CDR Preprations

Career Episodes are based on my work experience. No certain format, essay type ang ginawa ko. Read carefully the MSA Booklet andyan naman lahat.

Summary - just answer the template provided in the MSA

CPD - Table type 1 a4 size only, wala ako masyado seminars or training after graduation. We have 2 businesses na ako ang nagmamanage, nilagay ko din since nagagamit ko dito yung course ko.

PTE - Youtube lang then mock exam, subscribed in APEUNI App.

Question po regarding CPD....please help po anyone...paano po kung 2 seminars lang maiilagay? Okay lang po kaya? Ano pa po kaya pwede ilagay? Pwede po ba yung daily huddles lang po (parang brief tech/safety meetings lang po everyday) sa power plant. Required po ba na marami or may required numbers of seminars and meetings po ba? Pa help po 🙏 Thank you po!

Hi, my friend received feedback from Engineer Australia na he needs to provide 2 new career episodes kasi hindi daw pang professional engineer yung na provide nya na career episodes . he is considering magpagawa ng career episodes. nag contact sya kay Seema Upadhaya. do you guys think its a good move?Thanks sa sasagot

Good day engineers, got my positive skills assessment pero 2.5yrs lang yung nagrant. proceed ba ako EOI or wait ko nalang muna mag 3yrs para sa 5points.. and kung magwait ako next yr para mag 3yrs need ba ulit mag assessment sa EA. salamat po

Is better to be in the Q para may chances ka na ,you wouldn’t know when a big round strikes 🪧

Yung points naman nag auto update pag naka abot na sa threshold.

No need na mag assessment uli as long as valid pa yung document.

Is better to be in the Q para may chances ka na ,you wouldn’t know when a big round strikes 🪧

Yung points naman nag auto update pag naka abot na sa threshold.

May benefit po ba sa pag kuha ng RSEA if 1 year pa lang relevant experience? Will be adding it din kasi sa EOI as relevant employment. Also, tama po ba na CDR lang ang pwedeng i-fast track?

Hi, try to back read dito, meron po dito naka pagpasa ng CEs using school work /thesis, meron din naman mga positions na closely related at importante is may relevance yung job responsibilities sa nominated occupation.

They follow the FY starting July and ends in June. If you apply now they will prorate your membership fees and plus the next FY.
They can offer you monthly payment by credit card.

RSEA can be use for nomination application in states gaya ng NSW ,ACT (a must for them)

If money is not an issue RSEA will be an added assurance but it is not compulsory in other states and even for a 189.

EA usually takes 4 months to process your application afaik , fast-track takes around 20 business days to open your file, a big difference than the normal Q.

Fast track mo na both in my opinion -will save you time kaysa ma-stress later on during EOI submission , secure na din documents as early as possible.

I'm quite confused about the experience points. I have been lurking here since 2019 and I remember one of EA's requirement which stated na an experience should be at least 12mons para ma claim. Recently, I updated my EOI which previously had 70 points. I started a new role and in just 3 months, Skillselect automatically updated my points to 75. So I decided to submit an RSEA to be sure na macredit talaga cya and am still awaiting the results. I also re-read the MSA booklet and even the points calculator and the 12-month caveat is no longer there. Does this mean na wala na iyong 12-month requirement? Btw, I proceeded to retake the IELTS kasi nagexpire na ang previous ko and got superior so it upped by points to 85 (IELTS OSR). Not sure if I should modify my EOI para matanggal ang additional na 5 points.

Im a mechanical engineer with 8yrs and counting experience sa HVAC industry, currently nandito ako sa Fiji Islands with 3yrs job contract and so far mag 1yr na ako here this coming august 2024. Hingi po sana ako ng advise sa inyo regarding sa pag apply ko ng Visa 189, kung anong step ang uunahin ko, pwede na ba ako mag pa assess sa EA or kailangan ko muna kumuha ng english test? Nagtry ako dun sa online points calculator ng immi at pasok naman sa minimum 65points un nakuha ko.

Hi! Gusto ko lang buhayin ulit yung plan ko to migrate thru 189. I am an IE and got positive assessment from EA last 2019. Now, I want to use that still to claim points (univ school and 3 years of work). Pwede lang ba magpa-update ng outcome letter? May gumawa na ba nito?

Also, after 2019, I still worked under the same roles (demand planner until now) however different companies na. Additional RSEA lang ba need ko from 2019 to present or need ko magapply ng completely new CDR?

The system is updating based on the prerogative that the info is still current at the moment , nilagay nyo na till this date yung last employment entry kaya nag auto update sya once you hit the threshold.

To fix that- update nyo lang yung EOI when it ended , add your current employment too.

Regarding sa 12 months caveat - i am not sure how that works now.

Afaik pre-requisite ni EA pag nag avail nang CDR is to have your english test beforehand. You can meet that by taking one or any other approved test of english by EA.

Max-out your points you can gather in every areas of the current points system you have access to. May mga changes na mangyayari sa points system but not happening so soon.

If drastic changes occurred na sa employment mo , thats about 5 years ago is best to have a fresh application. Consult EA on this before embarking to get assessed again.
Renewal is usually done before pa magexpire yung outcome letter.

Magkaiba sila , nag undergo din ako nyan -parang pasa muna credentials in hardcopy na manggaling pa sa school registrar at mga requirements nila na fill upan at attach sa online -tapos ibabalik sayo through hardcopy yung outcome equivalency.
Mas mabusisi si EA while yung WES is straightforward lang wala ka nang gagawin CDR. Pero in Canada you will not be able to work as a Professional Engineer unless you take their board exam route.

May thread din po dito search nyo lang about PTE , maraming inputs na materials from past and present - tips and maybe a bit of their background experiences.
Ginamit ko is Language Academy at ApeUni mga free trials and paid version nung E2 Language and Pearson View materials sa website nila .
