Hello everyone! Good news nakareceive po ako ng invitation to apply for VIC 190 Kaso may problema ako sa dates ng ROI at Skills Assessment ko. Ang expiry ng ACS Skills Assessment ko ay November 17, 2022. Nag submit po ako initially ng ROI last August 15, 2022 (which is pasok sa 12 weeks validity), then niwithdraw then resubmit ko yung ROI ko last August 27, 2022 kasi pinalitan ko yung intended visa subclass to apply from 491 to 190. Based sa computation ko ay November 19, 2022 pasok ang at least 12 weeks na requirement nila from ROI submission so parang kulang ako ng 2 days. Pwede pa po kaya yun? Or mag pa assessment na lang po ako ng bago sa ACS tapos is iready ko na lang incase maquestion? Hopefully may makasagot

@abaper Congratulations! Not sure how long it will take for your to receive the final invite, but I know there's a certain point after you lodged, documents can be locked in,i.e. the immi can honor despite the expired document. Else, you can apply for priority skills assessment.

Hello, i also received pre-invite for Vic Subclass 190 yesterday. Chemical Engineer, 80 points.

I already submitted required docs for official nomination, hence waiting mode sa final invitation.

In preparation for visa lodging to immiaccount, I'd like to confirm kung may possibility ba na manghingi pa ng police clearance si case officer if I lived overseas (Japan) ng 11months lang? May napanood ako sa youtube na pag 6 months daw overseas, hinihingian din.
