Sakin 3 weeks na, wala pang approval huhu. Mas matagal kaya if non-accredited yung sponsor?

Also, does anyone know kung possible ba marefund pag nakapagbayad na ng visa fees? Since nakapag-lodge na ng nomination si employer, gusto ko sana hintayin muna approval nun before ako mag-lodge ng visa para maka-sigurado ๐Ÿ˜…

    Salamat po in advance. :)

Madami ako nababasa yung iba dito sagot ni employer both primary and subsequent entrant, so I think depende sa employer. Swertihan din naman ๐Ÿ˜

Thanks sa reply. May I ask if may kids din kayo na under 18? And if isasama nyo sila. In our case kasi mukhang maiiwan ang kids. :( sana mabilis lang sila makuha.

I see. ๐Ÿ˜„ ang hirap kasi sa amin huhu anyways, thanks sa reply :) ask ko na din sana if may time ba na pinagdudahan nyo yung employer nyo? Wala lang, benefit of the doubt lang ako. Hehe may way ba to check their legitimacy? Thank you and sorry ang daming follow up questions.

Tapos research ulit after interview. Tsaka sila naman gumastos ng fees for Step 1 (application to be a sponsor) tsaka Step 2 (nomination).

Ano po usually validity ng 482 medium term? Na-grant po kasi samin is 3-years lang pero sa mga nababasa ko po dito ay 4-years ang nabibigay. Normal lang po ba ang 3-years?

This October po nagrant ang 482 namin and until now hindi pa kami nakakaalis dahil nagaayos pa ng OEC. Naisip ko kasi since tumatakbo na ang visa, baka ma-alanganin dun sa 3-year requirement na nagwork ka for your employer sponsor for PR.

    Thanks po sa sasagot.

3 years po validity ng visa. After that pwede ka mag file ng extension.
Or better yet, apply ng PR bago mag expire ang visa mo. :)

May certain number per year. Kase same as any other visas, may limit din ang employee-sponsored visa.. Not sure the exact number tho. If it's the first time your company will sponsor an employee, they have to pass the qualification din.

    Hi Guys,
A friend of mine is going to Aus on a TSS 482 Visa. As required by the visa conditions yung health insurance nya.
The question is: need ba nya mag acquire ng insurance BEFORE he fly to Aus or Pwede bumiyahe muna xa papunta dito sa Aus and pagdating saka xa bili ng health insurance nya.

    Thank you

    Hi Guys,
My sister is applying for TSS visa and she and her husband is in SG. Their daughter is with my mom in the Philippines. She will include both her husband and my niece as dependents in her visa application. However, they were informed by the agent hired by her sponsor that her daughter needs to be in SG with them at the time of visa lodgement. Is that a requirement now?
    Thanks!

    Hello members,

Nag iisip lang po for long term.

Wala daw pong PR pathway for recruitment professionals.

May mga nakakaalam po ba sa community ano po kaya ang pwede gawin after last extension kung gusto po mag apply ng PR?

Kung may ganitong topic na po. Pareply naman po ng link. Salamat! ๐Ÿ™

Recruitment Consultant is in the STSOL. What occupation is your 482 for?

While STSOL occupations aren't eligible for 186, if the state you're moving to sponsors this occupation for 190 visa then you can apply for that independently if you meet the state's requirements for nomination.
