If you're concerned about immigration procedures and matters about travel wala namang difference. I think the bottom line would be your circumstances and things like finding a house to rent, concerns about schooling, if with school age kids...

No kids pa po, pero the agency advised po kasi na after 6 months nalang daw po i-apply ng subsequent entrant si dependent for the reason na para mapatunayan daw muna sa employer na mag pperform well ang 482 main applicant. After searching many topics here, nakita ko po pwede naman pala sabay umalis pero naguluhan lang kami kasi po advised and mas gusto ni agency na hindi magsabay... hehe. Thank you po for answering

Hello po. Mechanical Engineers po kami ni hubs. Ako po yung main applicant. Sa HVAC ako, siya naman sa kitchen equipment - yun din field namin from Pinas at SG. After 3wks po pagkadating dito nakahanap agad ng work si hubs. Naka 3 relevant jobs na rin siya sa loob ng 1yr, naghahanap ng mas malaking sahod at better opportunity 😅. Nung 2021 po madali maghanap ng work, may shortage talaga sa skills. Not sure po ngayong 2022 kasi marami nang migrants na dumating, mostly students. I think the agents would know better po. Hindi po ako sure sa sub entrant, usually kasi sa mga nakilala ko employer din ang nagsponsor.

Hi po. Visa 482 holder din po ako, nagfly from SG where I worked previously. Not sure po kung gaano kaluwag ang immig sa pinas regarding tourists to SG or Indonesia. If you have enough time po, baka maconsider nyo na magcomplete na lang ng docs sa pinas. I think almost same price lang ang magagastos ng cross country (o baka mas mahal pa) compared sa direct flight+POEA. You will have to do it pa rin naman in case umuwi ng pinas.

Kakastart ko lang din mag asikaso ng POEA today kaya napatingin ako dito sa forum. Para sana docu ready in case magbalak umuwi.

Just got my 482 last 24March. Now yung problema ko hindi familiar si employer regarding sa POLO Verification which they need to process sa Aus POLO na office. So medyo nag iinsist sila na walang Pinoy na nag kailangan nun ever since.
Now I am considering going through Singapore.
Sino naka gawa nito? How was the experience? And may tips kayo?

Medyo hassle yung pagpapirma ng addendum na required ng POEA para makakuha ng OEC. 1st time lang ng company namin na magsisign sa ganun. Idadaan pa sa legal dept kasi di daw sila agree sa repatriation chuchu. Baka pag umuwi ako, magtourist na lang din ako sa SG in case di mapirmahan haha

you just need to enter AU on or after the grant date but before the expiry date (which is far away pa). but of course, since you are sponsored by your employer, you need to arrange with them, kelan mo ba need lumipad papuntang australia. in my case before, I was granted 482 around May but flew to NSW around September - no problem at all - but this didn't change the expiry date of the visa, just because I came months after the grant

Employer sponsored po sya Pati wife ko kasama po. Then meron na rin silang hired na immigration law firm sa AU to assist us sa aming visa.

Na-lodge din po ung application namin May 3 din. Then nakapag pa schedule po kami sa National Health System Baguio nung May 10. Pero Di pa namin narereceive ung email nung results namin. Ang Sabi issend nila within 3-5days. Pagkatapos po nito, Kailan kaya na siya maggrant?

@money_engineer , nalinya po ako sa Software Development. Pero Accounting graduate po ako Dito sa Pinas. Bale ang position ko sa company duon is Software Developer. May Offer Letter na po ako na in-accept including na duon lahat lahat pati mga details ng benefits. Pinapirmahan po sakin and sinend back sa kanila. Then nung na-approve na sila to get a worker from ibang bansa, inapply na ng law firm ung visa naming mag asawa. May relocation contract din na ibinigay. Ung visa is for 4yrs medium term TSS 482 eh, Pero since covered nila lahat ng costs, bonded ako sa company ng 2yrs, after which daw on the 3rd yr kung Andun pa raw ako sakanila, they’ll do the ENS daw na hindi ko pa masyado iniisip ngayon. Parang maging PR yata un, Pero focus muna po ako sa ngaun. Nag pamedical na kami nung May 10 eh. Un na kaya ung last step? Next na ung visa grant? Nakalimutan ko iemail ung lawyer na nag aassist samin eh. Not sure Kasi kung makakareceive pa ba ko ng results ng medical exams or directly na nila siniesend sa HA un? Ang Sabi kasi ng medical staff, ok raw lahat ng results naming mag asawa at issend na raw nila un - Di ko sure kung kasama kami sa pagsesendan haha. Kasi sa amin na results un eh so iniisip ko na dapat meron din kami non. Hehe
