Hello po good evening, regarding po sa pag aantay ng ACS result, san po sila usually nagsesend ng feedback sa ACS dashboard po or sa personal email? :) Thank you po. :)

Via email. The assessor will send you an email. Nung time ko, I didn't bother to check the ACS dashboard regularly kasi laging 'with assessor" lang din naman. 😅

Exactly….we don’t really keep track of status. We just leave it up until 12 weeks. If it comes sooner, happy days…if 12 weeks and 1 day, we start chasing.

Anong bank ito and salary certificate ba is diff from payslip? Lahat ng nasa bank statement ko eh same amount ng NET PAY na reflected sa payslip ko.

Hindi issue kung may difference na sa unang month ng sweldo vs last month, since possible na naincreasan na etc. But
bank statement salary records should match your payslip net pay. I will avoid mismatching documents as much as possible at baka maging source pa ng confusion ng assessor.

hi po - ask ko lang po advice for best possible course of action after having an assessment po na yung degree has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Bachelor Degree with insufficient computing content and therefore does not meet the requirements of the ACS as stated in the policy manual.

In addition po, work experience is Not Assessable Due to Insufficient Payment Evidence daw po. I submitted po the following documents:

I just had a client who recently engaged our services with similar circumstance - graduate of ECE. We’ve never had any case where ECE was ever recognised and I thought instantly something’s not right. I liaised with ACS and turned the outcome around - we’re now at the EOI stage.

Point is, don’t just take what they say, query exact reason why they came up with their findings. However, given you’ve applied on your own, it might be more challenging to dispute it vs an agent who could come across as knowing exactly what they are questioning (given the many cases they’ve handled) - if that makes sense…but persevere, don’t just keep quiet with them.

With regards to pay evidence, can’t comment much until actual documents are sighted…but as long as you’ve satisfied what was asked on the guideline, then I don’t see why they would not be sufficient. Good luck!

You need to contact the assessing officer who handled your case….but I would normally raise it to upper management for urgent action. If I was your agent, appeal/review won’t be an option until they clarify their decision first. I had a few cases this year where I queried their decision and were corrected. No appeal no review necessary. There have been issues with ACS lately regarding how they’ve assessed cases, hence the reason why best to query the decision outcome if you think they made a mistake. With regards to agent assistance, you can engage one at any stage….but you will be well guided asap especially you’re given a deadline to seek review/appeal. Good luck

To be honest, our clients provide us letters more from their managers rather than from HR. There’s really no convincing needed nor the need to disclose the real reason why they’re asking for such letter. I’m speaking for the x amount of cases we’ve handled from Philippines. The biggest challenge most clients encounter I find is chasing managers from many years ago or when companies have shut down. We rarely get notified by clients that managers refuse to sign or they struggle to “convince” managers because like I mentioned convincing is really unnecessary. I think maybe it has more to do with how we guide our clients and how we work together towards presenting their employers a letter for them to sign (once they agree everything in it is true and correct). Perhaps they are more confident with the draft letter they present to their superiors that they don’t need to do further explanations. Whatever it is, I’m definitely certain we’ve not encountered much issues similar to what was brought up in this discussion. Hence I’m sharing this tip as it might help DIY’s as this has always worked for my clients and could be helpful for others.

Basically po, it doesn't have to come from HR, but the document should bear the official company header and footer. Say for example, I had my manager sign my reference letter(with company headers) without the knowledge of our company's HR and that would do? Is it common for ACS to call the company to confirm the document?

    thanks

No appeal no review necessary. There have been issues with ACS lately regarding how they’ve assessed cases, hence the reason why best to query the decision outcome if you think they made a mistake. With regards to agent assistance, you can engage one at any stage….but you will be well guided asap especially you’re given a deadline to seek review/appeal. Good luck

    Many many thanks po..

Will the upper management be included if I sent po my concern to [email protected]? Or saan ko po mahahanap yun contact/email nila or ano pong best medium to liaise with upper management? ito po kasi yun provided nila na contact dun sa results and I emailed this address po. 30 days daw po yun ETA as per auto-mail

    Thank you po!

Hi Guys, gusto ko lang sana e make sure na tama yung payslip na e rerequest ko. Nabasa ko naman sa guidelines pero medyo ma overthink eh hehe. Bale sa current work ko po start ako nung July 2019. So ang hihingin ko po na payslip is July 2019 at Aug 2023 lang po ? or mas sure na start at end months of each year? ex july 2019 - dec 2019 , jan 2020 - dec 2020 , jan 2022 - dec 2022, jan 2023 - aug 2023. TYIA po

    Hi Everyone,

I'm posting and asking questions in behalf of my brother.

We had a consultation with a migration agent and my brother received an advise na re-take his PTE to get Superior.

My brother PTE is proficient but agent told us if he applied for visa 189 his pts will turn to zero. And medyo confuse aq hindi ko ma-gets why and can't remember her explanation.

Does anyone have applied here na proficient pte but went well? Or is it true pts will turn to zero for visa 189?

    Thank you!

Pag PTE competent - all bands 50 = 0 pts for english
    PTE proficient = all bands 65+ = 10 pts
    PTE superior = all bands 79+ = 20 pts

The minimum score to lodge an EOI is 65 pts, so kung 0 pts ang english mahirap yan maabot. Kung 189 visa ang target nyo, tama ang agent na magretake sya for PTE superior to have higher pts, leading to better chances of invitation

EDIT: baliktad ang competent and proficient, honestly never ako nakakarinig ng gumagamit ng words na yan regularly, always 'I need 50/65/79' so apologies kung di ako particular sa terms haha

@MLBS my brother took PTE na and his total result is proficient R-L-W-S scores is between 60 to 70 not lower than that.

Confused kami if why it will turn to zero if we choose to apply for visa 189. Though we are also open for visa 190 and 491 once meron na allocation for each states.

    Salamat.

Anong exact score sa each subtest? lahat ba is above 65+? Kung mag apply ka din ng 190 or 491 it will also require points for english dahil same na scoring system nyan with the addition of state sponsorship pts lang

Hi! Check the points calculator. You'll score zero points for the English regardless of visa (scoring is across all) if below 65, then extra points will be rewarded for state/regional nominations

    Competent is zero points.
    Proficient is 10.
    Superior is 20.

Pwede po. Pero counted as one payment evidence lang sya. Kailangan mo pa magsecure ng isa pang payment evidence like ITR.

oh, I don't know if employment reference letter exists in the PH, anyone na from ACN, baka meron sa inyong may reference letter?

I worked for ACN and hindi talaga sila nagbibigay ng Employment Reference letter. But they issued me a letter stating they do not release one for confidentiality reason. Well this was year 2021 pa, baka nag-iba na. Hence, I used stat dec. Sa pinas, unless ielaborate mo yung kelangang details na stated sa letter, yung regular CoE lang ang ibibigay nila eh.

currently working with ACN, kakakuha ko lng ng Certificate of Explanation from them,

heto din yung meron ako, plus COE. yung Certificate of Explanation, dun nila nilagay na di sila nagpoprovide ng roles and responsibilities dahil confidential daw blah blah blah.

Au-based employee here. Di din nila alam anong certificate of employment. Employment reference is widely known talaga dito. Given na Filo HR namin, I had to explain pa anong dapat meron sa employment reference kase usual is COE talaga sa Pinas.
Sa employment reference ko, stated don number of hours, employment period, job title, roles & responsibilities, company letter head, take note walang salary disclosure. Pirma galing sa reporting manager ko. Ang salary is nasa contract lang talaga. While COE sa Pinas, minsan meron roles and responsibilities, minsan wala esp ACN (lol) company letterhead kadalasan pirma ng HR not reporting manager or direct supervisor. Recently lang daw, si ACN nag pprovide na daw ng employment reference and employed dapat si reporting manager kase siya magppirma and inform lang daw na need for skilled migration or assessment, etc.. ang nakuha ko is certificate of non-disclosure of roles and responsibilities then COE kase nga ayaw mag disclose ni ACN way back 2020/2021 yata. Recent lang daw yan inimplement.

Wow, kakakuha ko lang last April and HR just provided the same non-disclosure document
