Hi question po ulit... sorry medyo confused lang and just making sure im doing the right thing.
Kapag nilagay ko kasi sa isang file lang yung Experience (COE, Affidavit, COE ng SUP) and Payment Evidence (SSS, PagIbig and ITR) e sobra talaga sa maximum file na 3MB kahit icompressed pa.
my question is, dapat ba talaga isang file lang or pwedeng magkaibang file entry ang Experience at Payment Evident? Thanks po sa sasagot.

Kahit magkakahiwalay, name the files clearly so the assessor won't need to think twice. ;)

You can always ask them directly as well. ACS are usually good with addressing questions like yours.

Hello po. May BS IT degree ako sa isang section 1 university and may over 9 years app developer experience pero iba ibang companies (6 past employers) sila so medyo magiging mahirap na ang requirements gathering. Need your help po and advise para dun sa same scenario as me.

Anong documents pwede hingin?
    3. Yuns isang past employer ko, may missed payments sila sa SSS ko for 3 months out of 23 months ko sa kanila kahit na binawas nila sa payslip ko yon. May magiging impact ba ito?
    4. Yung current employer ko, nagstart ako sa kanila last march 2020 until now. Kaso contractual ako sa kanila from march to dec 2020 kaya wala kami govt contributions non. pero may 2307 tax certificates kami for 2020. Pwede kaya yon, akahit 2307 lang and COE?
    5. Yung isa sa past employer ko is Accenture. Complete document sila pero COE nila is standard lang, ayaw nila magbigay ng COE with job description for privacy and security reasons pero pwede sila magbigay ng certificate of explanation. May experience na kayo dito?

Patulong po. Sorry dami questions kasi paiba iba employers ko since 2011.

I can only answer question 5. Galing din ako sa ACN, ang ginawa ko nagrequest nalang ako ng affidavit sa boss ko for the job description at pinanotaryo niya.

    Hi Everyone!

I hope you are doing great today!
Mag ask sana ako pano if may mga missing payslips na unrecoverable na like wala ako soft copy pati si company wala rin?
For instance sa specific year ITR lang meron ako, sa others naman may pay slip ako, I've already asked the company about dun sa other options kaso wala rin sila record nung bank transfers.
How would it affect my assessment if may 1 or 2 years lang ako na ITR lang meron?
Yung breakdown nung papers ko is:
    2013
ITR and Insurance document given by the company
    2014
    ITR only
    2015
    ITR only
    2016 - onwards
    ITR Plus payslip

May naka try naba na ibang papers i provide sa ACS aside from payslip?
Any tips would be great !
    Thanks!

Huwag ka nang magbaka sakali.. Medyo mahigpit talaga sila sa financial evidence ngayon. Nag-renew ako ng Assessment since mag eexpire na this year yung sakin, yung 12 yrs ko before na 8 years after deduction, ngayon 2 years na lang after deduction. Ginawa ko naghalukay na lang ako ng mga payslips at bank statements, may nahagilap naman kahit papano way back 2007. Problema for additional document submission additional $385 AUD non-refundable payment.

Malamang nito, maraming IT ang bababa ang work experience points dahil sa bagong rules ng skills assessment ni ACS.

Hi again guys, regarding uploading of files sa payment evidence. Ok lang ba maging 2 files ang payment evidence (e.g. 1 file for SSS, 1 file for pagibig).

Hello ulit! Finally I was able to complete my new documents for re-assessment. Yung last experience ko is yun pa din ang current work/job ko pero nagpalit lang ng business title (position) pero same JD.

Question ko po is, yung END DATE is hindi ko sya mapalitan same sa POSITION para silang naka grayed out. Ano po ang pwede kong gawin? I already sent an email to ACS but want to check po sana sa mga nakapag submit na ng re-assessment nila kung anong ginawa nila?

Nagcreate po ba kayo ng new entry? or dapat ba napapalitan yung END DATE na field?
Meron din palang nakanote na "account suspended due to non payment of fees" (possible dun sa membership na nagauto renew) sa account ko. May epekto ba yun kaya di ako makaedit?
Thanks po in advance sa mga sasagot!

ACS turn around has nothing to do with border restrictions. Nothing has changed with them, up to 12 weeks. From our own experience handling cases with ACS, quickest turnaround we have with them is 2 weeks.

I guess this will all depend if you submit a decision ready application.

    Hope that helps

So bale ang nasa result po is

_The following employment after 27 May 2014 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled
    level

    Company A (May 2012-June2015)
    Company B (June 2017 - Oct 2017)
    Company C (Oct 2017 - January 2020)_

Total 5 years and 9 months.

No need to deduct it, just claim the dates as per the assessment outcome

Thank you for answering Ma'am Rhea!! Pwede ko rin po ba isama sa EOI ko ung mga hindi cnredit ni ACS for the reason that ung iba po kulang payment evidence (like that)?

I think dapat isama talaga. All employment episodes for the last 10yrs. Mark those not accredited by ACS as Not Relevant.

Yes, disclose the last 10 years employment but claim as per ACS outcome letter.

@RheaMARN1171933 @_sebodemacho For those employment po na marked as Not Relevant sa EOI, kapag nagsubmit ng Visa application kailangan po ba magprovide pa ng mga proof? Or only provide proof if claiming points?
    Salamat po.

For example po, I had my skills assessment last January 2020 but I want to change my ANSZCO po to software engineer from software tester.. would that be okay po or they need new docs like COE, statutory declaration with latest date? yung mga docs ko po kasi are usually 2019 pa.. thanks po!

Hello po.. ask ko lang po.. right after po ba kayo nagpareassess nung sa software engineer? plan ko po kasi magpareassess after nung 1st application ko last January 2020 which is more than 1 yr so hindi ko sure if kung documents ko ay valid pa din kahit 2019 pa sila.. thanks po!

Hello Everyone, I need your help po. I had my ACS assessment before and I'm planning po na magpa-reassess ulit sakanila (to pursue my AUS dream). However, my concern po is ung mga new requirements nila like PAYMENT EVIDENCE and STATUTORY DOC (declarant, need to provide Employment and leaving certificate). Then, I checked my ACS account and I still have my documents on their site (nakita ko).

My Question po: Do I need to provide those requirement pa po (PAYMENT EVIDENCE and STATUTORY DOC (declarant)?

If not then i think pwde mo gamitin ang documents na ginamit mo before (your submitted documents will still be on your ACS account).
However on your result letter it will state that you are only assessed until 2019.

If you can provide documents with latest dates then better :)

Hindi po, bale all my experiences po ay sa pinas pa before moving here in AU.. nakakuha po ako ng positive feedback last January 2020, pero normal po ba yun na from 7 years of work experience sa Pinas, 3 yrs lang po ang nacredit? same din po ba nangyari sa inyo?

Hello po, I just want to ask po if meron po ditong nag try magpareassess with all the documents you used before? For example po, I had my skills assessment last January 2020 but I want to change my ANSZCO po to software engineer from software tester.. would that be okay po or they need new docs like COE, statutory declaration with latest date? yung mga docs ko po kasi are usually 2019 pa.. thanks po!

Lumipat ka ba ng company or nagbago ba ang role mo after mo magpaasess nung January 2020? If not then i think pwde mo gamitin ang documents na ginamit mo before (your submitted documents will still be on your ACS account).
However on your result letter it will state that you are only assessed until 2019.

If you can provide documents with latest dates then better :)

As Miss Rhea said yes it is normal. Same thing happened to me 4years nabawas dahil BSECE ako at nagpaasess as Software Engineer.

They changed their assessment on BSECE last year. We sent an information email about it to advise us that analogue units for this course won’t longer be recognised. That’s most likely the reason why 4 years were deducted

I’m not the assessor my friend. I know nothing about IT. You need to check with ACS. The ACS guideline explains everything you need to know. When it comes to the depth of IT studies you’ve done that’s beyond my area na. My knowledge is limited to immigration law.
