    Hi!
    Just want to inquire,
I want to claim points for overseas work. So May sample professional reference format ang ANMAC. Nacoconfuse lang ako kung isesend ba via post ng referee ko ung reference sa Anmac or i'll just attached it to my application?

Professional References need not be sent directly to ANMAC by the referee... only the COGS is required to be sent to ANMAC directly.
Your documents need to be scanned in high resolution to conform with ANMAC requirements.

    YES.
    https://www.nursingmidwiferyboard.gov.au/Codes-Guidelines-Statements/FAQ/recency-of-practice.aspx
What do you mean by practice?
Practice means any role, whether remunerated or not, in which the individual uses their skills and knowledge as a health practitioner in their profession. Practice in this context is not restricted to the provision of direct clinical care. It also includes using professional knowledge (working) in a direct non-clinical relationship with clients, working in management, administration, education, research, advisory, regulatory or policy development roles, and any other roles that impact on the safe, effective delivery of services in the profession.

Hi guys, question, my partner is a registered both in the Philippines and US (NCLEX passer). Rather than me going with her to the states, I'm taking her as a de facto partner in Oz. I was told that she needs to go through AHPRA referral and then either take the OBA exam or study for 1 year. Is this correct? Also, what are the estimated costs? Sabi nila mahal daw yung OBA. Thanks!

Oh wow it says that the first part of the OBA IS the Nclex RN which my partner already passed, but it says here that Aphra must authorize you to sit for an exam. I'm not sure if this means she has to ask Aphra's authorization to take and take the exam again. Very inconvenient if that's the case; Nclex is HAAAARD and she did it twice.

Since bago at magsisimula pa lang ang OBA sa March, I suggest you or your gf get in touch with AHPRA sa tanong kung pwede na ba yung dating NCLEX exam.
Regarding BP, may kilala akong nag-start last Jan sa Perth, am not sure kung may mga next batches pa.

RN ka na po ba before going to Au? Yung experience mo outside Au is counted against the 2 year minimum sa 482 visa, hindi lang ang Au experience.

relevant professional discipline which you are relying
on to support your eligibility for registration under the

The Board will only accept the successful completion
of five (5) years (full-time equivalent) continuous
education that is a combination of:

Can someone please shed some light on this. Since we do not meet criterion 2, does this mean we cannot go through the self-check and apply for registration? It seems everyone needs to go through the self-check now.

    Applying for registration
If you are an IQNM wishing to apply for registration in Australia, before you are eligible to apply for registration you must provide your qualification and other details through the Self-check. You will then be advised of the steps (assessment stages) you need to successfully complete before you are eligible to apply for registration.

Dadaan pa din po ng Self Check kasi they will verify your submitted docs against the Self Check and from there will advice you on the next steps to follow.

Hi po. Di ko alam if right thread itong pagatanungan ko. May question ako regarding 186.

    https://forms.ahpra.gov.au/Infiniti/Produce/wizard/4be8391a-74ec-420a-83dd-7f0304e20432/?ID=4be8391a-74ec-420a-83dd-7f0304e20432&prepared=true&logGuid=2eb70436-b03f-4952-87d6-b7aa5630eaef
The Self-check process requires all prospective applicants for registration to confirm they have read and understood the contents of, and can currently satisfy **or, when they submit their registration application, will be able to satisfy the requirements of the following registration standards:

NMBA English language skills registration standard**
    NMBA Criminal history registration standard
NMBA Recency of practice registration standard, and
NMBA Professional indemnity insurance registration standard.

Depende sa State... parang may nabasa akong nag-post na na-invite sa Victoria last year with minimum points, however, the basic principle is the higher the score, the better the chances of being invited.

Hi! I’ve just started my self check. I wonder if the requirements are still the same as before OBA? My TOR has “employment purposes only”, should I get another one from Pinas? Also, I’m already in Aus, do I still need to notarize my docs in the Philippines or I can do it here with Justice of Peace? Help me please.

Same pa rin naman ang required docs. Your TOR would also suffice. Btw, technically iba ang notarization sa certification as true copy... only Certified True Copies are required so JP certified is more than enough, except for the COGS which need to be recent and needs to be sent directly to AHPRA by PRC (or other agency, if you held or hold registration other than PH),

Thanks for your reply! The TOR still needs to be indicated for APHRA still, right? And I heard before Aphra will give you a letter to refer to PRC or CHED, but now I’m not sure. The self check asks for payment first and no other requirements indicated.
