For example BS Education graduate pero may more than 5 years of work experience as Marketing Specialist. Is that feasible po ba or not? Thanks!

Here's my quick background:
1. I graduated from Mapua Institute of Technology - Manila
Section 1 category
2. I am graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering
3. I am working for 85 months with combined experiences in Systems Analysis
4. I am 32 years old and will turn 33 by June next year.
What is the best approach so far?
Go for Engineers Australia - relate experiences to IE by submitting CDR
Go for ACS - list down actual job experiences and submit RPL
How will RPL affect my school category as well as my education qualifications or work qualifications?
When do you consider age point? By the time you lodge your EOI, or by the time you submit a Skills Assessment?
It would be a big help to have these information.

Maraming salamat po sa guide na ito! We are collecting documents to submit to ACS for assessment, may question lang po regarding Stat Dec.
To start, my wife and I have been living and working in SG as PR for 12 years. I worked in a call center prior moving here in SG for 2-3 years. Since mahirap maka secure ng COE and Stat Dec sa pinas, I'm thinking of disregarding na itong experience na ito.
For my experience here in SG:
1 year under agency - Job function pasok sa Computer Network Professionals sa AU
After 1 year, naging perm staff ako and been employed by same company since.
Moved to different position after ko maging perm staff but overall, the job function is the same as Computer Network Professionals.
Pwede bang isang COE lang present ko sa ACS since I've been doing the related job to Computer Network Professional in the past 11/12 years?
Pwede bang isang Stat Dec lang present ko, and I have a pinoy peer/colleague na mas mataas position saken na makakapag attest ng job function ko presently?
Although this person is not my direct supervisor and teammate, pwede ba sya mag Stat Dec para saken? Since considered as "partner" sya ng organization namin and from time to time nae-engage namin sya and vice versa, I think he can attest about my skills and function.
Maraming salamat po sa tutulong para sumagot.

Hi
Call Center ka sa pinas for 3 yrs? are you also doing the same "Computer Network Professional" job? if not disregard mo na. unless related ang work mo sa pinas as "Computer Network Professional" 2-3 yrs is a big.
Bout your next 11 -12 yrs as "Computer Network Professional" sa SG.
Questions:
1. why not do Employment reference rather than stat dec?
2. isang company lang ba for your whole 11-12 yrs work sa Sg?

if thats the case you will need a COE (standard), payslip (better first and latest), and stat dec. For stat dec, it will need to be someone whom you have closely worked with or know and surpvising your work all throughout these yrs, kasi possible tumawag sa kanya ang ACS to verify.

Hello,
I'm a newbie here, as in literally less than a week when I decided I want to try and work abroad.
I've been reading several posts, and there is too much information to take all at once. Ask ko lang sana, if work-related ang interest, kailangan ba maghanap muna ako ng employer bago ako magstart sa migration agent (or DIY)?
Hindi ko kasi alam kung saan magstart.
Thank you in advance.

Hello po. You can first start with the skill that you currently have. Ano po ba ang work nyo and other work experiences that you had. Kung may skill ka po na nasa sa skill list then you can start moving from there. Pero kung wala, you can think about applying for a student visa.
Here's a link to the skilled occupation list:
https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list
Then ask ka ulet dito pagkatapos mo macheck kung ung skill mo nasa skill list.

I worked as an application support specialist for 4 years for a local company. Currently, I'm working as an outsource contractual employee for a US company for 19 months (in short, freelancer like a odesk pero full-time 40hrs per week) as a Network Operation Center Technician. This would be under the computer network if I'm correct.
I'm also considering a student visa as an option since may additional points din if my education under their country. Problem ko lang is more on the financial side if ever student visa.

Make sure this is properly documented. Mahigpit and immigration sa pag claim ng freelance work as acceptable full-time permanent work. As far as I know, freelance is not even considered "permanent" which is usually a requirement to claim as work experience. Documented, as in you have a contract, and proper payslip, or kung bank transfer-paypal yan, dapat clear yung name ng company and name mo. Just wish na yung assessing authority mo won't ask for ITR kung di ka voluntarily nagbabayad. Just saying because marami na kong kilalang di na crecredit yung freelance work.
Pero kung nagbabayad ka ng TAX and with proper ITR, you can claim this as your business (consultant), self-employed instead na " "freelance" working for a company.

1. We are only using Google Documents for my invoices, and very transparent sila na contractual. Though, I work the same as any of their direct hired employees on the team.
2. Sa salary, wired po yung payments directly to my bank account. So, ang lumalabas lang is "remittance" status.
If ever nga na medyo malabo, should I settle doing student visa instead?

With those circumstances, I think mahihirapan ka nga i-claim yan when you get assessed.
Nothing is stopping you from pursuing a student visa path if you can afford it. Just know the risks that this is not a guaranteed PR path. It will just give you a boost to EOI scoring (depending on the uni and course) and possibly increase your marketability in the AU job market. But this is not a direct PR path, you will still have to undergo the same process of application.

I'm assuming na ang work responsibilities mo for both roles na ni-mention mo are different. I tried searching for "application" and "network" as keywords sa skill list and eto ang mga nahanap ko:
Skills related to "application":
https://www.abs.gov.au/ausstats/[email protected]/Product+Lookup/E7A170C39D4FDA99CA257B950013114B?opendocument
Skills related to "network":
https://www.abs.gov.au/ausstats/[email protected]/Product+Lookup/8EF5499204A2FBECCA257B9500131105?opendocument
You can browse through both these unit groups and select the specific occupation that is closely related sa work experiences mo. Pede mo rin i-google each ANZCO code for more details of each occupation.
Note: Isang skill lang ang pede mong i-nominate for skills assessment so isa lang ang pipiliin mong ANZCO code. As for your situation, if magkaibang responsibilites nga ung work experiences mo, then you have to choose one (either application or network). Ang magiging problem mo dito is if wala kang mahanap tlga na skill na closely related sa work experiences mo. If that's the case then I think student visa ang bagsak mo (parang ako lang din haha).
And tama si @Kaidan, you need proper documentation of all things for skills assessment and visa processing.

@r_oras @Kaidan super thanks. Meron ba kayong idea more or less magkano magagastos if student visa, I mean in terms of including the living expenses and tuition? Pati narin if allowed ba ang working student sa student visa?

If masters, tuition per year at least prepare 25K AUD (that's around 880K php), if 2 year masters (which is the usual case) double the amount with yearly inflation. Tuition pa lang yan. Living expenses vary greatly. Work rights are very limited for a student visa holder, don't ever think that working while studying will sustain you.

Depende pa sa course. Some degrees are every expensive like 40K AUD a year.

pwede po bang magvocational para lang makapasok? Assuming mas mura, since ibang level po ang masters.

I'm think pede ka muna for Graduate Diploma/Certificate. Pero you have to note na may requirement na kailangan kang icomplete na number of units and duration of course para i-award sayo ung migration points. Nakalimutan ko na kung ilang units ang kailangan mong icomplete and ano dpat ung equivalent duration but after completing your Graduate Diploma/Certificate, you can move to the next level para ma-fill ung Australian Study requirement.

Hello @r_oras sorry if hindi po ako nakapagreply agad. Currently, I'm trying to reach out to AECC global para makapaginquire and at least makakuha ako ng estimate. Nabanggit kasi nung tumawag sakin from AECC na meron sila colleges and magsesend daw sya ng email about it.
Also may follow up question lang po ako. Meron bang chances na ma-disqualify ang candidate if ever PWD? I mean, I do not consider myself as PWD naman, pero physical appearance tilted yung head ko on my right. I can do almost anything a normal person can naman po except lift heavy things kasi my scoliosis po ako.
