I am an Industrial Eng'g graduate pero have been practicing IT for about 10yrs na. Also worked for 2 months in Melbourne, dahil nagkaproject kami sa isang Aus company. Also, I noticed parang IELTS is not required in ACS, is that correct?
Tips po please.

Sa mga nakapag Statutory Declaration na po, yung lawyer po ba na magiging witness ay kahit sinong lawyer sa pinas puede na? Or kailangan ay pasok sa notary public appointed overseas of australia???

Wala namang nababanggit sa guidelines na ganun. Usually, dapat merong contact details yung declarant, tapos signed and witnessed ng attorney sa notary office.

Eto po guidelines and where to download a Statutory Declaration form. Dito kami kumuha ng form and today may appointment kami sa Australia High Commission/Embassy para magpa Stat Dec. Pinili namin sa embassy na lang instead sa typical notary service para less questions kung sino nag witness ng stat dec ni declarant.

Quick question, since naging 8 digit yung mga tel nos. ng mga companies located sa Metro Manila, magkaka effect ba ito kung ang tel no. na nkalagay sa pina assessed sa COE ay yung di pa updated? I'm thinking na kapag iveverify na sa visa lodgement ng assigned CO, malamang di na nila macocontact yung old tel nos na nka indicate sa pinasang COE letterheads.

Update ko lang po specially yung mga taga Singapore...Yung dun sa form, don't remove the numbered guide. Officers at the High Commission need to see it or else, reject yung stat doc na ipe-present nyo.

Meron po bang nakapagpa reassess na dito na nka link sa dating ACS application na napalitan or nadelete nila yung mga previous file attachments? Magpapa reassess sana ako at papalitan yung passport file attachment ko, pero prang walang way pra i-delete yung previous file attachment.

Hello po. May question po ako regarding Statutory Declaration/Affidavit. Ok lang po ba na dito sa Pinas ipa-notarized yung affidavit pero yung declarant, naka-based sya sa Australia?

@iamelem ung stat dec for skills assessment ba? If yes. Dapat kasi pipirma sa harap ng atty ung other person (ie. boss mo) and hingan boss ko ng 1 valid id , ilalagay cya sa template ng affidavit. kung may kakilala kang notary public baka pwede. pero need mo pa rin ng copy ng valid id ng boss mo.

@iamelem yes kasi nakasaad sa affidavit na si boss mo with address xxx na kasalukuyan namamasukan sa company at may designation a xxx ay nagtetesify na ikaw ay kanyang sinupervise xxxxx tapos may lagda sa last page sa harap ng atty ng notary public. hindi pwede sarili mo na ikaw ang nagtetestify ng mga trabaho mo. writing content ng affidavit in his person dapat.

nahirapan rin ako dyan. kasi boss ko sa pinas precious ang oras. kung may kakilala ka na public notary baka pwede mo mapakiusapan na, dalin mo lang orig photocopy ng id nya at papirma mo na bago ka pumunta sa notary public. d kasi pwede pag wala ka kakilala. dahil matataya sa alanganin ang business nila pag fake ang document na ninotarise nila.

The legal procedure in the country where the stat dec is being declared has to be followed. You need to ask the notary public about these things. We could only guess and assume but experts would know better.

Hello, I got feedback from CO requesting additional document directing to this requirement since I provided Statutory Declarations only - An explanation will be required as to why an employment reference letter cannot be obtained.
Do I just create this in plain word document? Should it be notarized?
