My NBI Clearance expired last Feb 21.
I renewed last Feb 17 - got a hit and was asked to return on March 7 (tomorrow).
I got my grant last Feb 18.
Hindi ko na nakuha yung NBI ko pero babalikan ko bukas hehe.
Baka nakakaamoy ang CO ng mga bagong NBI. Hahaha

We were given pre invitation for SC 491 NSW last April 8, 2022, received ITA May 13, 2022 and lodged the visa application July 7, 2022. However, on August 17th we received s56 asking for additional proofs for our relationship though we were married for 10 yrs already and had submitted our marriage contract. While waiting for the grant, by God’s grace we received ITA last Oct 6 batch for 189. We had a hard time deciding whether to withdraw 491 given the pros between 491 and 189 visa and nakapagbayad na kami sa 491 visa 😅 pero after a week of sleepless nights pikit mata na lang na winithdraw namin si 491 and we lodged the 189. At eto na nga sya! 🥹🙏🏻 Thanks be to God!
Salamat sa mga tulong and infos na nabasa at nakuha namin sa forum na ito. Will continue praying for all of you that are still in the waiting season. May the Lord renew your hope and strength as you wait for His perfect time. Honestly hindi madali maghintay kahit ako may times na nagddoubt kung tama ba ang mga decisions ko pero ilaban lang natin. After po maglodge pwede magpamedical para makakuha ng hap id and pati un instruction to do the medicals with required tests, thats what we did. meron po iba nagsabi pwede din magkahap id before that, pero not sure how po.

Congrats!!! I can’t imagine yung stress na ganun over that long period and choosing between 1 visa lodged and another one that is better. Baka that s56 was God’s way of telling you na may better opportunities to come. We’re the same batch of 189ITA, yung waiting ang laging nakaka anxiety. Glad you pushed through with 189. sino po dito ang na-grant ng SC 190 na mabilis ang first entry requirement? nakita ko kasi yung post ni @michael713 na 3 months from grant lang ang allowance na binigay. napapaisip tuloy ako kumuha ng bagong PCC dito sa SG kasi parang same lang din sa Qatar ata ang validity (6 months). although both yung SG PCC and PH NBI clearance ko nakuha ko ng December 2022.

@kurtzky regarding po sa PCC, 12 months daw yung validity nya kapag sa visa lodging purposes. Ung sa amin dito sa UAE expiration is 3 months lang dapat till jan 26 lang sya pero kahapon lang kami na grant. And with 1 year from grant ung allowance na binigay for first entry. Di din nmin alam kung san binebased talaga ung first entry dahil ung PH nbi nmin will expire this June 12 mos and yung medical will expire july 2023 😬

hi tinaklaw.. so it means ung uae pcc is valid for a year? u mean hindi na ako kukuha ulit kasi dalawang beses na ako kumuha ng pcc sa dubai hahaah nag expire kasi last jan 2023 kaya kakakuha ko lng din.. Thank you and congrats!

@chemron9400 yun din worry ko nung January kasi wala pang grant and pa expire na PCC namin so i messaged our agent if needed pa ng bago. Sabi nya usually hindi na humihingi ang co if newly acquired pa lang ang PCC eh ako di ako makampante heheh! Kaya nagsearch ako sa immi at andon nga na 12 months ang validity ng mga PCCs.
