@cucci ask lang po... ako po kc yung main applicant, yung ssponsoran ng company (visa 482), and namention ko po sknla na isasama ko po ung partner ko (de facto) sa application and ok nmn po sakanila. Ano po ba ang steps after? Same po ba kame or different application? Pano po magaapply c partner?

@cucci also, about sa relationship statement po. Need po ba yun as statutory declaration or prang formal letter lang po addressing sa australian govt (dept of home affairs)? Or may specific pong forms yun?

Make sure that your partner is included in the visa nomination form to be submitted by your employer. Pwedeng sabay kayo mag apply although kung di naman need na magsabay kayo pwede naman as subsequent entrant. The latter would be more preferable kasi sure na muna na approved na ang visa mo at makakaalis ka, just in case may unforseen situations like problems with medical, etc. on your partner's part.

For additional proof of de facto relationship, both of you or together execute a Stat Dec or affidavit stating your situation and future plans. If you have friends and/or relatives in Au who knows you and your partner, you can ask them to execute Form 888 and have it signed by a JP.

@cucci pwede na po ba magrequest ng Tax File Number kht offshore? Kc po si employer asking na sa Bank details, TFN, and superannuation...
Tapos meron po silang default super. First state super and Hesta... ano po ba masusuggest nyo?

And ung my mga 482 visa po. Pa-share naman po please ng timeline including ung bago maapprove ung nomination ng employer and detailed docs needed with de facto partner.

You will need an Australian address for ATO to send you the doc indicating your TFN. You can ask a friend if you can use their address for the meantime. It will take 10 days for the ATO to send the mail. I am not informed about the differences of each company offering super annuation management... you can switch between fund managers later as to which one you see fit.

@cucci Ask ko lng ano magiging responsibilities ng employer kapag inextend nila sa de facto partner yung sponsorship. Partner ko ksi nasa Australia na. Tapos ngaask sya if pwd iextend sponsorship nila sakin. Seems like hindi aware employer nya na pwede yung ganon. Need p daw nila ireview ano responsibilities nila. May mga employer ba talaga na hindi ngeextend ng sponsorship?

AFAIK, wala namang responsibilities ang employer when it comes to dependents of sponsored employees. Australia prides itself as a family supportive society and family friendly environment kaya nga shops close early to allow for family time. Baka bagong employer/sponsor ang company kaya just want to make sure that the things they do are above-board and wanna be sure of their actions.

Ongoing meaning approved na or ongoing ang application process? In any case, wala naman pong restriction to apply for 189. Kung approved na ang 482 at ma-approve ang 189, just be sure to comply with the contract you made with your employer who paid for your sponsorship.

As to docs for de facto partner:

passport
CEMI, Diploma, TOR
Police clearance(s)
proof of living together (rental agreements, mortgage, bills showing the same address)
joint bank accounts, travel tickets showing you both travelled together
docs showing joint ownership of properties
Stat Decs (from both of you and one or two friends or family ties) | Form 888 to be accomplished by a friend living in Au and signed by a JP
pictures showing both of you on vacation or on events together

Hi po good day. Tanong ko lang po how can I book an appointment for medical here in AU? nasa sydney po ako. I am applying for tss visa. Sept 26 last year po yung last medical ko. Bali po di na po yun tatanggapin nang immi kasi nka sulat doon with in the last 12 months. di ko pa po na lodge yung tss ko kasi ngayon ko lang nakuha nbi ko. ayun di na umabot yung medical ko. I tried to apply for a new hap id po. i got the referral. i followed po the steps in booking an appointment. sa Bupa site po yung select date nila for appointment sa parramatta and sydney branch lahat po no available slots until sa 2020. Sino po dito sa inyo may alam kung paano ako makaka kuha nang slot or appointment? can i apply in person po ba? or does it have to be online?
I called BUPA po sabi nila wla daw talagang slots kasi full po daw ngayun. Mag abang lang daw ako kung may mag cacancel kasi may slots daw na aappear doon sa dates nila pag may nag cancel.

any advice po paano gawin yung medical?

seems that BUPA is the only accredited agency for medicals here in Australia.

hello po. try checking it during the day within office hours. may mgaapear na date and always 5 days in advance. Bupa sydney branch lang ata ang nagcacater for medicals. Hnd accessible ung site at night kasi i've tried walang available dates na nagappear din. We just had medicals 26 sept.

If coming directly from Pinas, have your contract verified with POEA so you can be issued OEC... or pass through another country as tourist and from there come to Australia. Mas madali ang processing ng OEC dito para makauwi pag kailangan.

Hello po. Tanong lang ulit, magkaproblema po kaya kung main applicant is onshore and ung partner e offshore? Willing naman po un employer na isama sa nomination un partner. maraming salamat sa sasagot.

Iif coming from Singapore po ba need pa ng return ticket? Medyo matagal po kse process ng eoc need na po ako makapunta before the 20th. Mag tour ako singapore then from Singapore to Au.

As long as the partner satisfies the requirements of the visa, wala naman akong nakikitang problem.

Hello Kabayan! Magbakasakali lang ako baka meron kami kaparehas na scenario dito. Last Oct 17, 2018 nakapag medical kami for TSS Visa 482 and valid for PR application narin na valid for 1 year. Then na invite kami to apply for Visa 190 at nag lodged na last Oct 10, 2019. Tanong ko lang kung magiging Valid pa ba ang medical namin for the last 12 months or kailangan ulit namin mag book ng panibagong health exam? Salamat

@japsdotcom I just had the same scenario. I lodged (190 QLD) last March 15, 2019 with my medical exam expiring on April 19, 2019. Wala naman naging problema, I just got my direct grant today, Oct 15, 2019. Eto din yung concern ko, akala ko kukuha ako ng panibagong health exam. TSS din ako tulad nyo since April 2019. check your application lang for health assessment if finalised na ba and no further action needed yung status

@n3n_3pqln Di ko maalala na gumawa ako ng Forms 80 and 1221 for the temporary visa. After nomination, go to your immi account and create a new application, select Temporary Skill Shortage (482) and enter the required details.

Kung sabay sabay na kayo mag apply ng mga dependents mo, may option dun sa loob ng main application to add other visa applications.

While normally, ok lang naman na sabay, in many cases, much easier na mag subsequent entrant application na lang ang dependents. This way sure muna na ma-approve ang primary applcant in case may problem ng mag come up like issues with medicals, etc. sa mga dependents.
