatak na CERTIFIED TRUE COPY with name, registration number, designation, + signature nung nag certify.
Make sure i-save mo ito sa accepted format, so based sa email ng ACS, pdf format.
Submit mo ulit sa ACS

Yes naman! Pwede ka pa mag attach after payment Parang may first come first serve basis din ang lodgement I believe so mas ok August batch ka, than September batch -- (note: exception ata ang mga special talent visa)

Note @becca91 , pag may empty submission ka pala sa isang section nung document requirements, may message dialog na mag prompt before ka magbayad na parang "give specific reason" bakit hindi ka nagpapasa ng document.

So may option ka:
1. Antayin mo yung September para maiwasan mo sagutan yung message prompt
2. Maglagay ka police check related document, maybe nagwork ka sa ibang bansa for more than x months
3. Deal with the message prompt

@becca91 maglodge ka na po, sayang ang oras na nag aantay ka. Kung mag lodge ka, gumagalaw na ang waiting time mo. Wag lang palampas sa 60 days bago mo maattach ang kulang na docs.

Meron akong inantay na UAE PCC noon, after 1.5 mos ko pa naatach, sagutin mo lang ang promt na waiting ka ng kulang na docs, no effects on this sa visa lodging. Goodluck!
