What I would personally do if I were in a similar case, on the expiry date of the assessment, I will suspend my EOI; or not claim points for that until I get a new ACS reference number for my partner. Just to be on the safe side.

Iiwas ako sa komplikasyon hanggat kaya ko, and so ayokong ma-invite with any expired docs. Ok na yung mag hintay ng kaunti pa, basta confident akong valid lahat ng hawak kong dokumento.

Thanks sa advise! Kapag suspend ba mawawala kami sa list ng possible na mainvite, but will retain the original date ng EOI?

Im also thinking of just updating the eoi by not claiming partner assessment para nasa circulation parin..

Yes, mawawala ka sa pool for invitation, yun yung effect ng suspension. The creation date will be retained, and if there is no change to the total points, the Date of Effect as well.

Im also thinking of just updating the eoi by not claiming partner assessment para nasa circulation parin..

Kung ito naman gagawin mo, change sa points yan, so your Date of Effect will be updated too.

parang similar toh sa english exams, sa PTE & IELTS, 2 years lang sila valid. pero pagdating sa homeaffairs, valid yung english exams for 3 years kaya tinatanggap parin nila.

Yessssss, ganyan sa ACS. Hehe. For EA alam ko walang nakalagay e. Kaya dun sa 1st bullet siya pasok.

Mas maganda ung result nung second assessment ko, nacount lahat ng work experience ko after graduation. Dun sa first assessment ko, 3.5 yrs worth of work experience ung hindi cinount.

🤔 Question lang po, I have already updated my EOIs 189/190/491 after I got a superior PTE score recently, do I need to make another ROI for states like VIC (applied last March) or hayaan ko lang na magrereflect nalang doon sa records nila yung updated points ko? TIA sa makakasagot po.

Ok na yan, wala naman tanong na specific sa English test sa ROI ng VIC. Di ko lang alam for other states.

Though, stand by for news in the Live In Melbourne website (and other states as well) for the new FY. You'd know how to act thereafter.

Hello po, mostly pre-invite po is for sub class 190 and 491 (state or territory nomination) and 189 for direct DHA invitation. Last year nag start cla po by August.. so probably this coming August 2023 🙏🏼

Hindi pa. Nomination stage pa lang kasi yun. Once approved ng State and released na yung ITA ng DHA for you, dun pa lang mag reflect sa SkillSelect yun.

Anyone here na nakareceive na po ng invite na nag pa assess without RSEA and the work experience is not closely related sa Engineer? Yung job title ko po kasi is Data Analyst. Gusto ko po kasi malaman kung ma-credit ung work experience. Thanks po sa sasagot.

Okay lang 'yan. Double check mo nalang lahat ng entries. I submitted 2 EOIs this week, one for (189 + 190 VIC) and the other one is 190 NSW only.

Yep possible and completely okay to do. Okay din yan since you increase your chances of getting invited by multiple states, if gusto mo pumili.
