I updated my response earlier as:
A. Additional 5 points for state nomination if you tick 190 State Sponsorship in your EOI. This is for permanent subclass (PR).

B. Additional 15 points for state nomination if you tick 491 State Sponsorship in your EOI. This is for provisional/temporary subclass.

Bale, kelangan mo muna gumawa ng EOI sa skillselect. Pili ka kung saan suitable yung trabaho mo - 190 ba or 491. Tapos sa EOI mo, doon mo icheck yung tamang box (pwedeng both kung eligible ka sa both subclass).

Pagkatapos mo mag fill up ng details sa EOI, mag auto compute sya ng score. Siya na mag-aadd ng state points.

Pagkasubmit mo ng EOI, wait mo pre-invitation and approval of state nomination. Dito mo palang malalaman kung sa 190 or 491 ka ba maiinvite (assuming tinick mo parehas yang subclass sa EOI mo).

Mauuna lagi yung "expression of interest" mo bago ka ma-inominate ng state.

Last Apr 19 ako nainvite. Then submitted all the docs, 6 months bank statement plus tenancy agreement and all other documents supporting the points claimed on the 20th.
Medyo kinakabahan lang kc wla pa din until now though sabi nman sa email it may take 6 weeks.
Praying na maaprove na next week. 🙏🙏🙏

@2Au normal processing nila is up to 6 weeks but some gaya ng iba din dito less than a week or as fast as 1 day meron na. Depends on circumstances and sipag ng assigned officer sayo. Nanjan ka na ,wait it out mo na lang, practice na din daw pala yan sa next challenge sa visa grant stage, Good luck!

Sa EOI po ba kasama sa Given Name ang Middle Name(mothers maiden)?
Sa Ph Passport po kasi ang Middle name is translated to Panggitnang Apelyido. And sabi po sa EOI, given names are unique to an individual within the family, eh yung middle name shared with other family members naman po dba?

Apelyido/Surname: Gomez
Pangalan/ Given Names: Mary Grace
Panggitnang Apelyido/ Middle name: Lee

Some in this forum included their middle names along with their first names, and granted naman. Some did not, granted din naman. Just make it clear sa Form 80.

Middle name should not be a ground for refusal naman.
-My 1st au tourist visa do not have middle name in it having provided my birth certificate/other docs. Hindi ko rin nailagay during application as I wasn't aware.
-My skilled application has middle name.
-My 2nd au tourist visa application has middle name, yet when approved, my grant letter do not have my middle name in it. Sila na nag alis.

I think DHA is well aware of this kind of identification outside AU and should not be much of a big deal basta tama and in sync with all your papers/legal documents. Importante ay hindi mali mali or walang typo para iwas aberya.

True. Nilagay ko na lang middle name para may reference din sa mga employment documents at yun nga PTE na may middle name. Pero bahala na sila dha dyan.

Hindi pa po , you can check spam messages or usually narereceive ng karamihan pag may auto changes in points sa EOI due to expiry of points ,increase in experience or decrease in age points.

yes po, dapat updated lagi EOI mo. no expired assessments.

I am currently waiting for an invitation to apply, may de facto din po ako na inapply. Gusto na po sana namin magpakasal pero baka maka affect sa application. Ano po maganda gawin in my situation po? Wait ko nalang po na ma-invite ako or ok lang naman na magpakasal na kami dito while waiting for an invite?

kelan nyo plan? soon na ba? if i were u, magpapakasal na ako. considering the remaining allocation this FY, baka you have to wait next FY pa.

the invitation round does not start until sept? (as per FY23)

It's a big decision to make, but since gusto nyo na rin naman at kung kakayanin, why not, go for it. Wala pa rin naman kayong invite. Lalo rin sa panahon ngayon na unpredictable.

Kasi you won't be allowed to wed after an invite, since your points are based on your previous status as de facto relationship. Though, you can notify DHA about it, but personally, mas piliin ko na yung sureball which is, getting married before any invite, plantsado na lahat. Also, at least I can tell myself that my life is not halted by all this waiting game.

yung tourist Visa ko kasi wala naman siyang Middle Name(Lee), granted naman po. May ibang kilala also ako Nung December 2023 nainvite, Di nila sinama ang Middle Name granted naman po nung January

Yes magkaiba nga ang middle name sa pinas and aus. Di yan, madami na nagrant dito na may middle name meron din wala.
