More invites pa please Lord!

Just sort of advice lang po sa mga na invite ng 189 today, if ready na po yung papers/requirements niyo for lodging, lodge niyo na po agad within a week. Based on experienced and observation, sa past grants (especially Sept 5 invites) mas mabilis na grant yung nag lodged agad rather than those nag lodged after 2 weeks from invite. Then, pa medical narin po kayo agad. Just make sure na sharp and accurate yung details niyo prior lodging. Congrats and Good Luck po, sana mabilis din grants niyo.

good day po sa lahat. super newbie here and super unexpected to receive an invitation for 189 visa last Nov. 7 due to low points and age (41 yo Civil Engineering Draftsperson with 75 pts) kaya medyo hindi ko na sya inaasahan at pinaglaanan ng time. having read here na you need to lodge asap, medyo cramming po ako since I’m totally lost on what to do. Can someone please guide me through the whole process (documents required and steps to follow before I can lodge) or if may previous forums that might be helpful that you can refer me to po? Thanks a lot in advance 🙏🏼

Hello. Sana walang magalit saking member dito hehe. Waiting for grant na lang ako sa 190 NSW, Dec ‘23 ako naglodge. Dun sa iba kong mga EOIs sa 190 (Vic, etc), winithdraw ko na yun mga EOI since di ko na sila kakailanganin pero tinira ko yun EOI ko sa 189 — backup application in case magkaroon ng problem sa 190.

Ngayon, nakareceive ako ng invitation sa 189. Worth it ba i-push to? I know panibagong payment to pero it seems like mas mabilis ma-grant ang 189 and pwede ako anywhere sa AU.

Also, ang major concern ko is makakaapekto ba talaga to sa 190 application ko? worried lang ako na worst case mangyari which is ma-cancel pa both.

Yes. Yung latest makuha na visa yun yung mahihing active.

Naniniwala ako na mauunahan mo pa kaming nag-aantay for 190 and 491 visa makakuha ng grant since sobrang bilis ng 189 processing time ngayon!

I’m still over the moon about my invitation po. But I’m definitely feeling the wait again. Haha. Pero nagawa ko nga po magwait ng 1 year without assurance na maiinvite, kaya I’m sure that I can do it po. And I know naman na lahat tayo dito are “strong independent person” haha. Nagawa nga po natin mag DIY. Hahaha

Hello~ na lodged ko na yung 189 visa ko nung Nov. 8 but upon checking sa EOI Skillselect, the EOI status is still on "Invited" I also received IMMI Acknowledgement of Application Received right after I lodged, pero hndi pa nka show na "LODGED" sa skill select huhu okay lang po ba to?

Hello po, just have a question about documents.

My mother po kasi has wrong name sa birth certificate ko po, I’m already asking her po to notary an affidavit/ acknowledgment of dual identity.

The problem is yung name niya po is may isang mali lang po na letter sa first name niya po sa birth certificate ko po like:

From: LETO
Naging: LITO

Since di naman po sya kasama po sa application ko po (di po sya nag aapply ng visa, ako lang po), could this be a ground po for refusal?

Also, should I front load na po itong notary about name difference po? Or should I wait po for an S56?

Documents that contain my mother’s name po in my application with correct spelling: Form 80 and Form 1221, Emergency Contact sa Passport

Documents with wrong spelling: Birth Certificate

Need help po sa makakasagot. I tried looking for other with same experience here in the forum, kaso di ko makita yung right na subforum. May nakita ako sa net, na ganyan po yung ginawa, nagpagawa po sila ng affidavit for dual identity po.
