Hello po again sa lahat. Kakatanggap ko lang po talaga ng pre-invite and application invoice for rda hunter. Ask ko lang po if sa payment necessary ba na name ko ang mg appear or ok lang na sa iba?

Overseas driver's licence pwedeng gamitin sa AU if 491 ka up to the validity of driver's licence and visa whichever comes first. Pag 189 and 190 ka, you have 6 months depending sa state to convert your driver's licence sa state licence upon passing the exams

Not sure about this, but if your from 491, next visa mo will be 191(permanent) , then after some time saka ka palang makakapag apply ng citizenship. Correct me if I'm wrong.

The requirement for citizenship is 4 years stay in Australia, with the last 12 months on a PR visa.

491 (3 year taxable income na 53,900 per year), then apply ng 191. (after 1 year holding visa of 191 na permanent visa, pwede na magapply ng citizen.

Hello, as far as I know, they will assess your EOI at the time they invited you. onshore requirement is at least 6 MThs stay in their state. you can double check in NSW website

Thank you. @stihlce12 . I called their hotline. Unfortunately, kelangan ko i-ignore yung pre-invite nila. kasi 6month residency requirement daw pala talaga prior to invite. Resubmit na lang ulit ng EOI. hindi pwede gamitin yung same EOI to re-apply.

It was a frustrating wait as I preferred 190 over 189 due to long visa processing time at the time of lodgement, finally paid off.

yes po okay lang po yan basta naka indicate yung HIRN mo.

Hi po, may nag apply ba dito sa QLD 190 or 491? Tanong ko lang anong mga pwedeng ipasa para sa other components funds sa settlement funds? Pwede po ba jewelries/gold? Thanks

no worries. yes you have to submit fresh EOI. syang yong invitation, thats why we need to read carefully before submitting our EOI. worst case if in visa lodgement and paid the fee then end up refusal pala. we have to be careful on this at early stage plang.

Yes, kasama sya sa upload when you lodge your application. In our case, we only submitted NBI clearance.

Depends kung ano ang invitation na nakuha mo. For state nomination ba or for visa application na? If for visa application, hindi required na magpasa kaagad ng NBI clearance. Pwede mo i-wait yung case officer na magrequest sayo, pero pwede rin namang ipasa mo na, basta take note na mageexpire yan in 12 months. So IF (if lang naman) lumagpasa ang visa application mo nang 12 months, kakailangan mo kumuha ulit.

So kukumpletuhin na yung Form 80, medical, and police clearance para bumilis ang processing and para makatulong rin sa iba na na nakapila na maprocess rin agad. Hindi na yung icase officer contact saka babalikan ka ulit. Mura lang naman ang nbi. mura rin ang medical compared sa oras na nasayang

ang medical po ba gaano katagal ang validity ?

Same, 12 months. If may budget ka and medyo kabado ka sa results and don't want to wait longer, get your medicals done na, I would say. Para in case may odd findings ma-resolve agad. Pero pwede rin namang wait ka rin for case officer contact if preferred talaga yun.

yep @stihlce12 . Sayang nga. pero ganun talaga ang life . resubmit na lang. last year kasi nung nasubmit namin yung unang eoi namin. offshore pa kami. then nagka work dito. so nag change status ako ng EOI from offshore to onshore. kaso may minimum of 6months residency pala na. hindi ko na din kasi nawithdraw, hindi ko naexpect na may pre-invite ako agad. short of few days sa 6-month residency namin.

I checked lahat nman na dpat i tick or required fields tama naman po lahat.. sa part na po yan na ni fill in ko yung work experience ng spouse and wla po kami ni claim na points nilagyan ko lang yung required fields like education and work experience.. any advice po? Thank you!

Na encounter ko to before. Check mong mabuti, may na miss kang isang section na usually naka-collapse.

This is for employment section, you have missed out to answer question whether the particular employment is a current or not? or if you claiming for a particular employment. you must answer yes or no.

we are going to use our credit card and ang sabi ni Agent kelangan namin ibigay ang photo front and back ng credit card sa kanya? ok lang ba yun? or kung yun ba ang tamang process ng mga agent? or dapat ba kami ang mag bayad direct sa Immi bigyan nya lang kami ng link?

every agency iba po ata ng process, I have a friend na same ang ginawa, inask po ng agency yung credit card details nya - safe naman daw po ang no unknown charges sa kanya.

For my case, Respall agent, they paid the visa fee using their credit card then I paid them in Peso na lang po after.

Not sure lang sa photo... But yes, providing details to your agent is fine. Kung photo talaga siguro ang process sa agency mo, make sure to send it in a secure way na lang siguro.
