@superluckyclover thank you! Pero sa section ng "Character, Evidence of" .. Apart from NBI, kasama din kasi dun sa option yung i-upload yung form 80. Kapag inupload ko ba yung form 80.. Magpprompt parin yung message na kulang yung docs?

Ayun, baka di mag prompt. Nangyari sakin kasi hinahanapan ako ng Overseas experience eh hindi naman ako nag claim ng overseas experience so tumawag ako sa immigration, therefore wala akong malagay sa section na yun kaya nakaka receive ako ng prompt before payment.

Ang binigay sakin ng immigration officer na choice ay:

Mag explain sa message dialog na "Dear CO, I have a non-relevant overseas work experience and I did not claim any employment points...blaaah"
Mag attach ng pdf document na nag eexplain na irrelevant yung work experience ko... blaah"

Ginawa ko yung 2nd option, nawala yung prompt before ko magbayad.

marami pang darating na ganyan eksena at kung ikaw ay DIY - kailangan magbasa ka maigi di pede yung sugod ng sugod dahil to be honest, mahal ang magkamali sa process na ito. Mahal na, sayang pa oras (which is ang pinaka critical e yung timing mo)

If di ka sure sa mga bagay bagay and no time na mag research at alamin ang sagot at tamang proseso, please hire a migration agent.

Hello guys.. newbie here. Sana matulungan nyo ko kasi nalilito na po ako sa sobrang dami ng info na nababasa ko. Minsan gusto ko ng pumatol sa agency pero tntry ko prin intindihin lahat hanggat kaya kasi sayang naman ung ibabayad ko pa sa kanila. I am an IT for 11yrs , 36yrs old, pasado po ang PTE ko wala akong below 65 sa lahat ng category, overall average ko 69, BS Computer Science grad po. Single din. mag Skill Assessment na ko soon under TRA ang nabasa ko na mag aassess ng 313112: ICT Customer Support Officer, inaayos ko lang lahat ng papers bago ako mgfile kc may employer ako sa pinas, meron din sa SG. Anyway ang katanungan ko po ay eto:

1) Makakapag file po ba ko ng subclass 190 kahit offshore ako? kasi may nabasa akong:
To be eligible for the Permanent 190 visa for these occupations, the applicant must be onshore (residing in South Australia) and meet all the requirements..

or ibig po sabihin eh pag binigay sa kin ang 190 visa hindi pa ko automatic PR, so I need to stay 2yrs bago magfile ng PR?? tama po ba?

2) after PTE and Skill Assessment ang next na po ay EOI.. Sila na po ba ung mag eendorse ng papers mo para manominate ka ng state? kumabaga waiting ka nlang and see kng may mag sponsor sau? or DIY din po un? panibagong application nnaman un after EOI?

3) Do you think magpa skill assessment na ko bsta complete docs na kahit lito pa ko pano ung 190 visa? itatanong po ba sa skill assessment ung exact visa na kukunin mo?

Currently, may mga dinagdag na requirements sa ibang visa 190 and isa na dun e dapat onshore ka. You have to check another state kung saan nasa listahan yung nominated occupation mo at eligible ka mag apply maski offshore ka.

- pag na grant ka with visa 190, permanent resident visa na ito and you have to stay for 2 years sa state na inapplayan mo.

- yung EOI is like an online form lang and your total points will dictate kung gaano kabilis or katagal ka before makakuha ng Invitation to Apply (ITA)

- I suggest equip yourself with more knowledge bago ka sumabak. Ilista mo ang bawat steps and read through it.
Kailangan mong seryosohin ang pagbabasa lalo na at walang extrang budget to acquire services of an agent na mag gagabay at sasagot sa lahat ng tanong mo. It is truly overwhelming pero wala tayong choice na mga DIY kundi maging masigasig dahil pinili nga natin na tayo na lang ang gumawa mag isa.

Pinakamahirap yung hindi mo napaghandaan lahat then in the end magkakamali ka. Medyo costly ang magkamali sa DIY (makikita mo yan as you come across others here na nagkamali at nakakuha ng rejections or negative outcome.)

TIP: unahin mong icheck kung ilan ba ang points mo and from there, makikita mo if it is still worthwhile to proceed or not depende sa kaya mong maabot na points. Ang minimum points to submit an EOI is 65.
To guarantee an ITA immediately, your points should be (as per the trend) e 85 pataas.

Thanks Ms Ane! nung ngcheck ako nasa 65points ako, pero kung hihintayin ko ang Nov 16, may lalabas na bagong point system which Spouse points, ung single is 10 points kaya if ever nsa 75 ako pero hindi bababa sa 70. Salamat po sa input!

Question po, mga last July 23 nagsubmit po ako ng multiple EOIs. Today po dumating yung ACS ng wife ko pero less than 2 years yung na-credit. Pero kinilala naman ng ACS yung work niya na under Computer Network and Systems Engineer.
Pwede ko pa din po bang i-claim ang points as partner? Pasado naman na po ang IELTS niya.

@Lee009 try mo mag back read sa mga kababayan nating ICT Support ang nominated occupation kung ano ang journey nila from OZ dreams to reality. Recently, nakakita ako ng mga nainvite na. I am pretty sure marami tayong cases na ganyan.

Mas malaki ang chance mo if ma-boost mo sa Superior ang PTE mo (May dedicated tayong channel para sa mga techniques at malupit na strategies para maka claim ng 20 points sa language proficiency)

Pero for now, prepare ka na muna for skills assessment. Marami raming documents ang kailangan ng ACS. Mas maganda decision-ready na ang application mo dahil hassle magpa balik balik pa.

Tama si @ms_ane, equip yourself with knowledge. Overwhelming sa simula but with the right attitude at mindset, magiging madali ang pagkamit sa iyong Australian dreams.

@Lee009. We have an agent but since pareho kayo ng job code ng wife ko and she is the main applicant for our migration, I'll try my best to answer your questions and provide some history para maintindihan mo din how all the information that you are reading came into place.

Ang job code 313112 ay eligible for both visa 190 and visa 489 during the early part of this year (whether the applicant is onshore or offshore). When we first started our journey towards the migration (early February of this year when my wife is about to take IELTS), open pa yung job code for visa 190/489 for South Australia, Northern Territory and Visa 190 only for NSW. As we progressed, siguro mga mid July yun, the situation has changed for the whole of Australia. Naging 489 na lang yung eligibility nung job code for South Australia (190 became available only to onshore applicants) and naging 489 na lang din for NSW (selected regional areas only such as Riverina and Northern Rivers). This move was to make way for the upcoming new regional sponsored visa 491 starting November 16th. Nagkaroon ng advisory a little bit later on that Australia is prioritizing visa 489 applicants over the 190 applicants to which they gave a deadline of August 14 as the last day for filing state nomination applications for visa 489 in order for them to issue invitation to apply (ITA) until September 10th. Meaning, after August 14th, they will no longer accept state nomination applications for visa 489. Hindi din sila mag i-issue ng invites for 190 applicants until September 11th kasi nga inuuna nila maclear yung 489 applicants in line with the upcoming changes in November. So by the time na maging ready na kami sa mga requirements to submit EOI and state nomination application, wala na kaming choice other than 489 visa for South Australia. Now to answer your question kung makakapag file ka ba ng visa 190 kahit offshore ka, the answer is NO for now. 190 is currently available only to onshore applicants for South Australia. 489 visa naman is already closed as of August 14th as aforementioned with the above history.

Regarding sa question mo about PR, if you are granted a visa 190 you are already a PR or permanent resident. If you are granted a visa 489, it is a temporary visa which is a regional sponsored visa, then that is where the 2 years residency in the state and the region that nominated you and 1 year full time work is required to be able to file for a permanent visa which is visa 887.

Correct. Once you achieved the required English proficiency and have passed Skills Assessment through TRA, the next step is lodging EOI or expression of interest through skillselect. Once the EOI has been lodged, you will then need to submit a state nomination application for South Australia. Note that for some states, you cannot directly submit a state nomination application. Some states have an extra step called pre-invite before you can then apply for state nomination and later on (if all went well) officially get invited to apply for the sponsorship visa. Again we do not have full visibility when it comes to documents submission and where specifically they are being uploaded kasi nga may agent kami. Sa kanya lang kami nag su-submit ng mga docs na nirerequire nya and sya na bahala thereafter. You may read through other threads here especially from members' experience who went DIY discussing that specific matter so keep on exploring the forum.

#3: Do you think magpa skill assessment na ko bsta complete docs na kahit lito pa ko pano ung 190 visa? itatanong po ba sa skill assessment ung exact visa na kukunin mo?

If you are truly ready with regards to assessment and have all the necessary documents being required by TRA then you may do so para umaandar na kasi 3 months roughly ang processing nyan. But as @superluckyclover said, aim for a Superior PTE habang in progress yung TRA skills assessment mo para by the time na mag positive ka sa TRA and you are now about to lodge your EOI, mapataas mo pa points mo. Upon lodging EOI, that is where you will indicate your sponsorship visa of choice.

What I could recommend given the above situation is wait for November 16. Check if the states will release a new Skilled Occupation List (SOL) and check which states the job code 313112 will be open for which type of visa (190/491). Assess from there. Go back to this thread or any other appropriate thread if you have new set of questions. Sa ngayon medyo malabo yung 190 for most of the states. I checked today and open sa NSW yung job code 313112. However, it has an additional requirement which states as follows:

"The additional requirement for these occupations is to be living in NSW, and to have been employed in NSW for at least one year, in the nominated occupation."

These occupations are indicated on the NSW 190 Priority Skilled Occupation List."

So you might want to check back again come November and see if there will be any changes to the SOLs.

Keep on exploring the forum. There are a number of threads here discussing almost all the questions one may have in terms of migration processes. Hope this helps.

Grabe sir! SUPER informative!! andami ko ng binasa, ung isa sabi ganito, tapos biglang may update hindi daw ganito kaya naguguluhan ako and YOU gave me all the answers i need! THANK YOU po sobra sa effort ng pag explain nyo sa kin neto. Sir gusto ko lang din ask sino po agent nyo? Im considering RPS kasi dati bago ko naisip na mag DIY nalang. And would you mind to share how much quote sa wife nyo? para lang mcompare ko rin IF ever na mgdecide ako mag agent. I have this thinking kasi na mahina ang 50k na "talent fee" ng mga agent aside pa sa overall total ng visa.

About sa skill assessment medyo matagal nga daw po processing nun, like dati 90 days pero sa dami daw ng nagaapply sabi sa TRA website it will most likely take 120 days na daw. Kaya iniisip ko na magpasa na habang waiting din sa November update. Last questions po sana sir, naalala nyo po ba mga sinubmit ng wife nyo sa skill assessment sa TRA? Eto plang nasa checklist ko: TOR, Diploma, Passport or Birth cert, Employers Template, COE, ITR.. ?

Regarding the requirements, I think same lang ng mga hiningi sa iyo plus he requested for us to submit bank statements and payslips indicating payroll entries by the company she is working for, SSS contributions and Philhealth yata. Sorry to hear that TRA assessment is now at 120 days. Baka nga siguro madami silang backlogs. In our case, we submitted assessment April 10th and we received positive assessment July 8th.

Yes of course. Basta naman may enough work experience ka - meaning, accepted minimun number of years para ma-assess as positive sa nominated skill mo - ICT Support.

Bank statement usually may guide / computation yan per head. Kung partners gantong x amount dapat, pag may x number of children, xx dapat ang amount.

1 thing for sure, dapat lahat ng declared asset should be "liquid"
