ito napo status ng health assessment ko. so it means po ba walang problem sa health ko?

Hi there! I’m new here and not sure where to post this question. I need some advice about a reference letter from one of my former employers. The company has been dissolved, but I managed to contact the HR representative, and she agreed to sign the letter for me. Should I use her current company’s letterhead for the reference letter, or should I use the letterhead from our previous company, even though it no longer exists?
