Hello mga ka ex-Accenture, ask ko lang if ok na ba yung pinrovide nila na Non-Standard COE with Job description? Nakakuha rin kasi ako, pero wala nakalagay na full-time basis of XX hours per week. Wala rin sinama na salary per year. Tatanggapin kaya to ng ACS?

Hindi na ako kumuha nung reference from previous managers dahil need pala ng COE din nila?

hello po @ Ozdrims. ang Occupation po is Purchaser. Not yet done the Skills Assessment. San po makita ung link to check ang Skills Assessment? Ang year of experience po is more than 10. Kailan po pwedeng makapag lodge ng EOI?

    Hi @Loren

    1) Check your nominated occupation if it is in the combined skills occupation list and which visa you are eligible to apply, here is the link to DHA website:

    https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list

    2) If you can find your nominated occupation to one of the GSM visas or provisional visas , you can start researching your Skills Assessment body requirements for Skills Assessment and contact them and apply for it.

    3) Depending on their initial stage requirements some may require you to have a certain level of english which you can also take through various english testing centres, maraming options to each has its own - IELTS, PTE, Cambridge etc.

    4) Once you have the Skills Assessment and English exams results and other evidences of claims for each in the points test you can lodge an EOI already

    Hi Ozdrims

Maraming Salamat po sa pagsagot ng inquiries.

    1. By the way po, nagtry po ako icheck kung anong pwede po sa skill occupation list pero wala po akong exactly makita kung alin po dun. Any suggestions po ba?> @Ozdrims said:

For you to submit an EOI, you'll need reference numbers for English test result (PTE or IELTS), and skills assessment. I suggest doing the skills assessment first, then English test. Iba iba ang assessing body for ANZSCO code/occupation. Refer to the link sent by Ozdrims to check which is applicable for your occupation.

did you try searching for keywords ng duties mo? may contract admin sa list. most likely, sa vetassess ka magpapa-assess. but dont take my word for it ha, initial search ko lang yan. choose yung pinaka close talaga sa work experience mo para higher chance to get a positive result.

if you have the budget, magpaconsult ka sa agent para mas maguide ka on what anzsco to choose. good luck!

Hello, sorry if this was asked before, I have BS in Electronics Engineering with PRC license but my experience is not alligned to my degree and more on IT Network Security (8 years total experience). Can I still get points for Educational Qualifiation if I proceed my skill assessment through ACS? Also, ano po yung ma recommend nyo na occupation visa based sa education and work experience ko? Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone, just wanted to ask if is there such working like 482 visa wherein the employer will not have to sponsor you as long as you will get a guaranteed contract to work for full time on the company and I will be shouldering like the visa fees?

Just saw news about new in demand skilled visas to be introduced mid this year as per DHA migration strategy, would you think this still requires applicant to be working full time? or kahit part time 24 hrs lng but still reaches the salary threshold can also apply?

Hi! Same tayo na ECE. I nominated ICT Security Specialist. Bachelors naman din assessment sakin ni ACS. May deduction na 6 years pero pwede pa rin naman iclaim yung relevant work experience as per my agent. Since on March 15 ata magchechange na yung skills assessment process ni ACS and you can nominate 3 occupations, you might want to consider Computer Network and Systems Engineer as a nominated occupation as well. Pero still up to your work experience ano yung mas fit.

    *E attach during invitation

Bukod sa mga hiningi ni EA during SA /RSEA, during Nomination or ITA lodgment stage need mo everything na sinubmit with EA like salary slip , Certificate of Employment /reference letters , ITR's/NOA ,Appointment letters, 6 months bank statements with salary reflected, Skills Assessment outcome letter /RSEA outcome letter . The above po is not exhaustive , base lang sa na experience ko with NSW and application with DoHA.

Hello mga ka ex-Accenture, ask ko lang if ok na ba yung pinrovide nila na Non-Standard COE with Job description? Nakakuha rin kasi ako, pero wala nakalagay na full-time basis of XX hours per week. Wala rin sinama na salary per year. Tatanggapin kaya to ng ACS?

Hindi na ako kumuha nung reference from previous managers dahil need pala ng COE din nila?

    Hello cn08, yes okay lang.

Hello po everyone! I am new here and currently researching po for skilled visas. Medyo overwhelming po ang mga info that i have gathered and sana may makatulong po sa mga tanong ko:

    1. currently working as procurement officer for over a year now, pero i am a licensed mechanical engineer po and has an experience as maintenance planner. can i still have my experience as maintenance planner assessed by VETASSES? or would be better if kay EA?
    2. of all the states i have checked, si WA lng po yung merong maintenance planner as nominated occupation however yung industry nya is building & construction. sa manufacturing industry po kasi yung experience ko. am i still eligible po?

Thank you po sa sasagot! 🙏🙏

    Hi,
I can just make a wild guess , versatile tayong mga Filipinos

Maintenance Planner - Mechanical Engineer- Procurement Officer

You can check which states are having invitations for the 3 skills /experience you mentioned , which subclasses you can qualify and which states does most of the invites for the three.
With regards to occupation - VETASSESS is for other occupations , for Engineering degrees is better to let EA assess your Mechanical Engineering degree and tie your Maintenance Planner experience with it.

    Hope that helps.

Hello po! Just wanted to get your thoughts and advice po on my current situation. I'm currently in AU, working under a TSS 482 visa po since Oct 2022 and exploring options to get a PR visa. I reached out to my company on a potential sponsorship and they said na even though 2 years na lang yung requirement ng Immigration, they still require working for 3 years under the TSS visa to justify their cost investment sa TSS 482 ko.

Now I'm considering applying for the subclass 189 visa na lang po. But I'm still hesitant if I apply for it now or wait na lang until maka-3 years sa company ko.

Anyone here po na nagtransition from a TSS 482 visa to Subclass 189? How was the process po and how much po yung range ng magagastos in total for this visa? In the same way, anyone here po na nagtransition from TSS 482 to Subclass 186? How was the process po and how much total din po yung nagastos?

Would also appreciate recommendations for immigration lawyers po here in Sydney. Thank you in advance!

To give you an idea (not sure whether you've done your research around this too), for 189 you need to be invited first to be able to apply.

Both 189 and 186 are PR visas. The only difference is that 186 requires a nomination or as they call it, sponsorship from your employer while 189 is an invited pathway which is points-based (https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/skilled-independent-189/points-table) according to your profile.

You can always pursue 189 on the side while on 482 (read more here: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/skilled-independent-189/points-tested#HowTo). With 186 on the other hand, you will not be able to start that on your own since you need sponsorship for that, as mentioned.

Regarding price, it's not a straightforward answer since meron factor ng skills assessment, kung gagamit ka ng Agent, etc. But for the visa itself, you can check online through the DHA website, they have a visa fee calculator.

On the processing times naman, you can check here https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-processing-times/global-visa-processing-times for 189 and 186 respectively.

If I were you, I'll try to pursue both. Habang hindi pa pumapayag yung company to sponsor you, start gathering documents and arranging for 189 (or even 190 if you are eligible, check each state's criteria). Magagamit mo rin naman lahat yun sa 186 eventually.

Either way, you'll be fine. All the best to you. :)

Hi po, yong validity ba ng TSS 482 mo is 3 years? Nasa short list or medium list ba yong nominated occupation mo?

I am currently on TSS 482 Medium stream (valid for 2 years) pero I have been working for my company mag 3 years na this coming October, saktong mag 2 years na ang TSS 482 ko.

Pero nag submit ako EOI last year October, waiting nalang for an invite, at the same time kinausap ko na din yong company ko na ma expire na ang TSS visa. Pero sabi ko na eligible na ako for 186, pero kakausapin pa daw HR kase yong mga workmates ko from TSS 482 for two years, 186 na inoffer sa kanila.

Regarding sa gastos for GSM, same lang din sa iba from skills assessment, agent fee, PTE, shoulder mo lahat. Mas magastos ang professional fee tbh. Hiningan ako 3,500 pero stagger payment siya. Bayad lang ako every stage like for assistance para skills assessment, submit EOI, so far yon pa binayaran ko.

Sa pagkakaalam ko shoulder ni company visa fee, nomination fee, agent fee for 186 pero depende sa company lol.

I always tell clients to take matters in their hands and go for GSM pathway. 482 is good for now and since it’s a temporary visa, you’re not immune to changes whilst you are on this visa. Anything can happen along the way. 186 can only happen if the employer sponsors you…what if they don’t?
