Hi! Anyone here resubmitted their CV? Nagpasa po ako for CDR, ngayon po magpapasa ako uli for RSEA. Iniisip ko po irevise CV ko na mas detailed at fit sa ANZSCO code. OKay lang kaya yun or baka sabihin plagiarism ako?

Yung available COE ko po kasi sa previous company ko ay walang list of duties. Position, company, period of employment, and project name lang ang nakalagay.

Hi! For CDR, need mo yung detailed reference letter ng companies to where you based your career episodes. For RSEA, required yung detailed reference letter of ALL companies to where you wish to claim points for relevant experience.

Based on my experience, I requested for COE with pay rate from HR and I made my own "detailed reference letter with duties & responsibilities" letter and have it reviewed & signed by my superior/ former senior colleague.

Hello po! regarding po sa CPD document, baka po may idea kayo if okay lang na hindi very active with seminars for example konti lang po then yung latest is 2020 pa. Magkakaproblema po kaya dito?

Hi everyone! Need help po. We are confused kung san po magpapa assess - Engineering Tech or Professional Engr.

My husband EE, worked as Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor in a Construction Cmpany for 7 yrs and now as an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer in a power plant.

magpapa assess po sana kami sa EA at mag cclaim ng points sa RSEA. please advice po kung ano ang dpat gawin. maraming salamat po sa mkakasagot.

I just received a feedback from the EA and they are requesting additional documents.
Mechanical Engineer po pala ako.

a. need po ba ung official contract? may nakaexperience napo ba nahingan ng ganito sa inyo even ok naman ung letter of reference?

b. ung SSS and Philhealth contribution report paano nyo po nakuha?

Pareho po na pwede na maassess ang graduated certificate /degree nyo sa EA pati na din ang work experiences. Request lang po to assess your degree as - Professional Engineer level as per default. Si EA na mag aaward accordingly base sa CDR Career Episodes nyo na ipapasa .

Ang RSEA naman is an optional service pero makakatulong po yan sa part ng assessor nio mabibigyan din kayo ng clarity kung ilang years of experience ang maaaring maclaim pero disclaimer lang din EA is not responsible for awarding experience points , pwede din naman ma claim ang experience nyo directly to DHA by providing relevant documentary evidence - payslips, employment certificate with JD, tax documents etc.

may difference din po ang sahod , sa mga technologist level mukhang mas mataas naman ang penalties /OT pay rate compared sa PE na halos fixed na ang pay rate as a starting point. You may know more sa Payrates from Fair Work Ombudsman for each industry each level and grade. Very detailed sya sa website nila dahil naka state dito yung minimum wage rates na meron sa occupation mo . Check their Payrate Calculator.

Lesser crowds means more chances of invites - depende if DHA will issue same number of invites as last year

Ask lang po....ung online contirbutions po ba ng SSS Philhealth and Pagibig is enough na po to satisfy ung requirement ni EA?
Ung employer history po nakahiwalay then ung contribution summary is wala naman po nakalagay sinong company. same with Philhealth.
Ano po adivse nyo for this? Thank you po.

Have you emailed or called them? You're not getting your money's worth with the fast track you paid for, I really think it's a good time to demand for an update from them.

Yes, ive done that several times- calls and emails. Ang sabi lang is just wait for the CO to finalized.

I'd politely ask for a refund on the fast track you paid for. You could also email them and ask if there's any way you could help them to expedite the assessment. Ask if you need to send them more documents or any way to assist. Might be good to start like emailing or calling weekly or even every few days. You paid a lot of money and they need to feel the urgency.

Granted na po finally after 5 months. I keep calling them to follow up. They even said that documents are just being verified kasi marami na daw ngaun ngpapasa ng fake. Sa mga galing po SG, bka matyempuhan nyo ung CO na nanghihingi ng copy ng E or S pass. Buti nalang naiscan ko lahat.

For SSS and Philhealth, you can get it online. Mag register ka lang ng account mo.

Possible kaya na di nakita ni assessor yung SSS screenshots ko kasi yung file na inupload ko ay may cover letter, so nasa 2nd page onwards pa yung SSS screenshots ko. Naka-state din sa cover letter ko na di na ako makakapagprovide ng any BIR forms dahil wala na daw files ang ex-employer ko.
Pwede kayang ireupload ko na lang yung SSS (without cover letter) kasi di rin willing mag bigay ng files na needed kung magpapa re-validate/stamp sa BIR yung ex -employer ko.
Note: Ito yung employment period ko na gamit ko sa isang career episode ko.
