Mahaba habang discussion itong question na ito and people are in 2 opposing sides--your moral obligation with the state that invited you or diskarte. Some say it's just okay yo transfer state(s) and walang naging prob.

Just sharing the invite note that I got from NSW, hence I lean towards the former side of this matter.

Although 190 visa does not have any conditions forbidding the visa holder from moving states, it is expected that you at least demonstrate you have tried your best to make it work in that state. I recently had a coffee catch up with the South Australia skills and business migration team. They shared a recent story where they had to cancel a nomination for someone because this guy flaunted it on Facebook how he dodged the system - got nominated by SA but he went to WA. So very very careful

    Hi,

At this point, di na ako masyado choosy kung saang state ako mag-aapply or which visa type (189, 190, or 491) basta lang ma-invite. Question ko sana is how can I go about with my EOI submission to improve my chances of getting invited? What are your recommendations? Should I submit one EOI per visa type per state?

I know masyado madami but should I do something like this? I don't mind doing the legwork if that's what it takes.

    Thank you!

Sa 189 wala naman yatang choices na for states. Kung tama alala ko, isa lang EOI ko for 189 nun. Independent naman kasi yan.

Yung sa 190 and 491 yung advisable gumawa ng EOI per state. Ganyan ginawa ko lalo na for NSW, maski 491 then 190 pinaghiwalay ko sila. Yung 190 ko yung nainvite. Nung una, naka "Any" ako kasi nakakatamad di ba tapos ayun waley haha. Eventually nainvite din. I suggest gumawa ka ng tracker ng EOIs mo pag submitted na, for your benefit din. Para alam mo ano na yung mageexpire, for what state ganyan ganyan.

Just make sure makapagsend ka din ng ROI (if needed). Please visit the state's page for accurate details. So kelangan yung ROI mo, for example sa VIC, yung gagamitin mo na EOI number is yung pang VIC din. Goodluck

need po ba to separate EOI for 189 and 190? Currently, isa lang EOI ko fir 189 and 190.

Paghiwalayin mo sila. Mas okay yung ganon.

Hello po Maam @RheaMARN1171933 and if may same situation , question lang po hindi ko kasi sure saang page ng forum.

I have been granted a PR 189 last 2021, nagfirst entry na sa Australia ng 2021 and have been living in Australia since. Single ako noong na-Grant ang PR ko 2021. Last month I got married and Australian citizen po ang husband ko, need ko pa ba iinform ang Immi about sa change ng marital status ko?

Kasi I read sa Form 1022

You do not have to notify the Department of any changes in your
    circumstances that occurred:
    • after you were granted your visa (if you applied for your visa in
    Australia); or

    • after you have been immigration cleared (if you applied for
    your visa outside Australia).

Tama po ba ang intindi ko na hindi ko na need? thank you in advance!
