Hello po, confirm ko lang, okay lang po ba na maglagay ng notations/highlights sa payment evidences para madali makita nung assessor kung alin ang titingnan nya? For example, from BIR 2307 gross pay ang indicated amount, lagyan ko na ileless pa ung tax, to get net pay which in indicated sa payslip.

Just leave it as it is. I don’t think it really matters. The purpose of showing the evidence is to prove it’s a paid employment. Nothing to do with how much salary you get.

Hello po, sorry late reply.
If my understanding is correct, iko-compare nila yung units mo na nakuha nung college sa katumbas na degree sa AU standards for that occupation. Example for me: Nominated occupation ko Computer Network and Systems Engineer tapos ang degree ko nung college e ECE + PRC license+ section 1 school; 2yrs lng na deduct sakin. Meron din mga nag pa-assess, -4 naman.
Tingin ko malaking factor dito yung mga units mo nung college vs Australian degree of that NO + section ng school mo
"A standard 3-year Bachelor level qualification is deemed as having a major in computing if at least 33% of the qualification is ICT. Qualifications that are longer in duration are assessed to the equivalent of a 3-year AQF Level 7 (Bachelor) award."

Hello po. Disclaimer: after 2018, wala na ako first hand experience ng ACS assessment e so di ko sure kung accurate tong sasbihin ko, base lng to sa base lang to sa mga nababasa ko at nabalitaan ko, Mas humigpit sila sa requirements. Baka po yung mga na submit nyo na documents e hindi naka align sa requirements or hinihingi nila. example: 4yrs ka nag work sa isang company, every year ng stay mo don need mo mag provide ng at least 2 (payslip + bank statement) different proof na nag work ka don. say payslip. example: year 2015 to 2019 ka nag work. so dapat sa 2015 (jan 2015 and dec2015 proof), then sa 2016 Feb2016 and Oct 2016 naman (basta kahit anong month sa taon na yan) ganon yung pattern. including bank statement to support your payslip.
and also yung employment reference letter (COE) dapat detailed and hindi generic yung job description.
eto yung mga una ko naiisip sa situation mo. ano po yung exact na nakalagay dun sa mga di na count na exp nyo?

I have a previous supervisor for 2 years from 2017-2019. Question, will it suffice to get a statutory declaration from him when my years of employment is from 2011-2019? Wala kasi ako previous manager/supervisor na nacover nya talaga yung buong 2011-2019 employment term ko.

Yes po. Sa accenture lang. ndeploy lang ako sa ibat ibang project. Usually 1-2 years ako ndedeploy. Yung karamihan sa managers ko matatanda na. Yung talagang mapapakiusapan ko lang is same age ko. Kaso nakawork ko lang sya from 2017-2019. Pwde bang sya n lang to certify na roles ang responsibilities ko?

The stat dec must be signed by someone who oversaw your work all through out the timeline you’re claiming.

Start checking with your previous leads or manager siguro kahit sa recent project mo. Inform them what is the intention and purpose ng stats declaration.
Same din ng ginawa ko and I also worked before with ACN. I asked my lead a favor to sign the letter, I prepared everything but I let him validate the content before he sign it. So that if in case i-validate sa kanya , kaya nyang ijustify yung working relationship nya sayo at ano ang ginawa mo during employment.

Hello! Nagsubmit po ako ng statutory declaration for 2 of my employments. However, ang comment ng ACS for those employments ay “ Require explanation from employer as to why an employment reference letter with description of duties cannot be obtained.” . Separate pa po ba ito from Statutory Document? Or clause lang doon?

Yes, I got "Suitable" and I'm using the doc signed by my TL before until now whenever I renew my skills assessment with ACS. So far walang additional or supporting doc na hiningi,
I would suggest na yung Job description and duties mo are very close dun sa Occupational Code na kiniclaim mo. Always use a third-person mode of writing para di obvious na ikaw ang gumawa.
Anyways, yung employment is one if the factor lang para maging Suitable ka, depende din sa Educational background mo kung close sa kiniclaim mo

Yes that is separate. Stat dec is written by your Manager/Supervisor.
Explanation letter should come from your Employer.

This is technically correct, but if the Supervisor/Manager is not willing to create a letter with your job description etc... then you can make an arrangement that you will provide the details base on your needs but they can vett if your claims are true or not and not beyond to what you actually did during your tenure.
That's why, if you are the one writing the Stats Dec on the behalf of your lead/supervisor, ensure it is third person. ACS assessor can simply detect that.

I think ACS will only assess you for 1 year out of 4 years. ☹️. Maybe you can request a stat dec from another Manager/Supervisor to cover the 3 years?

your stats dec start/end date should matched with your Cert of employment.
For my case, I have 2-3 projects within 4yrs of stay sa company, dun sa intro ng stats dec ko nakaindicate base sa Cert of employment, pero pagdating sa job description, kung ano ang pinakarecent.
I just let my supervisor na iverify muna nya ang content bago isign.
