May challenges ba to supply a new one?

in our case - both our PCC (dependant and principal) from one country has expired, and NBI. hindi na kami nagrenew nung isang PCC, iyong NBI yes kumuha kmi pero hindi ko inupload iyong sa dependent ko dahil mali lahat ng info na nilagay even date of birth. hindi naman kami naCO contact ulit maybe because iyong PCC na naexpire is hindi from a middle east country kaya hindi na ulit kami hiningan ng panibago. but best advice, if you can still get new pcc iupload lang, otherwise pray na hindi na kayo hingan ng panibago.

@twenty1 check mo ang trend ng grants, sa ngayon Feb pa lng ang may grants, then March. So kung matapos na ang March, kayo na next maybe in 2 months, assuming lang yan.. kung 189 kayo 8-9 months ang processing time, pag 190 naman 9-13mos dapat pasok jan ang PCC nyo. H

I would leave it as it is. Wait for the case officer’s instructions. The worst thing that can happen is they ask a new one. Good luck

@lecia 189 kami so most probably ang ika 8-month after ng April visa lodged namin is December na. Middle east PCC yung sa dependent ko and nakalagay dun valid lang for 6-months. Worry lang tlga namin is worst case ma-CO contact at humingi ng bago para sa dependent.

@agentKams Thanks sa advise. Nag-aanticipate lang kami ng pwedeng mangyari if ever ma-CO contact atleast upfront maiuupload agad PCC kung yun ang hingin.

For me it doesn’t make a difference whether ma-CO contact ka. You will get it eventually.

@twenty1 remember na pag na CO contact ka, given na +28 days bago ka mabalikan, and ang ibang case dito - took 3-4 months additional waiting time bago ma grant, maski na ang hiningi lang is as simple as a PCC or NBI Clearance. If ako ang tatanungin, mas importante saken ang peace of mind, at ang pagiging sigurista ko whatever it takes maski mapagastos pako ulit. Take into consideration gaano katagal kumuha ng PCC - kasya ba sa 28 days?
I won’t risk it. Extra stress, + months of additional waiting time na sa totoo lang, nakakaburyong.

That’s exactly the reason why we advice clients to provide the clearances later in the application once the case officer asks for it. These are time sensitive documents and with their decision timeline these days, you’ll end up stressing about the expiry date. The later the expiry date of these documents the later the expiry of the entry date will be. This means, one has more time to prepare for the big move once Visa has been granted. It makes moving so much smoother.

Siguro it will take not longer 2 weeks to get another PCC sa Middle East, yun nga lang yung hassle and gastos na naman na gagawin pero you're right, mas okay yung peace of mind if ever mangyari yung worst case na manghingi ng bago si CO.

Sobra na stress sa paghihintay ng grant

- I feel you when it comes to the waiting game. Nakaka stress and kung ano ano na naiisip bakit wala pa ang grant. Minsan gusto lang naten na matapos na.
The hassles and gastos are given naman na during our application so let it go mo nalang iyang fact na iyan

As we really don’t know when mabubuksan ng case officer ang iyong application (could be Oct- Dec), pwede ka na mag request ngayon for the PCC ng wife mo and upload mo na.
Ikaw ang main applicant diba? may PCC ka din from other countries? Kasi ito din talaga ang basis ng IED e kaya worthwhile din na makita natin na even though hindi expired yun sayo pero baka naman may 2 months validity na lang din, baka sa BM naman kayo magipit.
Kami e umulit din ng NBI clearance namin, but for PCC here sa SG e umabot naman ang validity.

Tanggalin mo na sa isip mo yun possibility na “baka naman di hingin”. Doon tayo lagi sa safe side at sigurado. We can’t take the risk - and at least kahit paano we know for ourselves na we did everything to avoid a CO contact dahil ang CO contact equates to more months of delay (no one can clearly predict ang timeline from CO contact to grant lalo na sa mga ganap nowadays)

Best of luck sa inyong application. Isa lang naman ang masasabi ko, worth the wait naman yan and worth all the gastos and pagod and aberya

@twenty1 also, we have seen varying opinions sa inquiry na ito that you posted. the good thing about this forum is may mga options na na lalaid out for you to decide. Options that works either way. Ultimately, ikaw ang makakapag decide kung saan ka comfortable and kung san ka mapapanatag

@brodpete77 no worries about that, as long as nakapaglodge na, antayin mo na lng yung grant. Meron naman silang cut off ng ITA sa 489 which was last 11 September..

We expect it to increase. STEM is for australian qualifications only

Hello mga kabayan! Husband ko po ang main applicant, currently nagpasa kami EOI and waiting for invite.
Question po:
1. Kung lilipat po sya ng work ngayon, kelangan nya po ba mag paassess ulit sa ACS para sa new work nya?
Max na po ang nakuha namin sa work exp 8yrs -15pts.

Kelangan po ba iupdate ang EOI nya once lumipat sya ng work?
Just incase hindi na ipa-assess ung new work, tapos na invite kami, ang ibibigay namin na COE ay from new work kahit di sya pina-assess?

Maraming salamat po sa sasagot. Nag dadalawang isip kc si husband lumipat ng work gawa nitong pag aapply sa australia baka makagulo pa sa application.

Total experience ko as Network Engineer, is 7.5 years, yung first work ko i had 1.5years of exp kaso hindi nag rerespond sa requests ko for referral letter. I even went to their office pero pinapabalik-balik lang ako, even my old manager, ayaw mag respond di rin ako inentertain nung pagpunta ko sa office nila kasi busy daw, may conference.. etc etc..

My target is 5 years naman talaga, pero worry ko baka bawasan exp ko pag dating sa ACS assessment.

Tingin nyo po ba may chance na bawasan exp ko with the ff details:

ANZSCO - 263111 Computer Network and Systems Engineer
Education: 4-years Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
Exp
2010-2012 = network support 1.5 years (no referral, but with basic COE, no JD included)
2013-2016 = network support/engineer 3 years (w/ referral letter)
2016-2019 = network administrator 3 years (w/ referral letter)

Need your opinion guys, kasi parang gusto ko na isubmit sa ACS yung 2013-2019 at di ko na ipilit yung sa first work ko. Thank you so much!

It means your degree will only be recognised as equivalent to associate degree. 5 years will be taken off your experience unless your accumulated GPA is under under 2.00

1. Skills Assessment- expiring 17-Oct 2019 (requesting VetAssess for renewal nirequest na po namin prior the invitation) may issue po ba ito? or we only use the current one expiring on 17-Oct? sa nabasa ko po sa DHA website:

"For your application to be valid, you must declare that you have a suitable skills assessment at the time of invitation.
You will need to provide a copy of this skills assessment with your application."

2. English test: expiring po yung PTE by Nov 2019, need pa po ba magretake?
