Right now nasa 65/75 pa lang ako (sc 190/491) but Proficient English with no Spouse English test yeat. So granting na maging Superior ako then makuha ni wife yung benchamark score for english that would give us another +15 points as per my research.

Also, sa payslip, need pa ba lagyan ng number of hours? Thank you po sa mga sasagot.

85, meron naman for archi draftsperson pero depende sa profile, like if onshore ba, superior english ba, mataaas ang work experience, etc.

2022 Started working in Singapore, lost hope in SG PR. Got interested in Canada/Australia again.
2023 April: Started researching About Australia. At first, I saw student pathway but then stumbled to some youtube video explaining permanent residence can be applied offshore(DIY)
2023 Oct 30: Started Collecting Documents. This took us so long because we are hesitating and overthinking about making contact to our previous employers. We thought we should just do a statutory declaration but fortunately we talked to our friends who are also planning their migration and helped us understand that its easy to request for it.

Contunued collecting SoS from my past companies cause we realized that 10 points for skilled partner is a huge difference. Initially, I was looking to just submit with only 1 work experience cause my other companies are a bit hassle to deal with but thank God I went throught all the stress and collected them all(pokemon?)

Hi i am architect here in the Philippines. I find this page very helpful. I have questions before processing the requirements and applications po.
    1. Vetasses question: I used as a reference my previous principal architect in the statement of employment, is this okay? The architect gave me the signed statement of service with an attachment of a quitclaim (includes the total salary that I received). Additionally, I cannot provide a payslip because I signed a non-disclosure agreement before I was hired. My question is, is it possible not to attach a payslip to the requirements, since there is an attachment provided with my statement of employment? I have a copies of may payslip pero panigurado na magcocontradict sa statement of employment, mas mababa po ang nareceived ko kaysa sa nakalagay sa statement of employment at quitclaim.

    1. Vetasses question: I have a partner, do I need to provide an evidence that we are together since we are not married? Or this is after the skill assessment? By the way she is not listed as a skilled in immig website.

    2. Not related to Vetassess: If I apply for PR, will my application be affected if I graduated from a not well known college/university here in the Philippines?

    1. Required po to submit payslips per job position / company. Tanong ko lang, any reason bakit magkaiba salary sa payslip at sa statement of service? Consistency is key.
    2. Not really. Vetassess is assessing individual merits. Wala bearing sa kanila if single / in a relationship / married.
    3. Hindi affected PR application by the school / college in the PH. Mapa sikat or hindi.

    1. Di ako aware that time sa pinipirmahan ko na NDA. Pero nong umalis ako, I think the main reason is ayaw ng company ma disclose na mababa sila magpasahod (sa statement of service halos x2 yong nilagay) . kung mag papaaffidavit po ako kailangan padin ba ng pirma ng company?

Thank you sir for the answers.

Not sure if alin sa #1 or #2 nag ffall yung criteria kapag section1 school at license holder. + 1 year experience para maging positive ang outcome. take note na after nung 1 year dun palang yung start ng count ng relevant work experience mo.

+2 years experience para mag positive outcome. After ng 2 years dun palang start ng relevant work exp.

May item kasi dun sa questionnaires if nagtake na ng English proficiency yung partner, which is answered by 'NO' from our end.

Ano possible effect nyan kapag naselect EOI while nakafile na walang 'other future applicants' sa details? Thanks

Yes po. Actually yung sinabi mo is yung tama at safer action kasi wala pa naman english test result.

If nainvite kayo na walang other future applicants meaning as single lang si primary applicant? Means iaapply mo sya ng Partner Visa later on.

In what way na safer sya?

Safer in a way na kapag nainvite ka. Magkasama kayo ng partner mo. Compared pag inalis mo sya then nainvite ka.

I think wala naman “mahirap maselect” as per your concern. Single applicant or with partner naman won’t be a problem. Actually sa ibang states like Victoria mas favored pa nila both primary and secondary applicants are skilled.

May current EOI ka na ba? You mean isusunod mo nlng yung English test nya once makuha nyo result? Yes po pwede ganun. Basta po keep in mind na pag kasama partner sa application, minimum if meron kayo English test result para s kanya.

Hello po. Both my husband and I got an invitation from QLD last Feb 5, 2025. I have submitted my documents Feb 8 and just got a response from the Migration Queensland today that I need to update my EOI because my recent employment has an end date daw po. I just updated my EOI and added my current job which is a remote job for an Australian company.

I just responded to the migration agent na updated na ang EOI but hopefully this will not set my application back. Meron po ba akong same case dito?

PS: my husband withdrew his invitation since dependent ko na sya.

    Thank you po in advance.

85, meron naman for archi draftsperson pero depende sa profile, like if onshore ba, superior english ba, mataaas ang work experience, etc.

eto yung data nila last month

85 points ako dati (2023), offshore, superior IELTS, more than 10 yrs experience, spouse in same industry but in mid 40s, mga 36/37 yrs old ata ako nung nag EOI in 2021. 491 visa lng in offer samin (never kame nakatanggap ng 190 invite). First 2 invites was NSW excluding Sydney so tinurn down namin. 3rd time nainvite kame ng SA so kinuha na namin kase running out of time na (expiring EOI, age, etc). Also curious why ung iba nakakatangap ng 190 agad agad whereas kame never.

Baka kasi po pag both nyo naka select yung 190 at 491, mas una nila ibibigay yung 491.

2024 July : I delayed getting my Vetasses in the hopes of saving the fee if my husband got the invite even with low eoi score(who am I kidding?). Contunued collecting SoS from my past companies cause we realized that 10 points for skilled partner is a huge difference. Initially, I was looking to just submit with only 1 work experience cause my other companies are a bit hassle to deal with but thank God I went throught all the stress and collected them all(pokemon?)

    Thank you po in advance.

pwede mo naman ata isama tapos wag mo nalang ilagay na related> @lukey said:

meron po ba ditong na-invite recently at 80+5 points?

In general advice yun ng mga naunang applicants is to create separate EOIs for every state, also one set for 190 and one set for 491.

I think wala naman “mahirap maselect” as per your concern. Single applicant or with partner naman won’t be a problem. Actually sa ibang states like Victoria mas favored pa nila both primary and secondary applicants are skilled.

Ah ok sorry medyo namisinterpret ko yung response mo. Mas ok na include ko parin yung future applicant kahit wala pa syang English test?

May current EOI ka na ba? You mean isusunod mo nlng yung English test nya once makuha nyo result? Yes po pwede ganun. Basta po keep in mind na pag kasama partner sa application, minimum if meron kayo English test result para s kanya.

The minimum English requirement for partner is functional English. I’ve had cases where partner hasn’t done the English test when we lodge the EOI…when this happens we ask the client to provide evidence of functional English. Depending on the case officer, at times the documents suffice but at times CO requests for English test.
