hello po.

for EA assesment po. yun 1st 2 companies po nmin walang pay slip (kc straight to the bank yun salary) and wala din company ID po kme. pwede po bng working visa stamp sa passport ang gawin nmin proof of our employement? patranslate from arabic to english, then CTC po?.OFW po kme ni hubby dto sa middle east.

@spawn08 - yes you can do that.. Anything to prove your employment
- contract
- visa stamp sa passport
- coe+salary from your hrd
- bank statement showing monthly remittance of salary..atlst few months in each year..

yung approved 190/176 may obligation to the state to stay minimum of 2 years... ano kayang mangyayari if after 2 months mo pa lang lipat ka ng ibang state kasi dito ka may job offer, wala kang nakita on the sponsoring state?

@Oyin - wala pa po ako sa WA, pero mukhang ganun nga po ang kalakaran, dahil wala pa tayo AU work experience.. so ang ginagawa ng iba pumapasok muna kahit sa anong work.. while looking for work na align sa skills/occupation natin..

marami pong mga story.. search nyo ung mga thread about finding jobs.. etc..

@dhey_almighty are you asking about ss application? Pag approved na ang visa mo, hndi na nila I check ang pera mo pag daan mo sa airport immigration (versus kung anu ang declared mo sa ss application)

Ang check wl be sa state application, although marami magsasabi dito na so far hindi nmn silahiningian ng proof before approval ng SS.

@piglet24 - yes, if you have more than 3 yrs, you need to get the additional service assessment (around 200aud), so they can give opinion on your work experience if its relevant or not... that will be the basis for your claim of work experience..

thanks for the reply. and sorry it took me eons to do a follow up. was pretty upto my neck these days. anyhoo, yung more than 3 years if it is abroad correct? pero kung local lang naman like Pinas no need for the additional assessment. tama ba?

@piglet24 - yes, if you have more than 3 yrs, you need to get the additional service assessment (around 200aud), so they can give opinion on your work experience if its relevant or not... that will be the basis for your claim of work experience..

"abroad" means outside of australia..

kung magclaim ka ng work experience points, you need to provide all the documents.. whether work exp in australia or abroad (outside australia, which means including philippines)..

Ano balita mga Engineers natin?

I just received my positive skills assessment result yesterday from EA (C/o my agent). Manghihingi lang ng advice. Ok lang ba n mg submit ng EOI kahit na 60 pts lng ako or better n maghintay ng new SMP, w/c I believe sa July pa lalabas?

Thanks @lock_code2004 - Just lodged the EOI. Hopefully got an invite before the Telecommunications Engineer reached its ceiling. As of 1 April 2013 kc, 468 out of 480 invitations naibigay na ng DIAC.

thanks @lock_code2004 - Yup bro 12 na lang, and report on 22 April has not been posted yet. My plan is to ask EA if I can also get a positive assessment to a different but similar occupation (Telecommunications Technical Officer or Technologist), w/c is still in high availability.

My question is nagbibigay b ang EA ng positive skills assessment to two similar occupations without undergoing the same 19 weeks process?

So I decided to have another assessment (Telecommunications Technical Officer or Technologist) which will take up to 2 weeks. The downside is it will cost $400.. Awts! - yes, if Telco Tech Officer is in SOL1, meaning you can apply for via 189,
- not quite yes, pag nasa CSOL, kailangan mo pa ng SS visa 190, then you have to check which state can sponsor you.. so it might take some time before Jul 2013
- yes, kung di issue ang budget.. at kung sure na 2wks lang ang processing time.

time is very important, we dont know after July 2013 if that same job code will still be in the SOL/CSOL..

did you enquire with EA about your case at sinabi nila na 2wks lang? kailangan mo ba magsubmit ng mga new documents ulit or can they use your old docs?
