I just want to clarify if kelangan po ba ilagay lahat ng travel history in the last 10 years or pwede na hanggang dun lang sa spaces na provided? Wala po kasing nakalagay na "all" eh. Ako nilagay ko na lang lahat kasi sakop sila lahat ng last 10 years. And then nung hindi nagkasya sa space, nilagay ko dun sa extra space sa pinakadulo ng form. If hindi mo matandaan, isa-isahin mo na lang yung stamp sa passport mo.

Ah, I see. Either dates should be fine, may stamps naman for both dates sa passport mo. But since ang phrasing sa Form 80 ay travel to another destination, I'd probably base it sa tatak ng AU immigration since yun yung mga dates na andun ka sa Australia. I guess keep it consistent na lang. If ang ilalagay mong "From" date ay yung AU arrival date, then yung "To" date gawin mo na ring AU departure date.

Sa number 31, you answered "No". Nakalagay dun next sa "No" na go to Part J—which means "No" na yung number 32 and 33, tapos proceed ka na sa Part J.

If sagot mo sa 31 ay "No" tapos sa 32 biglang "Yes," inconsistent yan. Kasi sinabi mo na wala ka namang pagsstayan sa Australia, tapos sa 32 sinabi mo na may pagsstay-an ka.

Di ba po sa visa application may question about travel history in the last 10 years, required po ba e upload ang mga evidence of travel like travel stamps, tickets, visa approval etc,, Wala po kase sya sa part ng Upload Documents. Nakalagay lang dun yong travel document which is yong tinutukoy passport bio page.

Hi good evening everyone. Hopefully may makatulong sa akin regarding my concern.

I recently lodged a Visa 190 and done with my medicals.

Today, I received an message on my IMMI account for “s56 Request for more information”
CO provided checklist that I need to submit within 28 days.

Copy of passport and brith certificate of my 2 year old son. (These documents are ready and on hand)
"Evidence of your relationship with your spouse"

My confusion is why are they asking me to provide an evidence of relationship with my spouse wherein I am not married nor in a de facto relationship.

I have a 2 year old son from a previous relationship (not married nor de facto). We are not together anymore.

During my application I chose “Engaged” as my relationship status as I am currently In new relationship. But our relationship is not de factor either.

Both my new relationship and my son are not included in my application.

I don't know how to respond since I cannot directly reply to the correspondence and they are only asking me to upload evidences

Any help or assistance will be appreciated.

Alam ko ang difference nyan is based sa labour market analysis ng government. So yung MLTSSL are occupations that would have sustained demand not just currently but also over a longer period of time, whereas yung STSOL naman ay addressing current labour shortages—hence their names. Magkaiba rin yung visa options nila—I don't think I've seen an STSOL occupation na eligible for the Skilled Independent (189) visa.

Not sure lang how that impacts your chances of getting invited. But I've seen lots of people with STSOL occupations get invited kaagad (maybe because less crowded kaya less competitive?).

STSOL occupations aren't eligible for 189 visas but they are eligible for 190, which is also a PR visa.

It's exactly as phrased, so tama po yung understanding mo na different contexts sila. So:

Any other passport used = passports you have and had, current and expired

Current passport = yung active passport lang

Sa Form 80, may part dun for expired passport. Dun mo idagdag yung mga expired passports mo.

Tama sagot mo sa EOI, na wala kang other CURRENT passports (kung wala naman talaga besides sa isang sinagot mo). Main thing dyan is yung pagspecify ng current passport ba or other passports in general.

Both lists are suitable for PR visa as well as work visas. You can look at both lists if you want to migrate or just for work visa purposes…either way works 😉
