The catch is, either you want to have this reassessed to add years of experience or not and don't claim points for it (depends if you will be crossing a 5 year or 8 year mark of experience, otherwise).

My case naman po, i got 7 years work experience in total, but VETASSESS substract 2 years of my work experience, so now, I only got 4.5 years na kasama yung current employer and occupation ko. Need ko pa ng 4 mos to obtained 5 years. Kung aalis ako, need paba e pa assess kay VETASSESS yung lilipatan ko in case? nasasayang kasi ako sa sahod like 50% increase kasi.

There is no need to do that. As long as tasks are the same, you can confirm claim

Most States require that you only select them in your EOI, which is why applicants file multiple ones. From what I understand you can select both 190 and 491 in one EOI. 189 is separate if I'm not mistaken, since it's Independent visa it won't ask you to select a State.

Most States require that you only select them in your EOI, which is why applicants file multiple ones. From what I understand you can select both 190 and 491 in one EOI. 189 is separate if I'm not mistaken, since it's Independent visa it won't ask you to select a State.

Not all states would entertain EOI’s with 190 and 491 as preference. Need to be just one preference….be careful

Hi, yes im doing this now dahil ayoko ma stuck up sa current employer. And I want to have my own visa to be flexible sa work/employer.

Waiting for grant now. Once granted, then I will apply to another employer since I have my own visa na.

189 is by direct invitation, there's no nomination stage unlike 190.

Once you received the invite, there will be an Apply button from the EOI (SkillSelect) landing page. When clicked, that will redirect you to ImmiAccount for the visa application stage. This is where, in fact, you will be required to upload all the proof/documentation in relation to the claims that you indicated in the invited EOI.

EOI lang need sa 189. Yung ibang subclass pumupunta ka pa sa website ng sponsoring states dahil need yun for state sponsorship. Sa 189 no need kasi independent visa yan

1st thing is submit an EOI sa skillselect (189). No docs to upload yet however, need na lahat ng points na ikiclaim by the time na isubmit mo ung EOI ay supported with documents as of submission date (Valid PTE, Valid Skills Assessment, Work experience count, etc.). Document upload in ImmiAccount is only done when you have Invitation to Apply (ITA) from DHA.

For 190, may specific criteria and sometimes additional requirements/steps ang ibang states so need mo icheck ung State Websites nila for details.

Preferably separate EOI for 189, 190 by state.

For EOI account, possible to apply different visa type as long as illigible with the same EOI account right?
and for Visa 190 if nominated, what is the next process po.?
