    There is zero document required in the EOI stage. Though for yourself, you need to sit in an English Test and have a valid Skills Assessment beforehand to get started and submit a complete EOI. Reference numbers for those 2 are required there.

    Also, few points come to mind...

    1. Ensure that you declare yourself as Married, kahit hindi sasama si misis. Be transparent, still.
    2. Ensure that the number of migrating members is indicated as 1 only.
    3. Though you are not claiming any partner points, just thinking out loud here, be prepared in case DHA asks details about your wife.

    Hope that in the end it becomes a mutual decision for you and your wife. Sana, sabay na kayo maka migrate. Personally, it's a tough decision to make kung isa lang mauuna. :)

    Another option you can take is, to might as well include your spouse as secondary migrating applicant. Pwede naman hindi muna sya sumama sa initial move e, once your visa is granted. Pag convenient na lang sa kanya, saka sya sumunod.

    In this scenario, hindi ka pa rin mag claim ng partner points, meaning no need sya mag Skills Assessment. Yung English Test, it's safer for partner to take and reach at least Competent level, no pressure. Kasi hihingin yan as evidence of functional English. Other documents to submit will be proof of relationship (marriage cert is enough, if already married), health check, and police checks for the both of you.

    If you're not aware, mas mahal kasi ang subsequent entrant visa. Kaya mas ok na kasama na sya sa una pa lang ng visa application.

    But yeah, it's all up you, hope it goes well. :)

    Lahat po ng documents ko ay may middle name, yung EOI ko lang po ang wala. Nainvite po ako ngayon sa 189, Medical Laboratory Scientist - 85pts.

    Magkakaproblem po ba? Need your advise po 😭🙏

    Wala yan, it's a minor thing. Just be consistent with your First and Last names, you'll be alright.
