hello sa inyo, im new lang po sa site na 2 and im glad may forum na ganito. i have been processing my visa since dec 6 pa tapos hingi sila ng additional doc last feb lang. is it possible po ba na madedelay ang visa application ko? salamat. sana po may positive reply na.

kelangan po kseng i review ng DIAC ung mga docs na pinasa nyo at alam ko po pag galing sa mga "high risk country" medyo matagal ang processing. Last Feb 2012 nag apply po kami ng partner ko ng visa para sa kanya, onshore po kami nag apply kc pumasok sya dto as tourist nung dec 2011 then nag apply po kami ng partner visa nung Feb 2012, personal nyang sinubmit ung mga requirements sa DIAC office dto sa melbourne then April naka receive po kami ng letter from DIAC requesting him to undergo medical examination and police clearance. Then May 2012 na approve ung visa nya, so around 3 mos po ung pinag antay nmin w/c is considered mabilis cguro dahil onshore and ndi sya high risk country.

@forevern4always October ako nag lodge so 6 months in the making na sya...na submit ko na lahat docs and na face to face interview na rin ako...still waiting for my CO's approval, ang hirap kase nakaka kaba talaga maghintay.

Hi everyone, just got an email from the embassy saying our application has been allocated to a Case Officer and is currently progressing. Also the case officer is waiting for the medical and character results. No additional documents were asked. My question is, has anyone got the same email and how long did u wait for the next email? (hopefully for the grant email...)

@forevern4always hindi ako naka rcv any email from my co but my CO rang me tapos sabi nya kailangan nya additional documents... Still waiting for visa grant

Nag email ako...last sat yun, to follow up if ok n yung mga nirequest nila n docs and also kung may case officer nko. Then today about 12pm ng email embassy, to tell that my application has been allocated to a case officer,and progressing. Tapos merong name sa baba ng email then PN#. I guess its the CO's name. Di rin ako pinagsubmit ng khit anong docs. So I guess ok n lhat, except for the medical and character check results...sabi niya wait pa nila yun. Sana nga malapit n, then ung next sana eh visa grant email. I think for me ok lng mgfollow up thru email as long as polite lng ang email mo at yung tipong ang dating eh ng eenquire ka lng at di ngcocomplain. Ganun kz yung email n ginawa ko enquiry lng. Kaya cguro ng reply nung ng email ako. Kelan k tinawagan ng embassy? Anong docs needed?

@forevern4always I emailed them last week and ask about my application ganyan din sabi nila skin, ypu application has been allocated and progressing..My PN# din PERO nung nagsent skin ng email for additional docs my PN# din then etong nagfollow up ako my PN# din, so means baka reply lang yun ng mga nageemail sa knila... I lodged mine last November 2012 until now waiting pa din ako, no email din galing sa knila pero nasubmit ko na yung addtl docs na hinihingi. Pag follow up ka nmn thru email ibbigay yung time frame nila.. Kaloka na nkakaba kc wala man lang update sa status ng application.

@forevern4always ako din i received an email from the embassy last friday asking for an original NBI clearance..Actually, nag submit na ako when i lodged my application kaso nakalagay kasi dun " VISA AUSTRALIA"...pinapa-submit ako ulit yong "VALID FOR TRAVEL ABROAD" ang nakalagay...yon lang din naman ang hiningi..sana may result na yong medical ko.. :-)

nun nagemail sakin ung co asking for additional docs. 2 ;ang po ang hiningi.. form 80 at cenomar... they received it after a week... kasi nagsend po ako agad ng docs kinabukasan but still inabot pa rin ng 2 mos ung waiting time... siguro kung hindi ko pa inemail ung co na malapit na ung kasal.. baka hanggang ngayon di pa din granted ung visa ko...

Kz elena, yung nbi kz na pinasa niya eh visa to australia lng nkapg pasa n cia dati p... I guess kya cia hinihingian now ng bagong nbi, eh need nila eh yung merong purpose n "valid to travel to australia" for me its a good sign n granted n visa niya at waiting nlng yung doc n iyon. Case to case basis naman kz... Kelan b yung kasal mo? Best wishes sa inyo ng asawa mo...

@forevern4always Naku mga sis last January hiningi yung mga orig docs ko Birth,NBI pati cenomar till now still aloocated to a case office and still progressing.. Sana Maapprove na tayong lahat.

@forevern4always After ko mag lodged ng application, never muna ako nag ask sa kanila regarding sa status ng application ko...Then, nagulat nalang ako last May 3 na may nag-email na visa processing officer. Heto yong laman ng letter na naka-attached dun sa email niya..
