Guys, pasok ba sa ICT Business Analyst yung roles ko below? I worked as Business Analyst in Accenture, Concentrix, ATOS and American Express for a total of 11 years. More on Six Sigma Projects, Project Management and Process Improvement ng IT Helpdesk, BPO Operations, Training and HR processes. I don't design or develop system software or work with system developers.

Anyone here with same work experience and was able to get positive skill assessment as ICT Business Analyst 261111? I don't want to be profiled kasi as Non-ICT BA 224711kasi STSOL lang sya.

My roles include:
• Drive the Operational Excellence journey to reduce process lead time, increase productivity, defect and variation reduction, and achieve cost savings using different Six Sigma Tools and Methodologies.
• Simplify and define the process; Sustain a high degree of process compliance.
• Identify, analyze and address potential process failures that can be monitored, prevented or controlled.
• Define and implement process metrics, data collection processes, and reporting tools to monitor process performance.
• Prepare and maintain status reports, resolution tracking, service management reports and process documentation.
• Create business case for the new projects including the Cost & Benefits, Transition Cost, Project Timelines & capacity planning related to new transitions.
• Overall responsibility for assigned account specific processes including documenting, change control, and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively seek improvements and enhancements to service support according to the business objectives and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Provide processes for agents to utilize to meet case resolution requirements
• Communication of new or revised processes on time
• Updating knowledge-based changes on the internal database
• Ensure that account processes are aligned with the Global Processes

@fugu.umeda unfortunately for those who have low points like myself, it's been more than a year of waiting for the invite. i just hope to get one before my EOI expires. Nasa 70pts pa din yung cutoff as per last checking.

So far meron po ba satin na-invite with 70 points? I heard last 70 pointers invitation was nung Sep 2017 pa.

Hello, good morning. I'm new here and nag-gauge palang kung pwede ako magtry mag apply.

I'm an ECE grad from a section 2 school. Full IT ang experience ko, pero, magkaiba ng roles.

1 yr - service desk
3 yrs - operations support (incident management)
Almost 4yrs - IT business analyst

Ang aapplyan ko sana eh yung 261111: ICT Business Analyst.

Ask ko sana, yung 'relevant work experience' na madededuct sakin, counted ba yung previous work na non- IT Business Analyst? O dun lang sila titingin sa years na ang work ko is the same as the job title?

@unbusybee pwede mo isubmit lahat ng COE from above work experiences. Sila magdedecide kung pasok sa IT Business Analyst yung mga yun. Sa deduction nakalagay yun sa ACS Guidelines, if bachelors with major in ICT, 2yrs madededuct sa relevant exps.

@unbusybee May specific na job responsibilities for each job code. If yun job responsibilities mo as per COE matches sa 261111, they highly likely na maco count yun work mo. Job title doesn't matter, it can be generic Manager pero acting as BA.

Hi po Thank you and nakita ko tong site na to’ since I’m planning to apply for skilled visa to AU. Based po sa research ko, under ICT business analyst po ako pero kelangan ko ng RPL since hindi po ako IT Graduate. Graduate po ako ng Management course. But I have 8 years experience with BA tasks po. Meron po ba kayong alam na best service na magrereview ng RPL? I have a draft na pero not sure po if papasa na siya sa standards ng ACS. Thank you!

Pwede po ba makakuha ng sample na RPL na ginawa mo po? Need ko rin kasi gumawa ng RPL. Thanks!
