    lol wala nga hahaha... pero punta ka sa Baby section sa groceries baka may tabo dun pang baby hahaha... may timba na mabibili ka.. kasi dito naman host ang nakakakabit sa gripo pang dilig at shower naman ang pang ligo dito. ang gamit dito toilet tissue pang punas sa wetpu. hahaha...

    @stoneheart Di na po need ng CFO sticker pag naka 475 visa ka. Yung mga PR visas lng ang required for CFO stamping. :)
    Sir di napo ba kailangan ng cfo or visa label pag visa 475 holder paalis na din kmae sa May ng asawa ko. visa 475 kame. Ticket lng po kailangan passport and grant letter ok na to sa philippine airport / immigration? thank you

    Three year provisional visa yung 475 and I read somewhere na puwede ka nang mag apply ng PR pag nakatira ka na ng at least 2 years dun sa region na yun

    Just a quick question guys - mura ba ang pag winter na clothes say in Melbourne?
    Bago kami nag Toronto, ang dami naming binili na winter clothes sa uk-uk, pagdating ng winter tinapon namin lahat, wlang silbi. Tapos bago kami nag-migrate sa Queensland ng december pinadala namin lahat ng winter clothes sa pinas, after 3 days biglang snow storm, patay. Haha, bad timing :)

    Sir tama po..state sponsor visa ang 475, this visa requires you to staty for 2 years sa state na nag sponsor sayo then after nun pwede ka na mag apply pr.. Di ko kase alam kung kailangan pa yung CFO? pero buti n lng nabasa ko comment ni k_mavs na di na kailangan.and concern kase namin yung immigration dito pinas.. san po kaya pwede i confirm to? Thank you.

    Nadine, tama si lock_code2004, summer ngaun at umaabot halos 42+deg cel on other regions lalo na sa Adelaide. May winter din dito sa Qld, kelangan mu ng proper jacket yung kakayanin ang 10-20deg cel. Pero never akong nagheater kasi gusto ko malamig yung mga computers at servers ko sa bahay. Pinagja-jacket ko na lang si misis, hehe :)

    Depende kasi kung saang part ka ng QLD pero usually sa madaling araw lang yun. Pag-umaga nasa 16-20 yung average dito sa brisbane. Don't worry about it.

    54 days to go before the big move to Melbourne; so far I have done the following - pls feel free to "remind" me if I miss out to do anything very important.

    (1) Book Tickets
    (2) Did the CFO Seminar
    (3) Opened account in Australia and transfer money - c/o NAB & Commonwealth Bank
    (4) Arranged for temporary accommodation - c/o a friend we met earlier during a vacation in Melbourne
    (5) Collated all important documents - i.e. birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc
    (6) Update CV and begin searching for possible jobs
    (7) Sorted out the incorrect year of birth in my drivers license

    In the next few days, we shall be doing the following:

    (1) Do a dental check-up and get a complete dental record
    (2) Pack up - probably the hardest thing to do as you will basically pack your whole life within a 50kg luggage allowance

    Am excited and at the same time, kinakabahan na rin. When we moved to Singapore 4 years back, wala kami pera but may trabaho na waiting. This time around naman, may konting ipon (salamat sa pagiging OFW) BUT wala kami work waiting for us. :)

    tama si @psychoboy hindi na nga required, pero pwede naman daw if you opted to have it labelled on your passport. kaya nga lang meron n charge. like me, im planning to do the labelling sa Pinas, pro i will pay 75AUD (3,100 pesos).
