    Thank you everyone!

Another question, saan po makikita yung list ng state kung san ka pwede mag apply ng EOI?

Each State has their own occupation list. Just visit each of their website to know if your occupation is in their list. Google mo lang "Australia migration + name of state".

Thank you!

Not really ranking... But iba-iba sila ng requirements. Some are harder to meet than others dahil may iba na nagre-require ng job offer, for example. NSW and VIC ang bumubuhos ngayon ng invites, their requirements are fairly easy IMO, pero mas magandang move na lodge ka ng EOI for all visa types and states na eligible ka. That way, you increase your chances.

Wala naman ranking but usually yung choice depends on availability of jobs and cost of living.

Sa mga nag lodge na po ng application, under Work Experience attachments sa dulo, sinama nyo rin po ba yung from more than 10 years ago na work? Under Employment History kasi sa ImmiAccount, ang nakalagay lang is "Give details of employment undertaken during the 10 year period before the invitation to lodge this application."

Only include the last 10 years as that’s what’s just being asked. You could do more but what’s the point 🤷‍♀️

How much po yong medical?

For our cases, we always wait for the case officer to request this due to this reason. Unless clients insist they want to do it early and aware of the possible repercussions

thanks po sa reply. Make sense din kase ang processing time sa visa 190 sa ngayon 36 months daw for 90% of the applications. So parang baka nga din masayang yong budget ko for medical tapos mag expire lang ng walang mangyayari.

Regarding processing times, they reflect the latest completed applications. 36 months yung processing times for 190 kasi 90% of the finalised applications ay 36 months old. Backlogs pa sila. Not really a sure indicator of current/future processing times.

"This estimated timeframe is based on how long it has taken to process recently finalised applications. It does not guarantee your application will be finalised within this timeframe." - from https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-processing-times/global-visa-processing-times.

To be honest, as an agent, I don’t really take reference on that link. It’s a general view but it’s really hard to predict each case. I just tell clients it could take more than a year. I’ve had cases which took sooner, some over a year or 2. It really just depends on the case and the case officer assigned to it. In reality, it’s really difficult to say exactly how timeline would be when a case is at the visa application stage.

I'm planning to lodge EOI for SC 189 and 190, and I already have Skills Assessment(Vetassess).
So, sa Vetassess Points Test Advise (PTA), they take 1 year of your work experience in order to meet the minimum skilled required for your nominated ANZSCO Occupation.

Ang question ko is, ung 1 year na yun (that Vetassess took away from your work experience), isasama ko din ba yun sa Employment ko sa EOI (na related to my ANZSCO Occupation), or hindi na?

Kunyari may 8 years working experience ako(na related to my ANZSCO Occupation), then sa Vetassess Skills Assessment Points Test Advice, magiging 7 yrs na lang since yung 1 yr is for meeting the minimum skilled required (lets call it base year).

Now sa EOI lodging, ung 1 year (base year) na yun, i-include ko ba yan sa Employment na related to my ANZSCO occupation, tagged as "YES", or hindi na, hence tagged as "NO" dun sa 'Related Employment' column? (And incase rin talaga hindi na counted ung 1 yr (base year), ilalagay ko pa ba yun jan sa Employment List ko, or tatanggalin ko na mismo?)

    Salamat po sa pagtulong.

You can include it but don't claim points for it. So effectively 7 years lang pwede mo i-claim.

Thanks sa pagsagot @whimpee .

So, ilalagay ko pa rin siya, pero naka-tag as "NO" sa Related Employment, tama ba?

Ung tagging ng "Yes/No sa Related Employment, yan na ung claiming of points (employment) sa EOI, right? Or may ibang section pa ba where you actually state na you will claim points for it?

Sorry for asking, naka-draft status pa lang ung EOI ko. Thanks.

Yup, that's it. Automatic bibilangin ng system yung ika-count for points based on Yes/No answer.

I would like to raise an inquiry regarding my application for Application for an associated visa (Subsequent entrant) under Online Lodgement - DoHA.
I cannot proceed on my visa application due to the "REFERENCE ID TYPE", what does it means, and where I can find the reference ID Type?

What are the major requirements for this Lodging / Online Visa application under Application for an associated visa (Subsequent entrant).?

One of the options is TRN, which is indicated sa taas, yung starts with "EGO". Maybe that? No experience applying for a student visa so I could be wrong.

Click on the question mark icon because there might be an explanation there. Otherwise, it looks like you have to input the TRN of the primary visa holder because DOHA will have to tie your application to a visa that has already been granted. Kasi subsequent entrant ka for which visa holder.

Now I'm planning to apply for 189/190/491 (offshore) as main applicant, siya as dependent.
In line with this topic, since nasa onshore na siya ngayon:
    1) Kailangan pa ba din nya mag undergo ng medical kahit onshore na siya?
    2) What are the requirements to expect sa side ng partner ko?

    TIA :)

Hi guys, magtatanong and verify lang regarding sa process & steps if SC 189 ung plan mong applyan.
EOI lang ba ung kelangan for the SC 189?

Or do you need to do something (fill up other forms on other website) after mong gumawa ng EOI for SC 189?

    Thanks.

EOI lang need sa 189. Yung ibang subclass pumupunta ka pa sa website ng sponsoring states dahil need yun for state sponsorship. Sa 189 no need kasi independent visa yan
