Agree with this. Same situation po ako. Nainvite ako ng 489 SA, 3years ago around August. We lodge mga September 2019 (489). Then October 2019 nainvite kami sa 190 NSW. Pinag isipan naminh mabuti kasi malaking pera ung 7000Aud. But on the plus side, PR to so worth it kung magagrant. So after lodging visa190 on November 2019, withnithdraw namin 489 around Dec2019.

Masakit lang sa bulsa... Hahha pero PR na kasi so hndi na kami nag dalawang isip e. Pag tinuloy namin 489, we need to work and stay 2years bago makaaply ng PR visa. Madaming nangyayari within 2years.

i'm not a migration agent but I got advise from good authority/agent that it's okay. you don't have to withdraw any application if meron ka dalawa pending. if you have a 491 and 190 visa application waiting for grant, no issues dapat. if ma-grant either one of the two, you should withdraw the other. take what you can get rather than wait for the visa type you want

May instances kasi na unang na a approve ung PR. Then the 491 afterwrds. (kung sakaling maglaro lang naman ang tadhana) If u dint withdraw the 491 sayang ung PR kasi kung anu huling maaprove un ung mahohonor na visa. Just heard it from my agent nung time na sinabi ko about my PR invitation. Better to withdraw the 491 after u lodge the PR visa. Not before u lodge the 2nd visa.

understand where you're coming from pero if that's the case, wouldn't that be better kasi at least if you have 2 lodgments, if either one of them gets approved, you have your visa na? PR or not? rather than just one lodgment lang. i guess more lodgments, more chances of getting a visa approved is my thinking

Yun joining date ko sa company is july 25, 2010 pero sa assessment ko july 25, 2011 and deemed skilled for point test kasi july 25 2010 to july 24 2011 not included daw kasi qualifying period. So sa EOI po ba ang ilagay ko na date under employment is July 25 2011 hindi yung actual joining date ko na july 25, 2010 right? thanks sa sasagot.

Hello po

Question lang po regarding sa NBI Clearance ko. Bali yung NBI Clearance na inattach ko po sa ImmiAccount ko will expire on Oct 06, 2022. I left PH last Oct 18, 2021 and I'm currently in Qatar and nag attach na rin ako ng Police Clearance Cert from Qatar. Hihingan po kaya ako ng bagong copy ng NBI Clearance?

If your clearance expires before they start processing it, you need to get a new one.

Natapos na ang Jobs and Skills Summit pero walang sinabi kung kelan macclear ang backlog. "The backlogs will be cleared" daw kaya lang baka sa 2025 pa.

Sa true. Nag-increase rin daw ng budget para makapag-hire ng workers to clear the backlog, kaya lang saan sila kukuha and ano na kaya rate ng processing?

Hopefully we'll see improvements in the months ahead.

I'm hoping for more tangible result from that Summit like re-implementation of fortnightly invitation rounds, regular announcement of grants, or something na may timeline. Importante yung timeline dahil matagal nagsara sa migrants ang Australia. Time is of the essence.

Better to renew your nbi clearance online now before it expires. Based on my experience, nbi clearance expiring within 2 months prompted a CO contact asking me to provide a new one. Upon submission, it took them 36 days to approve my visa.

Up to you. Ung mga comments dito are personal opinions, nasasainyo parin po ang desisyon kung anu gagawin niyo. Better to ask an agent kubg dipo tlaga sure.
