Guys, how GB per month do you usually consume - thing is sa atin kasi (and sa Singapore before) sanay tayo ng unlimited...

Such is not the case here as meron limit - am not sure how long will 50gb go pero sabi mabilis lang daw ito if parati naka youtube...

Samin 200gb kmi, den 4 ung laptop at ang dlawang kpatid nka ipod. Hndi pa namin mauubos un sa isang month. Nood pa kmi plagi ng movies sa net at ung sa room ng papa my tbox na nka on ung youtube 24/7.. Den palagi pa clang nanonood ng pba live and nba live.

I'm using dodo Internet for almost a year in SA and had no problems.

My brother and sisters in syd are also using dodo. They use it for more than four years on torrent and no issues.

Dodo is just a reseller they use other ISP's infrastructure.

For example in my previous address, dodo is using Optus. I'm paying $60 but I get unlimited Internet using optus infra.

In my new address, dodo is using Adam Internet infra. Adam Internet has no unlimited plan so to pay $60/month is a good deal.

How did I know? In my previous address, optus website is what I saw when I was waiting for dodo to activate the connection. In my new address, Adam Internet is the temp website.

I don't want other providers espeially Teltra, their very strict especially in downloading torrents.

Telstra gamit namin dito bigpond, yun 200gb / month limit. Top speed is around 14mbps download. Mas mabilis pa din yun TPG ni Metaform. Depende lang talaga sa area, if malapit sa exchange baka mas mabilis.

@psychoboy..Just let me know po any development sa pag apply m sa telstra. Kasi lately I already get pissed off with them. I apply for this bundle, coz I just move out from my mum at rented my own home with my hubby and they decline my application due to credit rating. So tumawag aq, sabi nla kailangan q dw mgbyad ng advance payment na $300. So ok aq jan kasi ma kecarry over xa sa bills. Den sabi nla ok na ung credit q, den I asked them if my application will be going to process, sabi is hndi dw need to apply it again. So I applied it again, den been declined again due to credit rating. So nag apply na aq sa store with my hubby's name on the application, until now wla pa ring development sa application namin..

I don't know na kng anu na ung bagong ptkaran nla pra sa mga new costumers nla..

I was also required to pay upfront AUD300 - no problem naman yun as what you have said charged to my next 4 months fee yun... I will know if there will be a glitch in installation this coming May 2!

Ung frst bill namin ay almost $300 daming add ons.. But ok lg.. Den after 2 wks my bill na namn kmi which is $80, yan ang monthly payment namin..Nkakagulat lg ksi ung 2nd bill na $80 ay pra sa period na 21-June to 21-July which is ang due date ay 21 of June kaagad.. Sobrang advance ung billing period nla..

We paid 2 bills na (worth $200++) and we have a pending na naman for next month na cycle... Ahahaha!!

Ayus naman ang iinet; wala ako masabi after they have fixed our connection... I get average of 7mbps of download speed. Kayo ba @nfronda?

Ako nagka problema lang as there were issues with our Telstra telephone line so hindi makakuha ng adsl2 sync - after pinuntahan ng technician okey na!! Start na ng download...

What I like about iiNet din is the tools which you can be able to keep track of your usage. As mentioned before i have 100Gb peak and another 100Gb of offpeak; akala ko dati kulang iyon pero almost 70% done na kami sa billing cycle and we barely touched the offpeak usage and 50Gb lang ang peak... Eheheeh!!

to those who are looking for a internet it is really a hit-and-miss thingy

internet speed will always vary on how good your copper line from your house to the nearest exchange

it also depends on how far are you from the exchange .. if you are around 100-200 meter expect a 15-25 mbps .. after a kilomer maybe 10 mbps ... last time were 2km away from exchange we got a 8mbps line ... after 5kms away from the exchange it going to be a whopping 1.5mps speed

if you got money you can get a telstra which is always dependable
