I was staying in a room with housemates before looking for my own place. Sa job hunting kanya kanyang exp yan so mahirap magsabi, combination of skill and opportunity yan e.

Kung bahay hinahanap mo asap magiging mahirap yan because of the market nowadays. Pag mga room stay marami nag aadvertise sa fb

When you apply for a house here you will need to provide several references including your employer & current property agent or landlord. Kapag bago palang dito, yung references will be a bit of a problem sa house application. So it helps din na magshare house muna para magkaroon ka ng reference. Make sure lang na yung matitirahan mo bibigyan ka ng reference. Yung iba kasi hindi helpful pagdating sa ganyan.

The rules vary per state. In SA you can drive using your PH license for as long as your license hasn't expired and your PR hasn't been granted. Once your PR has been granted, you have 3 months to pass the tests needed to obtain a full license. Regardless of state, walang direct conversion of the PH license to an AU license. You need to pass the theory, hazard perception & vehicle on road tests in order to get a full AU license.

Hello guys! Kakareceive ko lang ng 190 grant at andito pa ako sa UAE. Ask ko sana kung meron sa inyo naka-pagapply ng medicare ng nasa labas ng Australia? or pwde ba un? Anu ung mga requirements na kelangan? Tapos ung processing ay ilang weeks / araw? Nakita ko ung form tapos required nya ng address. Kelan kaya ang best time to apply? Plan namin magmove Q1 2023. Ako lang, I think better pag naka lipat ka na. Anyway, yung medicare app, same day naman. So pag apply mo, after ng application mo, gagana na yun app, so may medicare number ka na at digital card. takbo na agad yun. Parang ang hirap kasi, if wala ka pa dito, saan nila papadala yung physical card. Tapos when you apply, kailangan ng phone number and bank account details. maganda if meron ka na nung mga yun before you apply. ako lang naman

Ako lang, I think better pag naka lipat ka na. Anyway, yung medicare app, same day naman. Or kailangan ko po muna mag withdraw from BDO then deposit nalang sa Commonwealth account?

Nag Email ako recently sa Bureau of Immigration so far ito reply sakin specific sa Emmigrants:
-PH Passport
-Permanent Visa/Residence Card
-Departure Card
-CFO Sticker/Certificate for first time migrants
-Required travel and Health Docu as specified by country or destination

Valid nman but we we’re able to do this naman for business without no issues same as with our friend who recently migrated sa AU. They had no issues dn nman you just have to bring proofs nga lang.if you’re traveling as tourist for sure mas mainit sa mata nila but they’ll see nman sa visa mo na migrating ka na and most likely first entry pa. But yeah the risk is still there. Just do what your comfortable with. Goodluck!

Inabot ng 2wks bago namin nagamit yung debit card namin sa NAB kahit nakabukas na yung account bago pa kami dumating.
