Hello po, I am an accountant po and estimated score po is 80 points. May naiinvite pa rin po ba with that score? Or too low? Iniisip ko rin po if mag student pathway nalang ako sa AU

Anything's possible. Does the 80 pts include the state nomination already?

Hi po. I am currently offshore pero nasa Victoria ako for exactly 100days as a student (Masters, supposedly 2yrs). Umuwi ako sa Pinas nitong June because of personal issues and asked for a leave, got granted, sa March2024 pa ako pde magresume ng classes.

Now, i received a positive skills assessment as a Project Administrator and i lodged an EOI for visa190 with 90pts sa NSW (including state nomination of 5pts). Ayoko na sana tapusin ung course ko (ibang career) kasi gusto ko na magfocus sa skilled migration, kaya di na ko babalik sa Au-Victoria sana. May nabasa ako na pag visa 190 sa NSW, dapat 6months residency onshore or offshore by the time na mang invite sila. Ibig bang sabihin dahil Offshore ako now, dapat sa December onwards ako ma invite ni NSW, not any sooner? Kapag ininvite ako before that, automatic ba mare reject kapag nagpasa ako ng docs, lalo at sa Victoria ako nagstay for 3months?

I am not sure kung meron sa Victoria ng visa 190 for my role of Proj Admin from offshore, pero parang Phd stream lang nababasa ko...

Those regulations are for the past FY. We're already in a new one and there is always the possibility that the state criteria will change.

IMO, just submit your EOI now. If yung NSW criteria will remain in effect for this FY, you can suspend that EOI if you have doubts or until ma-fulfill mo yung required timeline, or maybe you can clear that up with NSW once ilabas nila yung criteria nila.

IMO, just submit your EOI now. If yung NSW criteria will remain in effect for this FY, you can suspend that EOI if you have doubts or until ma-fulfill mo yung required timeline, or maybe you can clear that up with NSW once ilabas nila yung criteria nila.

I hope can someone answer my question.

1 Complted ko na yung mga requirements(not totally completed, iba hirap na sa pag recover ng documents lalo na ung luma na. That would be consider as a flaw in my application ba? or the ACS will be considerate pag luma na?)

2 Paano po ang proper naming convention ng mga PDF, d ko makita kasi sa Guide ni acs

Anyone residing in WA regional areas?
Sa visa 491 po ba hindi pde sa Perth mag work/live/study?
Any advices/suggestions po na regional area sa WA na may better opportunities for medical field(Labtech)?

Gusto sana namin mag stay sa nag nominate na state to avoid problems pag mag apply n ng PR and searching po kami kung anong regional area. Appreciate your reply po😊

For Visa 190, required ba na currently employed? What if nag take ako ng gap year because of continuously working for 20yrs? My plan is to take a rest muna and since June 2022, i stopped working and traveled around. My skills assessment came out with 9.3yrs experience calculated up to June2022..

So ngayong naglodge ako for EOI and hopefully mainvite, required ba na employed and to show payslips and bank statements? I can show my payslips from last year, but after that wala na. Will it be a problem?

Hello everyone, question po regarding 189/190 visa application. I am preparing my EOI as well as the requirements for visa application incase ma invite.

For the 10yrs travel history, pano kapag nawala na yung old passports? I only have my current passport. I have a list if my travel history which I submitted in one of the forms before (dont remember the nme as it was processed by the company) for my 482 2yrs ago.

That should be fine, since you have a list of your records naman. My travel history was attached to my old passport, but I still just provided my current passport.

Buong WA is regional so you can work anywhere within the state.

Hello all. I have recently submitted an EOI for 189/190 QLD. While waiting for the invite, i am proactively gathering all the possible docs. Meron lang ako sana ako questions below

What are the documents asked sa pre invite and sinubmit nyo during 189/190 lodgement?
For those who applied onshore and waiting for grant and on a valid visa, can you travel outside Australia or do you need to apply for bridging visa? Currently on a 482 that will expire on March 2024.

Anyone here same situation na hirap maghanap ng work on subclass 491 dahil sa restrictions? Meron po ba naka experience to look from other regional areas other than the nominated state and lumipat dun? magkaka issue po kaya for PR pathway sa 191? Thanks.

Thank you sa input it's very helpful. may mga nababasa din ako na ganyan some people stated they just got some approval document from the nominating state but I don't know how helpful it will be in the future kapag time na to apply for PR.

I have been looking for a job (offshore) since the day my visa was granted last March 2023 pero medyo challenging. Cguro kc I am also overseas and mas madali if andun na din and at the same time I am also considering the option to apply sa other regional states.

Definitely challenging yan, hirap din ako nung nagrant 491 ko and onshore na ako nun at that point. Best bet talaga is pag onshore ka na, mas likely na ieentertain applications mo by then.

It might be hard to say especially with the new FY, baka may bagong criteria sila. Best to submit EOI sa lahat ng gusto mo na States.

Yes ideally po is submit all EOI sa like na state, it really depends sa criteria po per state sa new FY, suggest to submit any states available na pasok sa criteria, imp po is makapasok sa AU kung plan is long term, we don’t know po kasi ang policy in the coming years..

Hi po. Nakakafrustrate po mag1month na kami dito Au wala pa din po kami work. CE po kami ng bf ko. Mostly hanap po nila yung may design background. Kaso kami po more on project supervision. Dito po kami Wollongong kasi dito po kami nakahanap ng kakilala. Any tips po. May chance pa po ba kami makahanap ng work sa future na in line samin. Nagaapply din po kami ng casual jobs kahit cleaners o helper sa ngayon para may income kahit papano. 491 po kami.
