In short, wala ng "higher is better" sa visa lodging stage.

At saka even if you do this for whatever reason, you risk overclaiming points and getting your visa application refused for nothing.

Once you receive an invitation, your points and your EOI are locked na and basically you will need to provide that points claimed are supported with evidence.

I overclaimed points po kasi sa work experience (I claimed 3-5 years where it should have been less than 3 years), na-overlook ko yung 'Met Date' from the assessment result ng ACS and late na nung na-realize ko. so I wanted to see if we can make up for the overclaimed points to meet the 3-5 years na i declared?

    thank you po

Unfortunately you might have to let that invite go kasi kung ipush mo yan at mareject magkakarecord ka pa ng refusal

Hiwahiwalay yung pag submit ng eoi for 189, 190 per state and 491?

    Salamat po

Yes, hiwa-hiwalay. Especially for different subclasses. Malay mo sabay-sabay kang ma-invite sa tatlong yan, so you have more options. Best to withdraw yung uninvited EOIs though once ma-invite ka na, so others can get invited. Sa VIC, isang subclass lang ang pwede.

    Hi,

Pwede po magask ng opinion if this pathway is advisable/affordable:
I am planning to process for Australia thru student pathway po and baka next year Feb po ako pasok.
I am a CPA with 6 years experience po.
Ang plan ko po is mag pa-assess sa CPA Australia while processing.
If makapasa po, I will still go as a student with a diploma course, and maybe process for PR pag nandun na ako?
If not, I will go as a student with Masters course.

Is this advisable po ba? Thank you po!

If you have 6 years experience, why do you need to study? You can apply for PR na once you meet the 65 points requirement. Save your money, no need to study.

    Hello.

I am about to submit EOI, declaring my de facto partner as my dependent (and claim for english partner points).

We have been living together for a year now (since May2022), kaya lang last March, we applied for tourist visa and we put Never Married as relationship status.

Better ba next year na lang magsubmit ng EOI to be sure?

Thank you.

Sa tingin ko lang (take this with a grain of salt dahil 'di ko naman 'to na-experience), it should be fine dahil it's for a different visa naman. For me ang risky na ikaw mismo mag-offer ng affidavit without being asked, and I'm not sure if your TV will have any relevance sa skilled migration application (unless of course rejected siya or nag-travel na kayo papuntang Australia, in which case ililista niyo yun sa Form 80).

    Hello everyone,

I am new here and currently working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Singapore since 2019. Prior to this, I worked as an Electrical Engineer (General) for the same company from 2014 to 2019. My journey in the field of Electrical Engineering started in Aug 2008 when I joined an Electrical Engineering Consultancy as a Junior Electrical Design. Within six months, I was promoted to Electrical Design Engineer and worked there until May 2010.

After that, I worked as an Electrical Design Engineer in Dubai from May 2010 to November 2011. In Singapore, I have worked for three different companies. My current company hired me as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, while the other two companies hired me as a Project Engineer, even though my work permit was for Assistant Engineer for both.

My concern now is for my EA skills assessment. I am not sure which career path to follow, whether it is Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Although I have relevant experience documentation for both, I am planning to DIY my assessment. If anyone has a CDR template that I can follow, please send it to [email protected].

    Thank you very much.

ROI is unique to Victoria. The WA state nom process is laid out here: https://migration.wa.gov.au/services/skilled-migration-western-australia/how-to-apply-for-state-nomination

Hi everyone. I just received my ITA from NSW. A few hours after, dumating ang ITA for State Nomination from SA. Ok lang ba yan na inaasikaso ko ang VISA for NSW while applying for state sponsorship from SA? Anyone done this before? Thanks po.

Why is there a need to do that? Choose a state and stick to one. You will have to disclose with SA that you’ve applied and been invited by nsw and this will not sit well with them as it won’t show your genuine interest to move to SA. I don’t really encourage my clients to do such things.

Hi. Asking for my niece who is planning to migrate here as a Pharmacist. I checked skill occupation list, visas listed for her profession doesn't include 189, does that mean limited lang ang visa na pwede niyang aplayan?

Also, shout out to any pharmacists applicants here, would like to know the process you did. I just checked for assessment should be through APharmC an it comes with assessment report and an exam. After assessment, need mag English test. Then submit EOI. This is just based on my experience before when I applied for 189. IELTS, Assessment then EOI. Let me know if there are other steps I missed.

Yung 491 naman, merong pathway to PR pero sa regional areas muna mag stay for the first 3 yrs.

Yes, APC ang assessing body. Mag KAPS exam muna (kahit nasa Pinas pa) and English test.

I'm helping a few friends in their application and not sure kung gaano na kataas ang points ng mga iniinvite.

I'm helping a few friends in their application and not sure kung gaano na kataas ang points ng mga iniinvite.

This site will help you understand the points standing of the EOIs that got invited, lodged, granted etc.
