Marami po sample reference letter si Google. Any format will do as long as yung position/job description mo na noted sa CV is also noted in the reference letter. Yung reference letter from your supervisor or authorized person yung mag cconfirm na yung nilagay mo sa CV is correct.

And, don't forget the pay rate.
Eto po ang mga necessary info.

Ano pong specific data needed if yung SSS yung secondary docs ko? TIA!

Does anyone know the recent turnover time for the EA MSA fast track result?
Planning to submit mine by the end of the week and hoping to get the results by next fortnight.
Hinahabol ko lang yung next invitation round for 189 which I reckon will be on 3rd week of April. :)

Ung sa husband ko 4 days lang ung fast track. Nagsubmit kami March 15, may outcome na ng March 19.

Even with a positive outcome in your migration assessment, your husband will still need to apply and go through the chartered membership process to become a Chartered Engineer in Australia. Depending on what pathwayway, he could re-use some of the documents he submitted for his migration assessment.

I'm not sure how it works with EA but in my situation as a CE practicing QS, I got my membership first with AIQS then applied for migration assessment which was a different process. And the only advantage I got was getting a 75% discount for the migration assessment fee because of being an AIQS member and nothing more. Also not all AIQS members pass the migration assessment because of failing to meet the requirements.

    Hello!
We are newbies here. And we just started the process of applying PR thru Skilled Independent Visa 189. We decided to have an agency to help us with our goals but then just today, sabi ni agency, they can’t assist my husband sa assessment due to tedious da wpo yung process ng assessment ng TRA since Electrician-Generala ang choosen occupation ni husband.

    Questions please;

    1) Tedious po ba talaga si TRA if meron po sana dito na same ang assessing authority.

    2) If failed po ang assessment ng TRA, pwede pi ba magpaassess sa other assessing authority under another choosen occupation po?

    1. How much does it cost?

Thank you so much po in advance sa sasagot. It will reallt be a great help samin.

I’m surprised that’s the reason the agency gave you. We’ve done TRA applications for clients. If that’s the reason they gave you parang ang babaw hmmm. There is no tedious procedure for any skills assessment authority, only complicated (and tedious) cases depending on the individual’s situation. We will never turn down a case just because the skills assessing authority’s procedure is tedious but we’re more inclined to turn down a case if the circumstance of the applicant is complicated.

In other words, the skills assessing authority’s procedure only becomes tedious if yung circumstance mismo ng applicant is complicated Kung hind naman then following the procedure set by the authority should be straightforward. So perhaps what the agency meant was yung case by partner mo is tedious rather than the TRA itself? Kasi if their reason is tedious ang TRA, for me as an agent, it meant they’ve got not much experience dealing with TRA.

Can I ask Ms. Rhea, if when can you say that the situation of an applicant is complicated? What should be the basis of an agency to say that?

As for our syatus with the agency, we nust had 2 email conversations. First, she asked for the choosen occupation, from the list that she sent me. And we wanted to know the scope of each application that is why we nt to https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list# to see the scope of task for each occupation. And then we responded it with the choosen occuparion: Electrician(General).

And then she replied informing us that the assessing authority-TRA is tedious and they can’t assist us.

It’s hard to provide specific example on this as each individual cutis very different and would only somehow manifest during the initial consultation.

I find it strange why the agency suggested TRA for electricians when TRA won’t be directly processing the skills assessment application but a third party assessing authority or RTO they have commissioned on their behalf. There are a list of occupations which TRA doesn’t process directly and electrician is one of them.

We thank you for this info. This give us positive vibe as we continue and will really continue dream to process our PR thru skilled visa.

With that said Ms. Rhea, how much would you charge us to avail your service. We have already filled out your assessment form and waiting for a response.

We are 101% decided to have an agency for us to be guided accordingly in the process.

    Please let us know.

    Thank you again.

Inquire ko lang po. dun sa portion na add additional employment records.
Dito po ba ilalagay yung payslip? (Paano ito didiskartehan kung more than 120 pages ito)
bank statement of account records? 60 pages po ito
    bir 2307 - 11 pages
provident fund contribution - 2 pages
    sss contribution? - 2 pages

Considering na malaki ang files ni payslip and bank statement sakop po ba statement na "Files should not be larger than 5MB with a maximum file size allowed of 10MB"

Hi @tigerlance ask ko lang, pede ang 2307 as payment evidence? meron kasing year ako na ndi ko maretrieve ung payslip :(

    Marami ways..
    a) BIR Form 2307 - 3rd party evidence
    b) Bank Statement from Bank - 3rd party evidence
    c) Provident Fund Contribution - 3rd party evidence as well as sss contribution.
    d) Payslip - 2nd party lang. kaya mas okay ang a, b, and c

Inquire ko lang po. dun sa portion na add additional employment records.
Dito po ba ilalagay yung payslip? (Paano ito didiskartehan kung more than 120 pages ito)
bank statement of account records? 60 pages po ito
    bir 2307 - 11 pages
provident fund contribution - 2 pages
    sss contribution? - 2 pages

Considering na malaki ang files ni payslip and bank statement sakop po ba statement na "Files should not be larger than 5MB with a maximum file size allowed of 10MB"

Hi @tigerlance ask ko lang, pede ang 2307 as payment evidence? meron kasing year ako na ndi ko maretrieve ung payslip :(

    Marami ways..
    a) BIR Form 2307 - 3rd party evidence
    b) Bank Statement from Bank - 3rd party evidence
    c) Provident Fund Contribution - 3rd party evidence as well as sss contribution.
    d) Payslip - 2nd party lang. kaya mas okay ang a, b, and c

How about po mga nag ttrabaho abroad? Ano pong payment evidence ang pede isubmit?

Hi @tigerlance for the bank statement, pano ang pede gawin since hindi kasi lumalabas dun ung company name?
