VETASSESS question

Good day po. Bago lang po ako rito. Question lang po regarding sa Tertiary Education Section. I am from UP System po kasi. Bale po on my first year I was admitted to UPLB then on my second year I transferred to Diliman tapos dun na rin po ako grumaduate. Sa section po ba ng Tertiary Education need ko po ba mag-add ng 2 different qualifications? One for UPLB and one for UPD? If yes po, dun po ba sa i-upload na qualification documents enough na po ba ang transcript para sa UPLB part po na qualification since 1 year lang naman po rito? Anyone here po na same situation sa akin na makakatulong? Salamat po.

If that's the case po then ano po nilagay niyong awarding body for uplb at ano naman pong normal entry requirement ang nilagay para sa upd? Sa case ko po kasi 1 yr lang po ako sa uplb then yung remaining 3 yrs sa upd po then dun nako grumaduate. Then yung normal length of full-time course po ba magdedepend na sa years na nag-aral po kayo sa campus na yun or base pa rin po sya kung 4-yr or 5-yr course?

For awarding body, UPD lang, di mo naman na kumpleto ung uplb degree diba, so it's not "awarded".
Normal entry requirement: UP College Admission Test (UPCAT)
Normal length of full-time course: ung normal prescribed length ng university, in my case 5 years ang sagot, kahit natapos ko siya in 7 years. lol

Inupload ko ung full TOR ko with UPLB TOR since naka indicate dun na nagtransfer ako.

I did not put my UPLB degree as a qualification since di ko naman natapos un. Isa lang ang qualification na nilagay ko sa Vetassess, ung final lang which is UPD.

hello! good day po…ask ko lang po nagwork kasi ako sa government agency sa pinas pero contractual basis (job order) lang po for 4 years at hindi po ako naging regular employee..pwede po ba yun isama sa ipapa assess sa vet? 40hrs /week po ang pasok ko…thnx po🙂

ask ko lang gaano na ba katagal ang processing time ngayon sa vetassess ng hindi naka priority? naglodge kasi si wife ng Feb 28. Jun 1 nacontact na siya ng CO pero until now wala pa rin siya results.

Nakalagay sa website nila is 12-20 weeks. I lodged mine Feb28 too, contacted me via email on May 4 (9th wk) to submit additional docs, submitted on May15, got the results July21 (9wks after completion), total 19wks.

Hello po! Just to ask kung sa license ba iuppload ung mga certification to software or online courses, hindi sa tertiary education? For example, I'm Odoo Certified, should I upload this under License?

Also, di pa po required ung PTE result sa Vetassess, right?

Just write a cover letter. It should be fine. Unless your uni is not listed under section 1 and the required qualification for your assessment is a degree.

In my case, I wrote a simple letter (with signature ko, not notarised) discussing and direct to the point na hindi need ang license to practice my nominated occupation and I also include the website of PRC. By the way, Civil Engg Tech po ang pinaassess ko kay VETASSES. By God's grace, Positive naman po.

good day po, ask lang kung pwede mag statutory declaration sa portfolio ko sa first job ko, since confidential yung details ng company and yung product na na design namin, hindi pumayag si company makakuha ako ng copy 2013 to 2015 pa yun. also ask na rin po pano format ng statutory declaration. many thanks po sa sasagot

Yes, parang affidavit lang sya if I remember correctly. You can find templates on the net Ipapa notarize mo din.

I don't know if it makes a difference nga talaga, but I gave as much detail as I could about my thesis (e.g. dates, title, subject matter ng thesis, and thesis mates) and internship (where, when, what did I do, and who were my supervisors). Had no major project for my course. Then, I added those too in my CV as paragraphs and then just copied it exactly for that field.

Hindi ko po tinick lahat yan kahit applicable sakin lahat kasi di ko po matandaan details at wala ako copy ng thesis ko. hehe.. kaya yung internship lang tick ko. wala ako sinubmit na any document regarding sa internship,. I just filled in the dates and responsibilities only. Umokey naman po kay vetassess un.

Wala namang hiningi yung agent kong docs for thesis and internship, so no.

Sakin tinick ko lang ung A major Project, tapos nilagay ko lang na "observed a manufacturing company for 6weeks to see how they operate and do their risk analysis and forecasting"
Wala namang attachments needed, summary description lang tlga ng project sa course ko na BS Financial Management. I got positive results naman.

Sa case ko, thesis yung naka tick. I had to put 52weeks since my thesis was based on 2 terms. Tapos i had a brief description what entails my thesis:
1st term - research
2nd term - drawing, presentation, defense etc.

Positively assessed din. FYI

Gusto ko lang magtanong about sa requirement ng VETASSESS.
Sa mga may idea or sa mga nakapag process na, dun sa Statement of Service na Duties and Responsibilities, exactly the same lang ba yung content nun and yung nasa CV?

Yung isang naging work ko kasi is may kasama nang Duties and Responsibilities sa contract. Balak ko sana copy paste na lang yun sa Statement of Service since part sya mismo ng job contract ko before. Any insights po kung sakaling ganun gawin ko? Anyone na ganun din ang ginawa?

Yes ganun ung ginawa ko kung anu ung nasa contract ung n lang din nilagay ko sa Statement of service,suggest ko din na konting tweak sa SOS para pasok dun sa anzsco guidelines
