@VirGlySyl and @ms_ane thank you so much for the clarification.
Thanks!

@coolitz_12 from my experience in handling cases, section 3 has always been equivalent to an Australian diploma. I would not advice any client of mine to appeal.

Or basta 85 points regardless of occupation list ang naiinvite?
Nung tinignan ko po kasi ang immitracker halos 75 points lang ang mga naglodge ng EOI for 2335 anzsco and since january wala naiinvite.

After PR Approval - How Soon Para Lumipad to AU
Good day po, pasensya na po kung wrong place pero within the context at category naman po.
We've been approved 189 Visa, me and my family, last Feb 2018 expiring on 2023.
Me bearing po ba yun or pwede namin imaximize say till 2022 to fly to AU?
Thank you po in advance sa mga sasagot.

@IvanHoe14 on the visa document that was given to you, there should be a date as to when you should enter Australia by to activate the Visa. If you fail to enter by that date, you fail to activate the visa therefore it would no longer be valid.

VETASSESS
Hello, anyone here na nakapagpa-assess sa Vetassess? Planning to DIY. So far ito ang mga certificates that I have prepared. Ang nominated job is ANZSCO 225499.
· TOR – certified true copy
· Diploma – translated in English
· Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction
· Certificate of Graduation
Sa work, ito naman:
· Statement of Service sa current company – signed by my IS (i don't think makakakuha ako nito sa HR eh)
· Statement of Service sa previos company – for signature pa lang ng HR or senior colleague ko
· 1st payslip and latest payslip (sa current company ko lang, no copies na sa previous company eh)
· ITR

Actually, sumulat po kame sa immigration kasi April ang binigay na first entry which is too short. Tapos meron pa kameng maliit na kid. So, to cut the story short, pinayagan naman po kame na mawaive ang first entry.
Kung ganun po kaya, can we maximize it or we need to be there at least 2 years before para marenew pa ang aming PR?
Thank you po.

@IvanHoe14 if that’s the case, you would need to check with them as yours is very different to the usual circumstance. They usually set the entry date based on the expiry of the police and medical clearance. And this is what I have mentioned many times in this forum regardinh timing of submitting these documents as I would rather prefer for my clients to submit them when case officer requests for it vs submitting them earlier as it gives the applicant morevtobtime to prepare for the big move.
Anyway, I would contact them as soon as possible to get to the bottom of this rather than relying on advice from this forum.

@IvanHoe14 same case here! They waived our initial entry too, i stated my reasons..

@IvanHoe14 no worries. each case is different so it’s safe to either contact immigration or someone knowledgeable with immigration process and qualified to provide advice. Not because it works on one doesn’t mean it works on everyone. You would have the peace of mind if you get first hand information from a reliable source than from someone’s experience. Good luck. I’m sure you’ll be fine in the end.

Hi guys. Need help po. Medyo confused po ako about sa new addtl points. Please enlighten me. TIA.

New points won’t take effect until 16 November. Also, make sure you are in a de facto relationship, meaning living together for at least 12 months

@RheaMARN1171933 Yes, naka defacto relationship na kami and on Temporary Graduate visa expiring soon. Ako po yun nag aral dito and RN na and siya AIN. Yun question ko po, kelangan din ba na nasa skilled occupation siya + has competent english to gain extra 5 points? Or basta competent english okay na?
"5 points for applicants with a spouse or de facto partner who has competent English" kasi naka lagay sa website.

@goku_son yung sinasabi nyo po na:
("5 points for applicants with a spouse or de facto partner who has competent English" kasi naka lagay sa website.) yan po ay New Points na sabi nga ni Ms. @RheaMARN1171933 ay sa Nov. 16 pa mag-e-effect,

@section3kid it won’t be updated automatically because you need to declare that. Otherwise the system won’t have a way of finding out if your partner has competent English

@section3kid @RheaMARN1171933 Oh. Gets ko na po. Kailangan ko lang din malaman as early as now para mapag take ko din siya ng PTE this month. Pa expire na kasi soon. Thank you.

Me and my de facto partner are currently on Temporary Graduate visa, Subclass 485 which will be expiring soon on Feb 2020. Since Feb 2019 take ako ng take ng PTE exam. Naka 8 times na ako ng take, pero until now kulang pa din score ko po. Yun partner ko nag study ng Certificate III in Aged Care and nag work as AIN.
Since aabutan kami this coming Feb ng expiry.

@goku_son Are you RN already? Currently working? Sabi mo kasi "nag-study" so I presume tapos ka na at RN na? Have you considered the Employer Nomination pathway? I understand that depende rin sa employer ang pathway na to kasi you will probably be in 482 muna.
Going regional will definitely add to your points but then depende rin sa nursing specialization mo.
I would suggest getting the services of @RheaMARN1171933 so you can thresh out the intricacies of the process against your credentials.

@goku_son can’t fully picture the entire situation but just commenting about your choice of visa - 189. You should have been focusing on 190 or regional from day 1. 189 seems to be gold for the last year or two. We don’t prioritise this Visa option anymore for our clients for some time.

Good afternoon po, Ma'am/Sir Sino po dito nakapag take ng Skill Assessment? May ask po sana ng step by step. ksi mejo naguguluhan n po kami nag agent po ksi kami ang alam po ksi nmin si skilled assessment ung maselan, then naipasa na po nmin assessment tapos ngayon po pinaayos po samin ung CV which is naayos na namin tapos ngayon po ung COE naman pinapaulit samin, knowing na nung nag skilled asssesment kami pinaayos n po samin and na approved na po, ganun po ba tlga ung pag nag apply ng 190 or 189?

Hi. Thanks po sa mga nag reply. Yes RN na ako dito. I got my registration in April 2018. @RheaMARN1171933 @cucci
