Hello guys. Tanong ko lang kung san malalaman kung ilan ang backlog ng grants ng DHA. Parang lalong bumabagal na ngayon ang imbitasyon sa halip na bumibilis.

Hello Sir @Harris sa panahon po ngayon mahirap makaestablish ng kahit estimate waiting time for visa lalo dyan sa SC 189 at 190. Usually po ng naiinvite ngayon kasi eh SC 491 tapos bihira lang yung sa SC 190. Yung SC 189 more on health-related na occupations ang may chance mainvite ATM pero wala din official data kung ilan yun. Yung mainvite palang po kasi ngayon pahirapan na how much more pa yung magrant. Ano po ba nominated occupation niyo at ilang points? Better po siguro na imaximize muna yung points niyo kung di pa sagad.

Akala ko dati after mo mag biometric ay mga max 4 weeks ay ma grant ang visa which is hindi pala. Kasi ang logic ay natanggap ang invitation at nagbayad ka na para sa visa. Ano ang point bakit ayaw nila ibigay ay binayaran mo na yun. Diko ma get ang systema Kahit first world country. Nasayang kasi yung plano. Naidagdag sana sa investment ko malaki na ang naging income.

Well, I'm pretty sure that you have read their disclaimer that even payment has been done, visa grant is not guaranteed right? and also, maybe the profession related to the visa you are applying for has already reached the quota in the current financial year or madami pang nauna na nag apply compared sayo, so syempre if they have more points or qualifications, mas uunahin sila.

and also why would you make a plan without back-up if you are being frustrated of waiting for so long? as mentioned, this is not a guaranteed scenario. all you have to do is to be patient and carry-on with your usual activities. the money - yeah maybe you could have used on your investments, but if you didn't make the payment hindi rin naman mapa-process ung visa application mo.

I understand what you're feeling po. Pero may mga kasama po tayo dito na more than 2 years ng naghihintay ng grant. Lahat po talaga ay frustrated but there's nothing more that we can do after submitting our visa application. We just need to wait po and be patient. Investment din po ang pagpunta sa AU. Everything will fall into place in God's perfect time

@Harris kahit lock-in for 6 months, dapat may clause pa din for sudden termination as long as may minimum weeks of notice ka sa employer. that's risky if wala, pano if late yun payment or d ka talaga happy. try to check the termination clause.

unfortunately, Australia has one of the toughest immigration policies especially now. even my previous agent recommend that applicants apply Canada instead. Lastly, the challenge doesnt stop sa visa grant - finding a job depending on your profession is also hard. Unless may offer ka na, its hard to get a 'foot in the door' kc hahanapan ka ng 'local work experience' which for sure wala kaya ka nga nagapply

with a little bit of luck, patience and perseverance, you'll get there. trust me its all worth it once you're here.

Hi po has anyone else here from the Philippines been able to book a biometrics appointment lately? I tried to book sa VFS Global but I keep getting a message prompt na "VLN number is already used for another application." I tried even changing the number slightly but still the same error. Went to the biometrics office and told me they can't help me, nakaka frustrate, I don't know what else to do or how to resolve this since this seems to be an issue on their part sa website nila.

Mahirap ang accounting for 189 and 491 FS.

Better try 190 and 491 State Sponsored. And try other options like canada. Very competitive

Dami mo naman question mark. Sinasabe ko lang naman logic ay, let say bumili ka ng candy sa grocery store. Binayaran mo na at dahil bayad ka na dapat ibigay na sayo yung candy na binili mo. Hindi dapat na paghihintayin ka pa kasi nga bayad mo na.

Ganun sana man lang ang i apply ng AU Gov.

Pag sasabihin sayo na ibibigay po namin yung candy nyo pag aprubado na kahit binayaran nyo pa po. Dyan na nga yung problema, wala na magagawa.

but your candy logic is not applicable here. what i just explained is may uncertainty and risk ang pag apply sa AU or kahit saan. I just want you to be realistic. sabi nga nung iba dito, they have been waiting for more than 2 years. I just mentioned what are the possible reasons bakit wala pa ring results ang application mo kahit bayad ka na. as I said, DHA has this disclaimer na kahit bayad ka na, assurance to get a visa is not absolute, processing time is uncertain lalo na ngayong pandemic/recovery period. you just have to be patient.

Overview
Global visa processing times are updated monthly. Generally, they provide you with the age of applications finalised in the previous month.

Many applications finalised recently had been on-hand for some months while borders were closed due to COVID. As borders reopen, and more people become eligible for travel, these applications are being finalised. As these older applications are being finalised, published processing times will reflect the age of these applications.

For some visas, additional processing times information is available for applications that have been recently submitted. For Visitor and Working Holiday Makers visa programs, in order to provide a better indication of indicative processing times for new applicants, the processing time is calculated from the date an applicant became eligible to travel after Australia’s borders reopened (or the date they applied, if after border reopening).

Processing times are available for most visa subclasses and citizenship products. This will exclude a few subclasses such as those closed to new entrants, capped and queued, or those with too few decisions in the month to provide a reliable indicator of processing time.

Processing times are displayed in calendar days, reflecting the time taken globally to finalise 25, 50, 75 and 90 percent of applications.

Processing times are impacted each month by:

incomplete applications
complex cases
changes in application volumes
changes to Ministerial Directions.
Processing times include applications lodged online and by paper. Where available, you should lodge your application online. This helps streamline processing arrangements.

We assess applications on a case-by-case basis. You can help improve processing times by lodging a complete application. The checklists provided on ImmiAccount will help you make sure you attach all required documents to your application.

We got ITA last May 2, 2022 and lodged our application last May 14, 2022. Manggagaling ba instruction sa DHA thru ImmiAcct kung need mo na magpabiometrics? And kailan nila ibibigay ang instruction na yun? For now kasi sa Action Item namin sa ImmiAcc ay health assessment lang ang need namin gawin. Thank you.

Hi I have a question, if you can't get a schedule within the 28 days allotted for the medical, how to inform DHA about it? They said via immiaccount but I'm not sure where. Thank you!
