Hi. Ask ko lang po sa mga nakakuha ng TSS 482 visa what specific medical exam ang need for the visa. Is it just chest xray or series of tests like physical checkup, urinalysis and CXR? Thanks

Not sure if same lang ba offshore / onshore pero onshore kasali physical exam, chest xray, urinalysis, and eye test.

Hello po, good morning! Just wanted to ask lang po dito sa forum kung ano po yung general steps after malodge ng agent yung application? Kakabigay ko lang po ng requested documents sa agent ko and gusto ko lang po sana magkaidea kung ano yung mga mangyayari next and yung typical timeline para makapagprepare din po if needed. Thank you in advance po sa mga sasagot!

Hi. Usually next nyan is the medical exam. May ibibigay na code ang immi na kailangan mo ipresent sa lab for your medical. Pagkatapos nyan waiting game na lang until ma approve ang visa.

If 482 yung visa mo, and you are here sa Pinas, start working on your OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate), kahit wala pang approved visa. Ask your employer if they are familiar with this clearance that you need to exit the country, and yung mga processes needed sa kanilang part.

Pero if familiar na sila about OEC, then early na sila maka prep sa papers mo. Once may visa ka na, attach mo na lang yung visa and copy ng passport mo para ma verify sa POLO (Ph Embassy sa Aus).

Yes may additional fee sa medical. Ready lang 7-9k for it. Di siya kasali sa binayaran mo for visa processing.

Great at nag start ka na sa OEC processing. Sana di kasing tagal ka mag hintay. hahaha

Yung magssponsor sakin nag lodge na sila ng SBS. gaano po ba katagal yun? and if approve pede bang pagsabayin ang nomination at visa lodgment? thanks po sa sasagot.

eto ako di pa nalolodge saken. haha . may hinihintay daw na docs para sa nomination. so un hangang ngayon wala pa update ng migration agent.

di din pala definite ang timeline. dipedepende

depende sa employer mo yan kung kaya ka nila intayin. so far naman sakin willing to wait naman daw sila LOL wag lang sana sila mahipan ng masamang hangin!

ahh, na-apply naman na yung nomination ko. kaya nga lang more than a month na, wala pa rin approval. sad. tas sabi nung agent hindi daw sya nageexpect ng reply in the coming MONTHS. like what???!!

Baka mahina processing ng mga nomination ngayon. Nung sa akin last December, ilang days lang approved na nomination.

Ongoing pa sa'kin ngayon. Konti na lang ma submit ko na ang Phase 2 documents ko.

Had my visa granted last March pa. The problem was hesitant ang employer na mag provide ng mga documents nila like the contract, company profile, business license, etc. kasi sensitive information. Alam mo naman medyo maselan sila sa ganong bagay. Tama din naman na careful sila kasi talamak din ang identity theft doon.

Napakatagal kong nag convince sa kanila, nitong June lang sila pumayag kasi may kakilala ang HR ng company sa ibang company. Bale nag tanong2x din siya sa iba kung ganon ba process ng Pinoy pag may work visa. Luckily ongoing na din pag process ng OEC sa napagtanungan nya, so doon pa sila naka decide na gawin din yun sakin.

Parang MMK na ang OEC journey ko. Kaya ngayon, habang nakakatulong pa ako, ginagawa ko para walang mag antay ng ganon ka tagal.

mga 3 weeks sakin. Medical ko mga 20s ng February, then na grant 20s din ng March.

Also sa previous reply. Lol sorry na dala ako. Polo approval pala. 2 weeks ok na yan. Ff up mo lang sa POLO na email. Buti nga yung hindi na submit ni employer sinend ko lang sa email. Payag na man. Pero nagpa dala din ako ng mga hard copies sakali di pwede.

Responsive din naman sila sa POLO, kaya ff up mo lang politely.

Follow-up mo lang don sa agent kung ano na status ng nomination. Madami din kasing docs na kelangan sa employer, di natin alam kung sino sa kanila ang matagal.

Hello everyone! Just posting our situation po and hoping someone can answer or give an advice.

My partner is currently processing his 482 TSS (Short term) Visa and we will be married in 2 weeks na.
Our plan is to be in Australia, with me being his dependent / 482 subsequent entry visa. Kaso his agency advised that he will be under 6 months probation (as part of the agency rule/condition) and then after, tska niya lang ako pwede iapply as dependent.

So ayun nga, we will be married pero baka wala pang 6 months or before this year ends paalis na siya.
Here are two scenarios that I'm looking at:

1. WAIT FOR 6-MOS AND APPLY FOR 482 SUBSEQUENT ENTRANT VISA - Do you think it's wise that we wait for 6 months and then apply me as his dependent? And would the case officer make it hard for us knowing na we're less than a year married by that time? Like would he/she even question the genuineness of our marriage kung kakakasal lang namin tapos bigla siya umalis? Overthinker lang hehe. Marami kasi rin ako nababasa na medyo matagal approval for dependent visas

2. APPLY FOR A STUDENT VISA AND THEN CHANGE IT TO 482 SUBSEQUENT ENTRANT VISA - Naisip ko lang 'to, although might seem more complicated, parang gusto ko na rin kasi sumabay kay hubby sa pag alis. So, is it possible na mag enter ako sa Australia as a student and then after my studies is iapply nya na ako as 482 visa dependent - at least by that time onshore application na rin? Or, is it even possible to jump from Student Visa 500 to TSS 482 at all?
