Hello may question lang ako regarding NSW specific na requirement:

Tama po ba pagkakaintindi ko, if say yung skills assessment ko from EA is narelease last year, April 2023. Yung experience ko is say from 2020 to present, then yung employment claim ko lang dapat is from April 2023 to present?

ano nakalagay sa result mo? idk how EA skills assessment looks like, but in ACS kasi nakalagay yung date na considered skilled level. so after that date lang pwede mag claim ng work exp

edit: sabi sa migration desk, the deemed skilled date is the date under "meets the current requirement for following occupation" in the outcome letter. so ayun

EA will quote the deemed skilled date sa RSEA , it will be the employments after your date of graduation most of the time.

EA assessment don’t apply qualifying years of employment in the same way as how ACS does. ACS process doesn’t actually align with what the law states…and so as NSW and ACT criteria…but that’s their prerogative.

By law, they provide points based on when they start working in the relevant occupation and not when they are deemed skilled.

With EA, they recognise experience from day 1 of post qualification work experience which is aligned to what the immigration policy states.

They don’t do the deemed skilled date like ACS does - as per my post above ☝️
