hindi n po renewal. apply n po ng bago, na prang wala k ulit record. gnon po ginwa nugn agent namin, naghire pa po kasi kame ng agent na nagaayos ng docs

Need po ba na sabay e submit ang EOI at ROI ng victoria? Ngayon ko lang po kasi nalaman na need pala e input ang points ng partner at hndi pwede e update after submit. Sa ngayon kasi nag hihintay pa kami ng result ng ACS ng partner ko. Please advise po. Mag submit nalang po ako ngayon without my partners points at withdraw nalng later at create ulit if ever okay na points ni partner or wait nalng na ma complete ? TIA

Una po na isusubmit yung EOI
Pangalawa na yung ROI sa Victoria portal
If dedeclare mo si partner na skilled atm interim while ACS is assessing will be risky for a refusal pag nainvite kayo. Evidence must be valid at the point of invitation.
You can always update and make a new ROI since partner skills ang mababago sa EOI which affects the info sa ROI once na maclear yung ACS ni partner.

Apply with what you have - avoid complications lalo na this is a crucial step, do it right at the first instance.

hallo po! i'm not sure if this is the right thread for concerns related to VIC ROI but i'll shoot away na rin po. just wanted to check po if may issue po kaya if ung Employer Post Code na nakaindicate sa ROI upon invite is different from the correct Post Code? i used kasi ung Melbourne Office namin but found out recently na ung main office pala is from NSW. could you please advise if I'll continue my nomination application? thank you in advance

ohh, this is very helpful!! yes po, i'm an onshore applicant, and yes po, nakaindicate ung VIC address sa contract ko and sa COE ko. although sa nomination application, need ko ilagay yung organisation name and address and ang nagshoshow is the Sydney post code only, wala po ung Melbourne. the only issue here is magkakaron po ng inconsistency sa ROI submitted (post code 3000 is used) and sa nomination application (post code 2000). would that be ok po kaya? happy to provide naman ung mga docs/evidences

hello po. meron po ba dito na married pero walang any documents na naka change surname yung document after marriage? need po b ideclare sa "do you have any other names? sa immi account" yung name ko following my husband surname, kahit wala akong any documents na naka apelido sknya? thank you po.

for those na same situation as mine, working for an employer na based sa other state, pero may physical presence (office or workplace) naman dito sa melbourne - i did inquire from Live in Melbourne and this is their response:

Yes ,unofficially freezed na yung EOI, grounds for rejection pag binago mo after pre-invite.

After you received an ITA ,EOI is officially locked and can only make changes after the 60 days timeframe when ITA lapses.

Ah buti naman po. Will change company early January, worried lang na need pa iupdate EOI before receiving ITA from VIC. Will not update na po siya and continue with the pre invite process nalang po. Thank you very much!
