Not considering yung last invitation round last May 31,2024 na mostly was sent out to trades occupations, they are still processing those applications more or less

yes, still valid. as long as its not expired on the day you got invited.

but if i were you, dont wait for it to expire. get a new skills assessment na. they will probably start inviting around aug/sept. its better to have a fresh and EOI-ready profile. just my opinion po 😊

Yes , lodge it before it expires

If in the case you were invited after the expiry you can still make a renewal and lodge the visa within 60 days upon issuance of your ITA

@casssie my existing EOI's will expire next year but if mag expire na ang skills assessment ko this July, invalid na rin ba lahat ng existing EOI's ko? Is it reasonable ba na mag lodged ng new EOI's by the time na renew ang skills assessment ko, para ang skills assessment and EOI's are aligned and valid at the same time for a further 2 years?

your existing EOI will do just fine, since di pa naman expired. all you need to do now, is update all assessments and documents. EOI (system) will not know if invalid na mga docs mo, so its your duty to update them as needed, para once you get invited, wala ka maging problema.

it wont make sense to create a new EOI for the new assessments. nakapila na yung EOI mo since 2022, hayaan mo na sya dun hehe. update mo na lang yung mga dapat mong i-update using that EOI. but, it doesnt hurt to create multiple EOIs. go mo lang if you want!

depends on what visa youre applying and what state, you might have to wait if yung preferred state mo will ask for a new EOI, regardless if may existing EOI ka na.

@casssie I see that's why I want to clarify and get feedback here. Because my agent said that as soon as my skills assessment expires, my EOI are deemed invalid na daw. Eh as far as I know you can update it during the duration like if yung PTE mo nag expire, pwede mo rin e update diba.

The MIA will keep members updated on allocations for the NSW 2024-25 program year as they become available.

Hello, ako po ulit (sorry huhu). Currently waiting for 491/190 invite sa QLD since andun yung fam ko. Now, I was browsing sa Migration QLD page and stumbled this sa FAQs

Here comes my problem, it was stated in QSOL na 4 years yung post qualification for Analyst Programmer (my nominated occupation). Pero ACS deducted 2 years from my 5 years overall working experience. In short, I only have 3 years. Will this mean based sa nasa FAQ, di ako qualified to apply?
Or possible na yung 5 years overall yung icoconsider nila if ever?

I suggest to wait for next FY's listing from QLD.

Yun nga po eh. If sakali sana on or before October target ko for NAATI para pagdating ng October ay magkaroon ako ng 95 points and kung sakaling magkaroon ulit ng rounds ng 189 ay mahagip na ako.

Wow sobra taas na ng mga points. 8 yrs ago I got invited 65 or 70 pts lang ata ako nun then ngayon 95 na! After 2mos of lodging may result na kagad. Sobra competitive na these days! Good luck po sa lahat!
