hello po, just my 2cents, mas okay kasama ang pamily dito sa AU... but, you also need to think about what will happen next, i'm not sure po kung kaya mo magpa-PR with a child na diagnosed ng ASD, sad truth po, magastos ata kasi yang ganyan for the government kaya maliit chances for PR pathway if ever...

well life is too short still, so better spend it with your love ones, but still, consider having a plan B po kung sakali

Kaya gusto ko n sila mkasama. Salamat s sinend mo. Mukang pwede nmn tlga kasi sasagutin ko ung insurance nmin so walang gagastusin ang govt smin.

from what i've read here sa forum, bumaba yung state alloc this FY23-24 compare to FY22-23. sana hindi pababa yung trend. lets hope and pray for a better FY and may the odds be ever in our favors. 🙏

based sa analyzation ni GM ng smart visa, possible 15k ang state nomination for fy 24-25..

I'm still expecting a formal round at least before the end of this FY from NSW ,since meron pa silang natitirang allocations. Let's hope that maulanan ng invites mga expectant at nagmamanifest at waiting patiently . Good luck sa lahat!

NSW has invited yesterday tradies like hotcakes 🥞 65 is the new 85 ,kidding aside - a trend is surfacing up, not only nurses,health professionals and teachers are prioritised at least on the state level -with construction trades at the moment,
they will really need more of them.

I would like to see it emerging in the federal level side.

Tasmania close State migration program

2023-24 Tasmanian Skilled Migration State Nomination Program Update
June 2024
Closed to further registrations of interest.

The 2023-24 Tasmanian Skilled Migration State Nomination Program is now closed to new Registrations of Interest (ROI).

If you have been invited to submit an application for nomination but you have not yet lodged, you can continue to do so before the invitation expiry date.

No further invitations to apply for nomination will be issued this program year.

Migration Tasmania will continue to assess applications for nomination that have been lodged but not yet decided, however only few nomination places remain and so not all applicants will be nominated this program year.

Once all nomination places are used, any applications that are approved will be nominated after Tasmania receives its nomination allocation for the 2024-25 program year.

ROIs that have been allocated a green or gold pass will continue to be held in the Application Gateway and considered for an invitation to apply for nomination when the 2024-25 program opens.

Information on the 2024-25 program will be published on this website and in our newsletter when it becomes available.

Hi guys, a hypothetical question:

If I am married and planning to apply for a 190 and 491 visa but my spouse is not cooperative with the requirements (e.g. English Test, Medical Exams, etc.), will I still be able to complete the whole visa process without my spouse's inputs? Should I lodge my EOI with 'no future applications for relatives'?

There is zero document required in the EOI stage. Though for yourself, you need to sit in an English Test and have a valid Skills Assessment beforehand to get started and submit a complete EOI. Reference numbers for those 2 are required there.

Also, few points come to mind...

Ensure that you declare yourself as Married, kahit hindi sasama si misis. Be transparent, still.
Ensure that the number of migrating members is indicated as 1 only.
Though you are not claiming any partner points, just thinking out loud here, be prepared in case DHA asks details about your wife.

Hope that in the end it becomes a mutual decision for you and your wife. Sana, sabay na kayo maka migrate. Personally, it's a tough decision to make kung isa lang mauuna.
